수술용 가이드와 modeless 디지털 보철물을 이용한 하악 구치부 단일 임플란트 즉시 하중 증례 (Immediate loading of mandibular single implant by using surgical guide and modeless digital prosthesis: a case report)

  • 본 증례는 완전한 디지털 workflow로 단일 치아 임플란트 지지형 보철물을 즉시 부하하여 수복한 증례이다. 하악 제1대 구치 상실로 내원한 환자로, 구강 스캐너로 구내 디지털 인상채득 후, CT데이터와 디지털 스캔 데이터를 통해 제작한 수술용 가이드를 이용하여 임플란트를 식립하였다. 술 후 1주일 후, 맞춤형 지대주와 임시치아를 체결하여 즉시부하 하였다. 술 후 8주 후 지대주 레벨에서 구강스캐너를 이용하여 디지털 인상채득 후, 술 후 3개월에 지르코니아 최종 보철물을 장착하였다. 본 증례는 환자의 만족도 및 정확성 면에서 만족할 만한 결과를 나타내었으며, 완전한 디지털 과정을 통한 수복 결과 정확성, 심미성, 기능성 면에서 만족할 만한 결과를 나타내었기에 보고하는 바이다.

  • As an environmental pollution and global warming due to an excessive carbon emission are intensified, the importance of renewable energy is in rise today. TCP (Tidal Current Power), one of the renewable energy sources, generates electricity by converting kinetic energy of current into rotational energy of turbine. Also the TCP has a great advantages of predictability and reliability. Because the generating power is proportional to cubic of stream velocity, amplifying current speed by applying duct is highly effective to increase the generating power. SPM (Single Point Mooring) can be applied for the weather vane with various current direction and also augments generating power of the system. In addition, simple installation and retrieval could be a merit of SPM system. By combining duct and SPM, TCP system for relatively low-speed-current and shallow water region can be feasible and economical. In this study, single point moored duct-type TCP system was designed and the motion of submerged structure was investigated in both numerical and experimental method. DNV wadam V4.8-1 and OrcaFlex 10.0a were used for the frequency and time domain motion analysis of system respectively. Duct model scaled by 0.05 of Froude conformity ratio and CWC (Circulate Water Channel) are used for experiment.

  • Femtosecond laser patterning of ITO on a touch screen panel with a shaped fs laser beam was investigated. A quasi flat-top beam was formed using a variable mask and a planoconvex lens. The spatial profile of the original Gaussian beam and the shaped beam were monitored by a CCD beam profiler. The laser patterned ITO film was examined using an optical microscope, Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) with Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS), and Atomic Force Microscope (AFM). It turned out that the quality of the ITO pattern fabricated by a shaped beam is superior to that of the pattern without beam shaping in terms of debris generation, height of the craters, and homogeneity of the bottom. Optimum processing window was determined at the laser irradiance exhibiting 100% removal of Sn. The removal rate of In was measured to be 83%.

노인복지시설 영양사의 직무만족도와 직무특성 연구 (Study of the Job Satisfaction and Characteristics of Dietitians Working in the Elderly Health Care Facility)

  • This study examined the job satisfaction and characteristics of dietitians working in an elderly health care facility. The subjects for the study were 116 dietitians who work in an elderly health care facility across the country. The following lists the items affecting the total satisfaction on each element of the job: the nature of work (4.20), coworkers (4.02), supervision (3.83), communication (3.81), pay (3.22), operating conditions (3.16), fringe benefits (3.05) and promotion (2.78). Regarding supervision, regular employees (3.90) had higher satisfaction than non-regular employees (3.11), and for fringe benefits, regular employees (3.10) had higher satisfaction than non-regular employees (2.52). Regarding fringe benefits, those with less than 10 years experience showed higher satisfaction than with more than 10 years'. In terms of the job characteristics, the following were found to affect job satisfaction: the task identity (3.33), variety (3.27), autonomy (3.18), feedback (3.05), friendship opportunities (3.01) and dealing with others (2.82) were listed in the highest order. For task identity, more than 41 years old (3.53) had a significantly higher score. Regarding diversity, graduate schools (3.37) had a significantly higher score. In terms of income, those earning more than 2 million won (3.37 and 3.26) showed higher scores in autonomy and friendship opportunities than those earning less than 1.5 million won (2.79 and 2.57).

