스마트폰 시장의 성장과 더불어 안드로이드 시장이 급성장함에 따라 안드로이드기반의 다양한 어플리케이션에 대한 수요가 많아지고 있다. 그러나 그 응용에 보안이 추가된 전자경매응용프로그램은 아직 개선여지가 많다. 본 논문에서는 안드로이드 기반으로 실시간 경매정보제공과 모바일 경매를 지원하는 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 대한 내용을 기술한다. 또한 웹과 함께 온라인 서비스를 연동하여 지원하기 위해서 xml 과 Json 을 이용하여 서버와 모바일간에 적절한 데이터통신이 가능하도록 지원한다. 이 시스템은 전자상품 경매 뿐만이 아닌 실시간 경매를 필요로하는 경매시스템에 모델이 될 수 있으며 이를 기반으로 확장이 기대된다.

해외 주요국들은 원활한 모바일 브로드밴드 환경 구축 및 서비스 보급을 위한 주파수 확보와 할당을 적극적으로 추진하고 있는 상황이다. 특히, 모바일 브로드밴드 보급을 국가적 전략 목표로 세우고, LTE 서비스 활성화를 위해 digital dividend 대역을 포함한 4G 주파수 경매를 완료하였거나 진행 중에 있다. 한편 우리나라는 2011년 8월에 최초로 주파수 경매를 실시하였으며, 주파수 수요조사 미흡 및 과열경쟁, 경매 방식에 따른 승자의 저주 등 여러 가지 문제점들이 제기되었고, 이에 대한 개선 방안 마련이 필요하다. 또한 2012년 디지털 방송 전환으로 인한 700MHz 주파수 대역에 대한 경매 이슈가 주요 쟁점이 되고 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 원활한 4G 서비스 전개 및 효율적인 주파수 할당을 위해서 국내 주파수 경매제도에 대한 개선방안 마련을 목표로 하여, 해외 주요국들의 4G 주파수 경매 할당 동향을 비교, 분석하고, 주요 이슈를 도출하였다. 도출된 결과는 향후 국내의 성공적인 주파수 경매제를 위한 운영방안 마련에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

최근 인터넷의 발달로 디지털 콘텐츠 및 UCC(User Created Contents) 산업이 발전하고 있다. 그러나 이로 인한 부작용도 많이 발생한다. 대표적인 문제는 디지털 콘텐츠의 무단 불법복제나 무료배포행위 이다. 이는 디지털 콘텐츠 산업의 성장과 UCC 제작자의 창작의지 를 저해하여 웹 2.0 시대의 중심인 양질의 콘텐츠 생산을 방해한다. 본 논문에서는 위의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 경매 시스템 과 경매 프로세스를 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠에 중고의 개념을 도입하였다. 특히, 모바일 상에서 경매가 가능하도록 새로운 시스템 구조를 제안하고, 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 경매거래 프로세스를 새롭게 제안하였다. 시스템의 성능 분석 결과 주요 경매프로세스는 성능 분석 과정을 통하여 ${\Theta}$(logN) 의 정수 배(m)의 시간을 사용하는 알고리즘임을 소개하고 사용자나 콘텐츠의 양이 폭발적으로 증가하는 경우에도 시스템의 성능에 크게 영향을 받지 않는다는 것을 보인다.

현재의 무선 인터넷 환경에서의 서비스는 HTML 계열의 CHTML, SHTML 등과 WAP 기반의 WML, 그리고 가상머신(VM) 기반에서 C 또는 Java로 구현하여 제공되고 있다. 이들 서비스 중에는 모바일 경매가 있는데 아직까지는 경매진행 과정이 Push 형태의 단문 문자 서비스(SMS)로 이루어지고 있다. 무선환경의 경매 시스템에서도 유선환경에서처럼 실시간으로 입찰자가 경매 진행 상황을 확인 할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 무선환경에서 실시간이 지원되는 경매 시스템을 유무선 연동이 가능하도록구현하여 실시간으로 경매된 제품에 대한 입찰가격을 유선 및 무선측에서 확인 할 수 있었다. 구현은 무선 환경을 위한 Java 2 플랫폼인 J2ME와 데스크탑 환경을 위한 J2SE 기반으로 이루어 졌다. 또한 구현된 시스템의 성능을 사용자 접속 수에 따른 처리지연시간과 데이터베이스 연결풀 크기 변화에 따른 시스템의 처리시간 등의 평가 항목을 대상으로 각각 분석하였다.

