정부는 녹색산업에 대한 민간 투자 활성화를 위해 지난 4월 14일부터 녹색인증제 시행에 들어갔다. 녹색인증제는 유망 녹색기술 및 녹색사업, 녹색전문기업을 명확히 제시하여 적격한 투자 대상을 제시함으로써 녹색금융 투자의 불확실성을 해소함과 동시에, 민간투자자, 은행, 기업, 정부 등 관련 이해관계자 공동의 인식과 노력을 통해 '녹색성장 비전'을 산업 차원에서 실천하기 위함이다.

This study is about service failure and recovery. Prior studies of service failure and recovery encounters have been limited to descriptive research based primarily on retrospectiveti.e., memory-based) self-reports. This study uses a survey method and utilize a 2*2*2 experimental design with service recovery scenarios across two services. Manipulations included two levels of controllability, two levels of procedural justice and interactional justice, and two levels of distributive justice. Accordingly, this research examines how the controllability of service failure affect recovery satisfaction, and how these relations are moderated by the justice of service recovery. Conclusively, bi-dimension(outcome and process) constitutes the service recovery and this result supports the insistence that even dissatisfied customers can be satisfied through the service recovery efforts of the organization that once failed to meet the needs and expectation of customers.

Whereas traditional user interface are well accepted modes of information exchange, the new digital conversion type's of information media is relatively complex and provides new means of transaction with user interface. User interface can be decomposed into two component: the physical structure through which information media is controlled, and the presentation of the content. This research explores the two user interface element have different effect on the adoption of information media and, as such, can influence perceived usefulness, perceived easy of use, and intention of use. The hypotheses have been tested with the survey of 148 end-users examines two interface characteristics factors such as efficiency, error, design, entertainment, accuracy, and vividness, and so on. The research summarized in this paper decomposes the influence of interface elements of physical structure interface and content presentation interface to gain a better understanding of how interface stimulates user's perceived usefulness to adopt the information media.

연구 목적 : 면역 반응에서 B-1 세포의 정확한 역할은 아직 명확히 규명되지 않았으나 최근 B-1 세포가 면역의 내성을 야기하고 유지하는데 필요한 특성들을 가지고 있음이 밝혀지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 B-1 세포 유래 단클론 항체의 특성과 항원 자극에 대한 B 세포의 동시자극자 (MHC Class, B7-2, 7-2) 발현을 평가하여 B 세포의 면역조절 기능을 알아보고자 한다. 연구 대상 및 방법 : B-1 세포 유래 단클론 항체를 형성하는 잡종세포주를 이용하여 다양한 내, 외인성 항원에 대한 단클론 항체의 반응 양상을 평가하였다. 여러 내, 외인성 항원으로 면역한 쥐의 복강과 비장 B 세포의 동시자극자의 발현을 Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting (FACS)을 이용하여 평가하였다. 결과 : 최종적으로 단클론을 형성하는 2개의 클론을 형성하였고, 이 B-1 세포 유래 단클론 항체는 dose-saturable pattern을 띄는 다중 반응성을 나타내었다. FACS를 이용한 동시자극자의 발현 검사에서는 MHC 발현은 복강과 비장의 B 세포가 유사하였으나, B7-1과 7-2는 복강의 B 세포에서 더 뚜렷한 발현을 보여주었다. 결론 : B-1 세포 유래 단클론 항체는 다양한 내, 외인성 항원 자극에 대해 dose-saturable한 다중반응성을 나타낸다. 복강과 비장의 B세포는 내, 외인성 항원의 면역에 있어서 동시자극자 발현이 명확히 다른 양상을 나타냄을 확인할 수 있었다.

Improving performance needs Creativity and Improving Creativity needs clear communication of work orders in technology development projects. This study empirically analyzed the effects of team efficacy and knowledge sharing on communication competence and the effects of communication competence on individual creativity and product development performance. The purpose of this study is to verify the importance of communication and personal creativity in technology development projects and to suggest ways to improve communication capabilities. A survey was conducted of participants in technology development and the relationship between variables was confirmed by the structural equation model. The results show that team efficacy and knowledge sharing had a positive effect on communication competence, and that the clear delivery and understanding of team orders were the main factors in improving individual creativity. The results of this study will contribute to improving the communication competence of participants who are required for improving individual creativity in technology development projects in which high technology is converged. In the future, we will study the effects of Communication Competence on Organizational Creativity.

