Webdrama Analysis and Recommendation using Text Mining and Opinion Mining Technique of Social Media (소셜미디어 빅데이터의 텍스트 마이닝과 오피니언 마이닝 기법을 활용한 웹드라마 분석과 제안)

  • With the increase use of smartphones, users can consume contents such as webtoon, webnovel and TV drama directly provided by the producers. In this Direct-to-Consumer era, webdrama services from the portal websites are increasing rapidly. Webdramas such as , , and can be analyzed in real time using responses such as unique users, likes, and comments. The analyses used in this research were Social Media Big Data Mining Method and Opinion Mining Method. Specific key words from webdrama can be extracted and viewers positive, neutral or negative emotion can be predicted from the words. The analyses of popular webdramas showed that the established K-Pop Idol member appearance and servicing portal site greatly influence the views, traffics, comments, and likes. Also, 'Mobile TV' proved the effectiveness as another platform other than television. Mobile targeted contents and robust business models still to be developed and identified. Overcoming these few tasks, Korea will be proven to be a webdrama content powerhouse.

A Study on Social Media Market Competition based on User Gratification (이용자의 충족에 따른 소셜미디어 시장 내 경쟁관계에 관한 연구)

  • The change of social media market toward multimedia environment makes users select social media according to preference factor's gratification and this also causes competition among various social medias. So this study focused on competition among social media from the perspective of users' gratification while considering multimedia environment of social media market. The widely known Niche theory is used to confirm competitions among media in an environment with limited resource. According to research result, (1) Facebook and Kakao Talk mostly satisfies users' expectations; (2) Facebook and Kakao Talk form leading group and Blog, Youtube and Twitter form chasing group in this competition; (3) Kakao Talk greatly satisfies users' various expectations. The research result implies that, for social media to have competitive advantage in the market, it is better to provide convenience and real-time responsiveness in mobile environment and to improve service so that users could more easily utilize network.

  • 최근 인터넷과 통신기술, 특히 모바일과 관련된 기술의 급속한 발전으로 소셜 커뮤니케이션 수단으로 대표되는 SNS(Social Networking Service)가 중요한 이슈로 부각되어지고 있다. SNS 서비스 제공시 중요하게 고려되어져야 할 사항은 정확하고 의미 있는 데이터를 통해서 사용자가 원하고 관심 있는 분야의 정보를 어떻게 제공할 것인가에 초점이 맞춰져 있어야 한다. 그러나 최근 폭발적으로 증가되어지고 있는 소셜 데이터 때문에 사용자는 의미 분석이 정확하게 이루어지지 않은 신뢰성이 결여된 소셜 커뮤니케이션 서비스를 제공받고 있다. 이러한 소셜데이터 분석의 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 소셜 네트워크 서비스에 필요한 데이터를 수집하고, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 수집된 대용량 SNS 데이터의 의미를 분석 할 수 있는 MapReduce 기반의 분석 모듈의 구조를 제안하였다. 제안한 모듈은 의미 분석에 필요한 소셜 데이터를 수집하는 수집 기능과 수집된 소셜데이터의 의미 분석을 수행하는 분석 기능을 포함하고 있다. 수집 기능은 SNS에서 생성되는 텍스트 형태의 데이터를 수집하고 MapReduce를 통해서 데이터를 분석하기 쉽게 적절한 크기로 생성된 파일을 분할한다. 수집된 소셜 데이터의 의미 분석은 기존 TF-IDF 방식에 개선된 Weighted-MINMAX 적용한 알고리즘을 통해서 구현하였다. 개선된 알고리즘은 단어의 중요도를 평가하고, 중요도가 높은 단어로 구성된 의미정보 제공 서비스를 지원한다. 시스템의 성능 평가를 위해서 노드별 데이터 처리시간과 추출 키워드의 정확도를 측정하였다.

