본 연구에서는 배추 재배에 적합한 규격과 생육 환경을 조성해 줄 수 있는 비가림하우스를 개발하고자 하였다. 전국 53개 배추 비가림재배 농가를 대상으로 비가림하우스 구조실태 및 구조개선 희망사항을 조사하여 비가림하우스 폭과 높이를 설정하였다. 비가림하우스 규격은 농기계 작업의 용이성, 농가의 의견 등을 고려하여 폭 6m, 처마높이 1.6m, 지붕높이 3.2m로 결정하였다. 서까래 규격별 구조안전성과 설치비를 분석한 후 설치비가 가장 적게 드는 Ø$25.4{\times}1.5t$ 파이프를 서까래로 하고 그 간격이 90cm인 모델을 기본 규격으로 결정하였다. 이 규격은 풍속 $27m{\cdot}s^{-1}$, 적설 17cm에 안전하기 때문에 이보다 기상하중이 큰 지역에는 적용하기가 곤란한데, 이를 해소하기 위해 피복재를 용마루까지 열어 골조 피해를 예방할 수 있는 구조로 설계하였다. 비가림하우스 양 측면에 있는 수동개폐기를 돌려 하우스밴드를 느슨하게 풀어주고 제어반에서 열림버튼을 누르면 개폐모터가 가이드 파이프를 따라 올라가면서 피복재가 용마루까지 개방된다. 피복재를 완전 개방할 경우 해충으로 인한 피해가 우려되므로 농가에서는 이를 막기 위해 방충망을 설치할 수 있다. 배추를 재배하는 기간에 태풍이 지나갈 수 있기 때문에 방충망이 구조안전에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. $40m{\cdot}s^{-1}$의 바람이 방충망으로 덮여있는 비가림하우스 측면에 수직으로 작용하는 조건에 대해 유동-구조 연성해석 기법을 이용하여 구조안전성을 분석하였다. 유동해석 결과, 피복재 부분은 바람의 영향을 그대로 받기 때문에 피복재 표면에 압력이 크게 작용하였다. 방충망 부분에도 풍하중이 작용하였으나 피복재 부분보다는 압력이 작게 작용하고 분포가 균일하였다. 유동해석에서 도출된 압력 데이터를 적용하여 구조해석한 결과, 최대응력은 파이프의 끝단 즉, 지면부분에서 나타났으며, 그 값은 54.6Mpa이었다. 구조안전 판단 기준인 파이프의 허용응력 215MPa 이내여서 구조적으로 안전한 것으로 판단되었다.

인터넷에 있는 방대한 양의 웹 페이지들을 분석하기 위해서는 웹 페이지에 내재된 정보를 추출하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 웹 페이지로부터 정보를 추출하고 이를 XML 문서로 변환하여 다차원적으로 분석하는 방법을 제안한다. 웹 페이지로부터 정보를 추출하기 위하여 두 종류의 언어를 제안한다. 하나는 객체지향 모델에 의거하여 웹 정보 추출 규칙을 기술하기 위한 것이고, 다른 하나는 추출하고자 하는 정보를 찾기 위한 HTML 태그 패턴을 정규식으로 기술하기 위한 것이다. XML 문서에 대한 다차원 분석을 위하여 관계형 데이터에 대해 하는 것처럼 웨어하우스를 구축하고 이로부터 다양한 큐브를 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 마지막으로 본 논문에서 제안한 방법을 미국특허 웹 페이지에 적용한 예를 통해 그 타당성을 보인다.

In Korea, the construction company has provided houses through apartment sales system. Residents have obtained a variety of information about their future house by visiting a sample house called "the model house" before they purchase home. Advanced technology such as web-based VOD or Virtual Model in recent years has gradually replaced those built environment. In 2009, the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs announced the restraint to the construction of sample houses. Instead, they highly recommended a Virtual Model House as an alternative solution. This study aimed to propose how to design the user-oriented virtual model house through the experiment and survey research. The 3D virtual model house of 85m$^2$ apartment was built and presented by two types (Type A: Bird's Eye View, Type B: Walk through View) on the web page. The subjects evaluated presence, spatial perception and cognition, and usability of each type after exploring them. The results are as follows. (1) The subjects' evaluation of presence showed Type B has more negative effects than Type A such as feeling dizzy or tired even if their values were not so high. (2) The subjects perceived and cognized both types of virtual model house more realistic for the expression of volume of space, the size of opening, and the arrangement of furniture than that of wall finishes and materials. (3) The usability of Type A was significantly higher than that of Type B.