This study analyzed the effect of pension insurance on the human resources management of SME workers. As a result of the study, a total of 128 workers were enrolled in 60 SMEs in the Chungnam area who were enrolled in pension insurance. The analysis data were analyzed using frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis And post - analysis. First, pension insurance had a significant effect on human resource management, and the correlation between independent variables (clarity, suitability, and satisfaction) and dependent variables (job efficiency) was high....Second, the correlation between pension insurance and job performance is more important than clarity and job performance (.339), fitness and job performance (.541), satisfaction and job performance (.531), job performance and job efficiency, And the turnover intention (.549). Third, there is no statistically significant difference in the analysis of the difference in turnover intention according to the number of years of service of the employees who are enrolled in pension insurance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of pension insurance on human resources management to achieve successful policy objectives by promoting the long - term employment of the core manpower of SMEs and cultivating manpower.

전자상거래와 고객관계관리에서 고객의 개인화를 위해 사용되는 협동적 필터링 방안은 고객이 상품에 대해 표시한 선호도에 기반을 두어 선호도가 유사한 사용자를 찾고, 유사한 사용자의 선호도를 활용하여 추천할 상품을 선정하는 방안이다. 고객간의 유사도 계산과 상품에 대한 선호도 계산을 위한 다양한 방안들의 계산식에 대해서는 명확하게 정의되어 있으나, 이에 활용되는 데이터의 선정에 대해서는 명확한 규정이나 가이드라인이 존재하지 않는다. 즉, 몇 번 이상의 선호도를 표시한 사용자를 대상으로 추천을 수행할 것인지, 혹은 몇 번 이상 선호도가 표시된 상품을 추천에 활용할 것인지와 같은 데이터 선정에 활용되는 계수와 협동적 필터링의 추천 성과간의 관계에 대한 연구는 아직 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 협동적 필터링의 연구에 많이 활용되는 EachMovie 데이터를 가지고 협동적 필터링의 계수와 추천 성과간의 관계에 대해 실험적으로 연구하였다. 첫 번째는 몇 번 이상 선호도를 표시한 사용자를 협동적 필터링에 활용하는 것이 추천 성과를 높일 수 있는지에 대해 연구하였으며, 두 번째는 몇 번 이상 선호도가 표시된 상품을 고객에게 추천하는 것이 협동적 필터링의 추천 성과를 높일 수 있는가에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 계수와 추천 성과간의 관계에 대한 두 가지 실험에서 선호도 표시의 한계가치(marginal value)가 점진적으로 감소하는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 협동적 필터링의 수행을 위한 효과적인 데이터의 선정에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

In the modern times, video media area is dramatically developing and growing. The motion graphic that is one of video presentation technique as an effective communication way between sender and receiver is beginning to make its appearance. The motion graphic provides the clearance of visual information to deliver it more easily and accurately and improves the effect of communication to increase the effect of image and information delivery. In this research, the writer wants to examine the production method of motion graphic to improve convenience and efficiency of communication to the better direction for production process by researching and analyzing the title design and its structure having short and significant information delivery and strong visual presentation function.

It was well recognized that damages associated mainly with the aging of civil infrastructrues were one of very serious problems for assurance of safety and reliability. In recent, carbon fiber sheet(CFS) has been widely used for reinforcement and rehabitation of damaged concrete beam. However, the fundamental mechanism of load transfer and its load-resistant for carbon fiber sheet reinforced concrete are not fully understood. In this study, three point bend test has been carried out to understand the damage progress and micro-failure mechanism of CFS reinforced concretes. For these purposes, four kinds of specimens are used, that is, concrete, respectively. Acoustic Emission(AE) technique was used to evaluate the characteristics of damage progress and failure mechanism of specimens. In addititon, two-dimensional AE source location was also performed to monitor crack initiation and propagation processes for four types of these specimens.

Kaula's theory of satellite orbit and Kepler's law are re-visited. All the mathematical steps of derivation are thoroughly shown including the ones, which had been omitted in Kaula's original publication. Particularly in evaluations of the 15 independent Lagrange brackets, simplicity and clarity are attained by using orthogonal property of transformation matrix. Explanations of important physical concepts are included as well in the midway of derivation. One conceptual blunder of Kaula's is corrected.