This study is based u-smart tourist information systems for mobile learning content design.   • 온라인 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 확산과 다양한 센서들이 집약된 스마트 모바일 기기들의 발달로 인해 사용자들은 언제 어디서나 모바일 애플리케이션을 통해 사회적 이웃들과 온/오프라인에서 즉시적으로 정보를 공유하며 상호작용하고 있다. 그러나 여전히 모바일 기기들의 에너지 제약으로 인해 사용자들은 배터리에 대한 불안감을 늘 갖고 사용하게 되면서 센서 기반의 서비스들을 충분히 활용하지 못하는 경우가 많다. 이처럼 자원제약적인 모바일 기기들의 에너지 소비 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 에너지 효율적인 센싱 그룹을 형성하는 협업 센싱 메커니즘을 소개한다. 특히 사람들간의 그룹 형성에 있어 중요한 특성들을 파악하기 위해 사용자의 그룹 행동양식을 분석하고 에너지 효율적인 협업 센싱 그룹을 발견하기 위한 그룹의 공존-지속시간 예측모델을 제안한다.

  • Big data analysis is a technique for effectively analyzing unstructured data such as the Internet, social network services, web documents generated in the mobile environment, e-mail, and social data, as well as well formed structured data in a database. The most big data analysis techniques are data mining, machine learning, natural language processing, and pattern recognition, which were used in existing statistics and computer science. Global research institutes have identified analysis of big data as the most noteworthy new technology since 2011. Therefore, companies in most industries are making efforts to create new value through the application of big data. In this study, we analyzed using the Social Matrics which a big data analysis tool of Daum communications. We analyzed public perceptions of "Artificial Intelligence" keyword, one month as of May 19, 2018. The results of the big data analysis are as follows. First, the 1st related search keyword of the keyword of the "Artificial Intelligence" has been found to be technology (4,122). This study suggests theoretical implications based on the results.

The Impacts of Usefulness and Annoyingness of Cross-Promotion on Users' Flow Experience of Social Network Games (소셜 네트워크 게임의 크로스 프로모션의 유용성과 성가심이 게임 몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to figure out the impact of cross-promotion strategy on flow experience to overcome the restrictions of social network game. Social network games faces tougher market competition and shorter product life-cycles. The results show that the less users play games, the more they feel flow experience led by interests and self-expression of SNG. On the contrary, the more they play games, self- expression and sense of competition factor are proved to be effective factor for flow. Also Users' cognition for usefulness and annoyingness of cross- promotion are different according to level of game uses and promotion uses. People who play games more and utilize promotion more appreciate the usefulness of promotion and indulge in flow experience of SNG.

  • The objective of this study was to examine the trends on social network services. The abstracts of 308 articles were extracted from web of science database published between 1994 and 2016. Time series analysis and topic modeling of text mining were implemented. The topic modeling results showed that the research topics were mainly 20 topics: trust, support, satisfaction model, organization governance, mobile system, internet marketing, college student effect, opinion diffusion, customer, information privacy, health care, web collaboration, method, learning effectiveness, knowledge, individual theory, child support, algorithm, media participation, and context system. The time series regression results indicated that trust, support satisfaction model, and remains of the topics were hot topics. This study also provided suggestions for future research.

  • The traffic realizes that people come and go. The mobility is on the basis of location and time. The physical means for the traffic is composed of roads, vehicles and fuel. The current traffic services place emphasis on the physical elements. In the near future, with the current elements, the railroad service is considerably improved of through intangible factors including the customized customer services that the mobile-social network service is newly applied. The intangible things are connected to the increase of the time value for customers.

  • Social networking services which spreading rapidly is a system using interrelationship of people by internet or mobile. SNS is a network system of the human-centered. In this paper, in order to make robot become a member of social networks we studied the necessary elements and formation. For robot with communication function and sensing, autonomous, collision avoidance method and communication protocol is needed to let Robot share the present conditions dangerous or special situation. We realized this after investigating necessary sensor for SNS, studying robot's collision-avoidance method, and defining protocol of robot for SNS. Also, we suggested and implemented the wired and wireless integrated communications method.