위성영상 및 항공사진과 같은 원격탐사 자료들은 영상판독과 영상처리 기법을 통하여 영상 내의 객체를 탐지하고 추출하는 데에 사용될 수 있다. 특히, 원격탐사 자료의 해상도가 향상되고, 딥러닝(deep learning) 모델 등과 같은 기술의 발전으로 인하여 관심객체를 자동으로 추출하여 지도갱신 및 지형 모니터링 등에 활용될 수 있는 가능성이 증대되고 있다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 의미론적 분할에 사용되는 대표적인 딥러닝 모델인 fully convolutional densely connected convolutional network (FC-DenseNet)을 기반으로 하여 항공정사영상 내 존재하는 비닐하우스를 추출하고, 이에 대한 결과를 정량적으로 평가하였다. 농림축산식품부의 팜맵(farm map)을 이용하여 담양, 밀양지역의 비닐하우스에 대한 레이블링을 수행하여 훈련자료를 생성하고, 훈련자료를 이용하여 FC-DenseNet의 훈련을 수행하였다. 원격탐사자료에 딥러닝 모델을 효과적으로 이용하기 위하여, 각 밴드별 특성이 유지되도록 instance norm을 이용하여 정규화과정을 수행하였으며, attention module을 추가하여 각 밴드별 가중치를 효과적으로 산정하였다. 실험결과, 딥러닝 모델을 이용하여 영상 내 존재하는 비닐하우스 지역을 효과적으로 추출할 수 있음을 확인하였으며 팜맵, 토지피복지도 등의 갱신에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단하였다.

국내 WH 형 발전소의 노심 DNB 분석에 사용되고 있는 THINC-W 코드에 대한 이해와 분석체제에 대한 개선의 일환으로 고리 2호기를 대상으로 하여 노심 분석모형에 대한 민감도 조사 및 이에 따른 설계 한계 DNBR의 변화를 각 열설계 방법론에 대하여 평가하였다. 적용된 열설계 방법론은 웨스팅하우스사의 STDP, ITDP. RTDP, 그리고 Mini-RTDP 등이며, 노심분석 모형은 경계면에서의 대칭을 가정하고 있는 기존모델(Old Model)과 개선된 모델(Improved Model)을 비교분석 하였다. 평가결과 두 분석모형은 부수로내 질량유속 거동과 통계적 열설계 방법론의 설계한계 DNBR에서 유사한 결과를 보여주었으며, 고출력 영역에서는 개선된 분석모형의 적용이 보다 타당한 것으로 평가되었다. 따라서 운전영역 전반에 걸친 제한적 조건에 대한 민감도 분석을 수행할 경우, 원자로 출력증강이나 첨두치의 증가, 운전전략의 변경등으로 발생할 수 있는 여러가지 불리한 조건에 대하여 열적 여유도를 확보할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the Korean traditional housing design characteristics in apartment model houses. 37 floor plans of apartment model houses in Busan were collected and analyzed. Also, 31 design element check-lists were checked through the field study in apartment model houses. The results were as follows: 1) Korean traditional housing design characteristics in aspects of space organization, such as harmony with nature, hierarchy, focal space, flexibility, were founded in apartment houses. 2) Korean traditional housing design characteristics in aspects of scale, material, color, and motif were mostly founded in the master bedroom and the living room in apartment house. 3) Also, the larger the size of apartment houses were, the more Korean traditional housing design characteristics were founded.

Sustainable interior design elements are related with human health. We know that a demand for environmental-friendly housing and all about the others demanding are for human health. We have to make up basement of natural environment for sustainable space composition. If natural environment is polluted that surrounded by human, we have to effort to revive without any pollution. We have to get accomplished stability, comfortable, security, convenience and organize interior design elements for sustainable space to enhance for the quality of life. Furthermore, it needs to get a respect lifestyle on personal. To study composing of the sustainable interior design, we arranged interior design elements to compose sustainable space of housing. We investigated how to compose energy-efficiency, sustainable, interior tree-planting, alterable of the space.

This study attempts to analyze the characteristics of interior design of the apartments in Busan that people will reside since 2001 and to find out the effects of minimalism in the interior space. The companies which are in construction of the apartments of more than 50 Pyung were selected, and the design of the living rooms of their model houses were analyzed in terms of the floor plans, architectural elements, furniture and lightings. The results reveals that the living rooms of the newly-distributed apartments in Busan show similar design characteristics without distinctive differences among the companies. The new trends provide a flexible wall which makes it possible to manipulate the number of rooms according to the family preference, art-wall design in one-side of the walls and a coffered ceiling design, which can be interpreted to be closely related to the concept of minimalism with expression of simple horizontal and vertical lines, exclusive use of decorative forms, colors and materials, and use of natural materials

Housing market in korea has changed from seller's market to buyer's market since mid of 1990. The housing contractors also changed their conventional ideas and strategies of design of housing facilities in order to survive in the housing industry, They look for ways and means to better respond to client's needs and to better serve user's values. Recently customer relationship management(CRM) technique has been introduced in the housing business. CRM gives emphasis on ongoing relationship with customers. Housing cultural center is a place where customers and contractors can exchange informations. This study aims to extract design and operation issues of housing cultural center.

We studied a model house system on cyberspace using JAVA and VRML in this paper. In the system, users can not only browse the model house using a web browser but also choose options that they want to install in the final house and the chosen options are combined with the figure of the model house on the terminal window in real time. In addition, the information of the chosen options are transferred to a database on a server machine at the construction company and the company can use the information for the customer management. The developed system can be used by a simple EC system since it includes duplex information paths.
