본 연구분석결과 훈련 이벤트가 다수 적용될 때 훈련 참여자의 참여율, 관심도 및 화재대응자세가 많이 향상되고 훈련계획시 훈련 참여자들의 초기대응능력(화재통보 및 화재신고, 초기소화, 화재대피) 향상과 유지에 훈련목표를 두고 각 대응단계별 목표시간을 설정한 후 이를 기반으로 정량적인 훈련평가를 하여야만 화재대응능력 향상과 향후 화재모의훈련의 개선 및 피드백에 유용한 지표로 활용될 수 있다는 결과를 도출하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze cost-effectiveness of a train simulator. The cost-effectiveness of training program is assessed by multiplying transfer effectiveness ratio (TER) by training cost ratio (TCR). If their product is less than one, the program is not cost effective. Even if a program is not cost effective, however, safety considerations may be important to consider. Findings indicated that each type of train simulators might be used with each type of training programs appropriately for improving cost-effectiveness of a train simulator.

As the modern society becoms industry acceleration and urbanization, disaster and safetry education becoms important to educate and exercise the people for the disaster response and safety. This study suggests safety management method by simulation training and an attitude survey. The researchers of the study suggest as followers: First must be about strengthening eduation that accords to responsibility and part. The second need about manual build and simulation training for expansion disaster and crisis management. The last must be consideration to reconstitute of organization which of be not up to the disaster and crisis management.

본 논문은 실시간 디지털 시뮬레이터(Real Time Digital Simulator, RTDS)를 이용한 송전계통의 자동 재폐로 모의 교육훈련시스템 개발에 대해 요약하였다. 본 논문에서 개발한 모의 훈련 코스는 3상 일괄 재폐로와 1상 및 3상 재폐로의 두 가지 부분으로 나뉘어 구성되었다. RTDS를 이용한 모의 파일의 구성 시 각 계통은 양단에 거리계전기를 설치한 것으로 모의하였으며 154kV 계통의 경우 송전단은 실제 거리계전기를 이용하여 구성하였다. 1상 및 3상 재폐로의 경우 1선지락 고장에 대해서는 해당상만 트림 및 재폐로를 하도록 하고 나머지 고장에 대해서는 3상 일괄트립 및 재폐로가 되도록 모의하였으며 대상 계통은 345kV의 전형적인 송전계통을 대상으로 하였다. 리셋 시간의 모의 훈련을 위해 현재 국내 리셋시간 기준치 이내에 또 다른 고장이 발생했을 경우와 기준시간 이상 경과한 후에 고장이 발생한 경우를 나누어 모의할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 고장종류, 고장지속시간, 1상 및 3상 재폐로 선택, 재폐로 횟수 및 재폐로 시간 등은 현재 한국전력의 재폐로 규정에 언급된 것을 모의하는 것은 물론 사용자 임의로 변경이 가능하도록 구성하였다. 본 논문에서 개발한 모의 훈련코스는 송전계통의 자동재폐로에 대한 실무자들의 이해 증진을 위한 교육용으로 사용될 수 있음은 물론 보호 계전기 등의 시험을 위해서도 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

In this study, in order to propose an improvement plan for fire simulation training to improve fire response capability, fire simulation training is conducted for three business facilities, and changes according to whether training materials are used and whether the response time for each response stage is reflected in the training evaluation. The response posture and response ability of the training participants were observed and analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that most of the training participants improved their participation in training, response posture, and response ability when the use of training textbooks and response time for each response stage were reflected in the training evaluation. In the event of a fire simulation training, a number of training materials that can similarly implement the fire situation are used to improve and maintain the fire response capabilities (fire notification and fire report, initial extinguishing, and evacuation) of the training participants, and the target time for each response step. The result was that it can be used as a useful index for improving fire response capability and improving fire simulation training in the future and feedback only when quantitative training evaluation is conducted based on this setting.

A methodology for the improvement of simulation based training system for the artillery is proposed in this paper. The complex nonlinear relationship inherent among parameters in artillery firing is difficult to model and analyze. By introducing neural network based simulation, accurate representation of artillery firing is made possible. The artillery training system can greatly benefit from the improved prediction. Neural networks learning is conducted using the conjugate gradient algorithm. The evaluation of the proposed methodology is performed through simulation. Prediction errors of both regression analysis model and neural networks model are analyzed. Implementation of neural networks to training system enables more realistic training, improved combat power and reduced budget.

