Summary This study summarizes the results of analyzing 410 questionnaires from October 15 to October 26, 2022 on the impact of ESG management of SMEs on organizational productivity improvement. First, all areas except for clarity of promotion, validity of content, efficiency of method, sub-areas of employee friendliness and productivity improvement, which are sub-areas of ESG management, labor welfare, job satisfaction, and employee "favorability, retention attitude" among organizational management. Since there is a correlation in , work efficiency can be maximized by appropriately adjusting sub-variables of ESG management. Second, it can help an organization prioritize for productivity improvement through the zodiac correlation. The causal analysis showed that clarity of promotion (β=.342) and validity of content (β=.276) had the most influence. Third, from ESG management. The correlation between clarity of promotion, validity of content, efficiency of method, friendliness of employees and organizational management showed a high correlation at .719, and causal analysis showed that efficiency of method (β=.455) and friendliness of employees (β= .217) was found to have an influence on organizational management, which indicates that personnel organization management is necessary to increase the efficiency of the method (β=.455). This study is meaningful in revealing the causal relationship between ESG management performance and productivity improvement in the middle.

In this study, 62 questionnaires were surveyed from November 3 to November 25, 2016 for workers who received more than one skill improvement training at Korea Polytechnic University. Factor analysis was done by removing 11 items out of 27 items and using the final 16 items, five factors were derived and the validity was confirmed with significance probability p = .000. Durbin-Watson values were 1.787 and 1.780, respectively. The results of this study were as follows: First, the effects of skill enhancement training on job attitude of Korea Polytechnic University were found as follows. First, the effects on job satisfaction were consistency of contents (p <.05, ${\beta}=.434$) (P <.05, p = .328), and the sense of belonging was significant (p <.05, p = .338). Second, the correlation between the skill improvement training and the turnover attitude shows that the efficiency of method - job satisfaction (.311), efficiency of method - clarity of purpose (.350), efficiency of method - suitability of content (.771) - content fit (.467), job satisfaction - content fit (.191), but the sense of belonging was not correlated. Third, the results of the difference in perception of turnover attitude according to years of service of technical improvement training at Korea Polytechnic University did not have a statistically significant effect. In this study, it is meaningful to investigate the effect of the skill improvement training on the attitude of turnover and its effectiveness.

실시간 분산 시뮬레이션 응용을 개발할 때 시뮬레이션 대상의 시간적 행동 및 분산 노드간 상호작용의 복잡성 때문에 모델 개발에 어려움이 있다. 그러나 실시간 분산 객체(RTO)를 기반으로 하여 시뮬레이션 모델을 설계할 때 모델의 시간적 행동의 표현이 자연스러워지고 설계의 명확성을 가져다준다. 본 연구에서는 RTO 모델을 이용하여 압연공정 제어시스템 실시간 시뮬레이션 모델을 설계 구현하였다. 구현 과정에서 RTO 접근방법이 설계의 자연스러움, 설계 명세의 단순 명확화, 시간적 행동 표현의 복잡성 제거, 객체의 노드분산 용이성 등 많은 장점을 가지고 있음을 확인하였다. 이 방법은 보다 복잡하고 규모가 큰 실시갈 분산 시뮬레이션에 효과적으로 적용할 수 있다.

There is a negotiation between management and labors about paying incentive at the every end of the year. This result causes the conflict between management and labors. The successful operation of incentive system is based on respect and common benefit between workers and managers. The manager-trust is the power of leading reciprocality. This research started from the issues of companies with incentive system at this year. This research analysed the influence of manager-trust by the fairness of incentive system. and how HRM system affects the manager-trust through the strength of the HRM system. It appeared in a survey that shows the fairness of incentive system and manager-trust effect positive matter. As a result of the control effect in the strength of the HRM system, the relationship between distributive justice and manager-trust shows that Distinctiveness, consistency, and consensus have the control effect. Although the Distinctiveness has control effect, consistency and consensus didn't have control effect in the relationship between perceptual justice and manager-trust.