서울 관악구 도심지역 미세먼지(PM10) 관측 값을 활용한 딥러닝 기반의 농도변동 예측 (Deep Learning-based Prediction of PM10 Fluctuation from Gwanak-gu Urban Area, Seoul, Korea)

  • Since fine dust (PM10) has a significant influence on soil and groundwater composition during dry and wet deposition processes, it is of a vital importance to understand the fate and transport of aerosol in geological environments. Fine dust is formed after the chemical reaction of several precursors, typically observed in short intervals within a few hours. In this study, deep learning approach was applied to predict the fate of fine dust in an urban area. Deep learning training was performed by combining convolutional neural network (CNN) and recurrent neural network (RNN) techniques. The PM10 concentration after 1 hour was predicted based on three-hour data by setting SO2, CO, O3, NO2, and PM10 as training data. The obtained coefficient of determination value, R2, was 0.8973 between predicted and measured values for the entire concentration range of PM10, suggesting deep learning method can be developed into a reliable and viable tool for prediction of fine dust concentration.

감성공학을 이용한 차내 경고정보 제공방식 평가 (Evaluation of In-vehicle Warning Information Modalities by Kansei Engineering)

  • 본 연구에서는 감성공학적 분석방법론을 이용하여 운전자가 감성적인 측면에서 효과적으로 반응할 수 있는 교통안전 경고정보 제공방식 도출을 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 교통안전 경고정보는 운전자에게 전방의 위험요소를 미리 알려주어 사고회피를 위한 적절한 반응을 유도하는 역할을 하며 네비게이션과 같은 차내단말기를 통해 제공될 수 있다. 경고정보는 정보 제공방식들의 조합으로 구성되며 9개 시나리오를 설정하고 두 번의 설문조사를 시행하였다. 의미미분법, 상관분석, 수량화I류 이론을 이용한 감성공학I류 분석방법을 통해 연구를 진행하였으며, 성별차이에 따른 운전자 감성특성을 분석하였다. 분석결과 성별차이에 따라 각 정보의 제공방식에 대해 운전자가 느끼는 감성정도가 전체적으로 차이가 나는 것으로 분석되었다. 제공방식의 조합은 '청각적 요소: Beep음+음성안내', '메시지창: Text+픽토그램', '배경점멸: 빨간색 점멸'이 운전자의 감성정도와 선호도가 높게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 운전자의 감성특성을 고려한 효과적인 교통안전 경고정보 설계 및 제공을 위한 유용한 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

GC-ECD를 이용한 배추, 사과, 감귤, 고추, 현미 중 살균제 Prochloraz의 분석법 확립 (Establishment of Analytical Method of Prochloraz in Cabbage, Apple, Mandarin, Pepper and Hulled rice with GC-ECD)

  • Analytical method for prochloraz in cabbage, apple, pepper, mandarin, and hulled rice was established by conversion it to 2,4,6-trichlorophenol (TCP). Crop samples were extracted with acetonitrile, and partitioned with dichloromethane. The sample extracts were hydrolyzed with pyridine hydrochloride in a vial by heating for 1 hour, and analyzed with GC-ECD after partitioning with dichloromethane. Method quantification limit (MQL) of prochloraz was 0.01 mg/kg. Recoveries at 0.1 mg/kg level was 105-113% while at 0.5 mg/kg level was 82-87%. In both of the cases CV was less than 10%. Through this procedure soxhlet extraction and refluxing apparatus of conventional method were discarded and simple solvent extraction and small vial were successfully employed, resulting in simple, rapid, economic and more precise method.