기존의 디지털 계전기 교육/훈련 방법은 적절한 교육용 소프트웨어 및 기기의 부재로 인해 교육을 받는 훈련생들을 단기간 내에 이해시키는데 어려움이 있었다. 본 연구의 목적은 GUI 환경에서 다양한 모의 고장 발생, 모의 고장 시나리오의 입력, 편집 수정, 삭제가 가능하고 디지털 계전기의 교육/훈련 기능과 함께 훈련 결과의 평가와 훈련일지의 작성 기능을 포함하는 디지털 계전기 시뮬레이터의 개발이다. 본 논문에서는 고장종류, 고장발생 각, 고장거리, 데이터의 샘플수에 따라 EMTP를 이용하여 모의한 후, 디지털 신호 처리를 이용하여 직류 성분과 고조파 성분을 제거하고, 기본파 성분을 추출한다. 그리고 추출된 데이터를 사용하여 임피던스 궤적을 도시하고. 그 결과를 사용자에게 보여주도록 하였다. 특히, GUI 환경으로 구성하여 알고리즘의 수행과정을 보다 쉽게 이해하고. 사용할 수 있도록 함으로써, 교육/훈련의 효과가 극대화되도록 하였다.

군사훈련에서 현대의 첨단기술이 탄생시킨 모의장비 기법을 적용한다는 것은 필연의 흐름이며 시대적 요청이다. 모의장비를 도입함으로써 예산절약과 전력증강이라는 두가지 효과를 동시에 거둘수가 있다. 모의장비(Simulator)는 대부분의 사람들에게 낯설기 때문에 이를 도입하는데 주저하게 되지만, 하루속히 이러한 인식의 벽을 깨고 예산이 허용하는 범위내에서 과감하게 이러한 모의장비를 도입하고 확산시켜, 군의 전투능력을 획기적으로 향상시켜 나가야 할 것이다

최근 발생한 국적항공기의 사고들은 항공기가 정상인 상태에서 조종사의 항공기 시스템에 대한 이해부족과 악 기상에 대한 대처미흡과 함께 운송용 조종사들의 수동착륙 기량이 현저하게 낮은 데에 그 원인을 찾을 수가 있다. 본 연구에서는 운송용 항공기 조종사들에 적용된 훈련프로그램의 실태와 이를 개선하기 위한 국제기구 및 항공선진국의 조치에 대한 문헌 연구와 함께 문제점을 분석하고 그 대안을 제시 하고자 한다. 항공사고 예방에 모의비행장치를 활용한 조종사 교육훈련이 큰 기여를 해온 것은 사실이다. 그러나 다양한 비정상 조건하에서 조종사들의 기량을 확인하기에 적합한 고가의 모의비행장치를 평이한 훈련과목, 환경이 우수한 특급 공항을 선택하여 운영한다는 것은 모의비행훈련의 기본 목적에 부합하지 않으므로 앞으로 조종사들의 기량향상을 위해서는 최악의 상황을 부여하고 안전하게 항공기를 운영하는 역량을 교육하고 평가할 필요가 있다. 또한 데이터에 기반을 둔 조종사 훈련프로그램인 APQ 및 EBT 의 조기 도입을 항공사와 정부가 협력하여 추진할 경우 국적항공사 소속 운송용 조종사들에게 비정밀 접근, 수동착륙 환경에서도 자신감 있게 항공기를 운영할 수 있는 경쟁력을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

As the demand for simulated flight training and interest in new technology training increase, this study analyzed the performance of flight simulator training and actual flight training subjects to confirm efficient flight simulator training curriculum. Summarizing the results of the study, found that flight simulator training had a significant positive effect on the actual flight training performance and in particular had a relatively large effect on the air maneuver, traffic pattern, cross country flight subjects. As a result of analyzing theoretical major classes that affect flight simulator training to verify the correlation, found that principle of air navigation, air traffic service, and helicopter flight theory were affected in order. The significance of this study was to identify the curriculum and ground lesson that should be focused on effectively performing flight simulator training in the helicopter private pilot course.