Recently, studies have been conducted to improve the m-commerce process in the NFC-based mobile environment and the increase of the number of smart phones built in NFC. Since authentication is important in mobile electronic payment, FIDO(Fast IDentity Online) and 2 Factor electronic payment system are applied. In addition, block-chains using distributed raw materials have emerged as a representative technology of the fourth industry. In this study, for the mobile gallery auction of the traders using NFC embedded terminal (smartphone) in a small gallery auction in which an unspecified minority participates, password-based authentication and biometric authentication technology (fingerprint) were applied to record transaction details and ownership transfer of the auction participants in electronic payment. And, for the cost reduction and data integrity related to gallery auction, the private distributed director block chain was constructed and used. In addition, domestic and foreign cases applying block chain in the auction field were investigated and compared. In the future, the study will also study the implementation of block chain networks and smart contract and the integration of block chain and artificial intelligence to apply the proposed method.

Recently, new interests on digital contents and UCC(User Created Content)s are growing fast through the development of internet. However, there have been many side-effects on those interests. The representative problems are perversing illegal copies and the distributions for personal valuable digital contents to unauthorized anonymous users. These decrease creation of good digital contents by interfering with the growth of information technology industry and the content provider#s creative will. To resolve these problems, in the paper, we propose a novel auction system for multimedia contents and bidding processes. The system applies the concept of used goods onto digital contents. Especially, the auction system is based on mobile environment. Finally, the performance evaluation shows that those main auction process algorithms indicate the time complexity of logarithm scale for insertions and searches. Therefore, the performance of the system is not significantly influenced by the amount of contents even though the volume of contents in the system is increasing.

최근, 국내외적으로 모바일 트래픽이 급증하고 LTE 서비스가 확산되면서 국내에서도 중장기적인 모바일 광대역 주파수 확보 계획 수립이 추진되었다. 본고는 이런 상황 배경을 바탕으로 모바일 광개토플랜에 따라 향후 국내에서 확보될 광대역 주파수의 효율적인 이용을 촉진하기 위한 정책 추진 및 경매 계획 수립에 필요한 시사점을 도출하고자 영국의 800MHz+2.6GHz 합동 허가에 관한 1, 2차 자문서 및 기타 동향 자료를 심층 분석하였다. 본고에서 고찰한 영국 사례 분석결과는 국내 정책 수립 시에 경쟁 촉진을 위한 조치의 강구, 합리적인 최소주파수 포트폴리오의 도출방안, 주파수의 효율적 이용을 위한 경매방식 선택 및 패키징 구성 등에 많은 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

Real Estate Auction Information System purposes on providing high quality information of auction customized to consumer's situation and preference. Especially, ever-changing real time information such as the number of hits and advanced analysis for expecting the winning bid are requiring of mobile information system based on context awareness. Therefore, this paper studies on Real Estate Auction Information System based on context awareness under a smart phone environment providing auction information such as consumer's current position, the number of hits to a specific real estate, and the number of bidder to anticipate the winning bid.

본 논문은 경매설계 벤치마크 대상 국가로 거론되고 있는 프랑스를 대상으로 모바일 시장동향, 4G 주파수 경매결과, 정책과정, 그리고 세부 정책내용을 분석하여 조만간 시행될 예정인 국내의 1.8GHz 및 2.6GHz 대역 경매설계에 관한 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다. 본 논문의 분석에 따르면 주파수의 이용 효율성, 공정경쟁 양 측면에서 극단에 가까운 패키징 옵션 대신에 양 측면을 보다 균형되게 접근하여 메커니즘을 통해 자동적으로 결정되도록 하는 패키징 옵션 방안 마련이 필요하다고 사료된다. 이와 함께 미래 10년간의 경쟁 상태에 큰 영향을 줄 수 있는 제 4의 이동통신사의 진입 문제, 주파수 할당의 동시 할당 또는 순차적 할당 등에 대하여도 심도있는 정책적 고민이 병행되어야 한다고 사료된다.