신호교차로에서 무인교통단속 규제에 따른 주행 특성 (Driving Behavior Characteristics under Red Right Camera Enforcement at Signalized Intersections)

  • PURPOSES : The objective of this study was to analyze variations in the vehicle driving behavior characteristics on signalized intersections according to the use of traffic enforcement camera (red light camera). METHODS : In order to analyze the driving behavior characteristics on signalized intersections when red light camera are installed, the target sites for investigation were selected depending on whether the red light camera is installed and accident rates increased after the installation. In particular, to analyze the characteristics of dilemma zones in signalized intersections, approach speed and deceleration speed of 3 type vehicles (passing vehicles during a yellow light, stopping at a yellow light, passing vehicles during a green light) were examined. Based on these data, the starting point, ending point, and distance of the dilemma zones were calculated. Also, the locations of increased traffic accidents and decreased accidents after the installation of the equipment were distinguished when analyzing the traffic accident characteristics. RESULTS : Analysis results revealed that there was a tendency for the dilemma zone distance to decrease after the installation of equipment(red light camera) in most sites. This tendency was found to be due to the decrease in the approaching speed of vehicles at intersections after the installation of equipment, resulting in the starting and ending points of dilemma zone to become closer to the stop line. Moreover, analysis showed that the number of traffic accidents decreased for most intersections after the installation of equipment and safety of the intersections increased somewhat. CONCLUSIONS : In general, installation of equipment(red light camera) caused the intersections approaching speed and dilemma zone distance to decrease. Decision-making is difficult for drivers in the dilemma zone, so the decrease in the dilemma zone distance implies an improvement in traffic safety. Furthermore, the number of accidents within intersections significantly decreased after the equipment was installed, leading to the conclusion that installation of the equipment affected the decrease in traffic accidents.

Alloxan 및 Streptozotocin 유도 당뇨모델 동물에서 손바닥 선인장의 혈당강하 효과 (Hypoglycemic Activity of Opuntia ficus-indica var.sabotan on Alloxan- or Streptozotocin-Induced Diabetic Mice)

  • Alloxan 및 streptozotocin 유도 당뇨모델 동물에서 손바닥 선인장 (Opuntia ficus-indica fructus)의 혈당강하효과를 조사하였다. 손바닥 선인장의 열매와 잎은 in vitro에서 흰쥐의 소장 ${\alpha}-glucosidase$를 농도의존적으로 저해하였다. 손바닥 선인장의 열매와 잎으로 정상 생쥐와 streptozotocin으로 유도한 당뇨 모델 생쥐에서 Opuntia ficus-indica의 혈당강하 효과를 조사한 결과 maltose, sucrose 부하에 의한 혈당 상승을 농도 의존적으로 유의하게 억제하였다. 그러나 alloxan 유도 당뇨모델 동물에서는 혈당강하효과가 약하였다. 아울러 이 손바닥 선인장 잎과 열매는 정상 생쥐에서도 혈당강하효과를 나타냈다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때 손바닥 선인장은 인슐린 의존형인 제 1형 당뇨에 효과가 있을 것으로 사료된다.

발효강화쑥의 간장해 보호효과 (Hepatoprotective Effect of Fermented Artemisia princeps PAMPANINI by Lactic Acid Bacteria)

  • Artemisia princeps PAMPANINI has been used in traditional medicine of the treatment of inflammatory, liver dysfunction and order disorder in the far east countries including Korea. The present study was carried out to investigate the hepatoprotective effects of ethanol extract of Artemisia princeps (AP) and its fermented agents (AP-F) by lactic acid bacteria derived from human intestinal bacteria on liver injured rat induced by $CCl_4$ and d-galactosamine. Hepatoprotective activity was monitored by estimating serum ALT, AST, ALP, LDH, superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione redeuctase (GR) and glutathione peroxidase (Gpx) activities in the liver injured by hepatotoxin. Pretreating rats with AP or AP-F at the same dosage regimen significantly suppressed the acute elevation of serum transaminase, ALP, LDH and GR activities, and significantly increased the lowering of blood SOD and GR activites induced by hepatoxin. Based on these findings, it is presumed that AP and APF may have the hepatoprotective effect on $CCl_4$ and d-galactosamine-induced hepatotoxicity rat.