본 연구에서는 지속적인 증가 및 확대 추세에 있으나 여전히 많은 실패를 겪고 있는 SDO(Software Development Outsourcing) 프로젝트의 성과 향상을 위해 SDO 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하고자 하였다. 연구가설의 검증을 위해 SDO 경험이 있는 고객사의 정보시스템 인력을 대상으로 현장 설문조사를 실시하여 214개의 설문을 수집, 분석에 이용하였다. 분석 결과, SDO의 성과에는 벤더의 힘과 고객사 요구사항의 불변성, 목표의 명확성 그리고 목표의 일치 정도가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 SDO의 실패를 낮추고 성공 가능성을 높이는 데 효과적으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

In this study, the factors of confirmation bias that may occur in the initial user experience stage were analyzed using a honeycomb model by deriving user experience factors for each factor. In the initial user experience stage, confirmation bias occurs in the impression stage. At the processing stage of memory, sensory memory, working memory, and long-term memory, which stores and retrieves selective memory, were closely related. Confirmation bias was classified into visibility, correlation, memory, clarity, and universality in the usability part, and satisfaction, joy, and dissatisfaction were derived as emotional factors. As a result of the analysis with the honeycomb model, visuality, clarity, universality in the usability factor, and joy in the emotional factor had little effect on the confirmation bias, and satisfaction and dissatisfaction were analyzed as the main factors of the confirmation bias in the correlation, memory and emotional factors. This study is meaningful in that it can be usefully used as a reference material for companies that customize design patterns for the factor of confirmation bias.

현재까지 우리나라에서는 지적재산권의 일탈남용과 관련된 불공정거래행위에 대한 케이스는 없는 실정이다. 그러나 지적재산권의 중요성이 점차 증가하고 있는 실정에 비추어 조만간 지적재산권 관련 불공정거래행위에 대한 실제 케이스가 많이 발생할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 구체적 심사기준 등을 보다 명확하게 정비해 나갈 필요성이 있다고 본다. 한편, 지적재산권의 정당한 행사와 일탈$\cdot$남용간 명확한 경계 또는 구분기준을 보다 명확히 정립하기 위해서는 지적재산권 보호 관련 법률과 공정거래법을 전체 체계 하에서 단일의 기준에 의해 그 보호대상과 금지대상을 파악하고 경쟁제한효과를 분석해 나가야 할 필요가 있다고 할 것이다.

공정거래법의 실효적 집행을 위해서는 무엇보다도 공적집행을 개선하는 것이 중요하다. 이를 위하여 무엇보다 합리적이고 투명한 절차운영과 이해관계인의 절차상 권리 강화, 경쟁보호라는 목적에 충실하기 위한 공정위의 독립성과 전문성 확보, 그리고 사법심사를 통한 공정위의 재량권 남용 통제의 강화 등이 이루어질 필요가 있다. 아울러 공정거래법의 실효적 집행은 절차법만의 문제가 아니라, 실체법의 문제이기도 하다는 점을 간과해서는 안 된다. 따라서 집행의 개선논의는 금지기준의 명확성, 타당성 및 목적적합성이라는 실체법적 차원에서도 아울러 접근하여야 한다. 그리고 이러한 실체법의 발전과 합리적인 법 적용이란 공정위의 준 사법 기관성에 걸맞는 경쟁법 전문가의 적극적인 활용에 크게 좌우되는 것임은 물론이다.

There have been a number of legal & policy studies on the affecting factors of big data utilization, but empirical research on the composition factors of personal information regulation or data combination, which acts as a constraint, has been hardly done due to the lack of relevant statistics. Therefore, this study empirically explores the priority of personal information regulation factors and data combination factors that influence big data utilization through Delphi Analysis. As a result of Delphi analysis, personal information regulation factors include in order of the introduction of pseudonymous information, evidence clarity of personal information de-identification, clarity of data combination regulation, clarity of personal information definition, ease of personal information consent, integration of personal information supervisory authority, consistency among personal information protection acts, adequacy punishment intensity in case of violation of law, and proper penalty level when comparing EU GDPR. Next, data combination factors were examined in order of de-identification of data combination, standardization of combined data, responsibility of data combination, type of data combination institute, data combination experience, and technical value of data combination. These findings provide implications for which policy tasks should be prioritized when designing personal information regulations and data combination policies to utilize big data.

As the number of the deaf who go out into the society has been increasing, in most of the lectures, the demands for the sign language interpretation and the accuracy of the interpretation have become more important. Especially, in order to improve the accuracy of the sign language interpretation, the interpreter must be aware of the appearances of the lecturer and the contents of the lecture, and at the same time, the interpreter must look toward the audience. This research introduces a system which can be effective in a small classrooms or auditorium, by providing the maximum information about the lecturer and the contents of the lecture. Also, in order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed system, this research includes the discussions about the related systems and test methods. In conclusion, delivering the images of the lecturer and the contents of the lecture to the interpreter by employing the proposed system has been proved effective.
