A recent argument of network neutrality is converted by the differentiation of transmission and cost adjustment. However, It is raised that this phenomenon caused strategy for vertical integration operator to exclude a competitive operator. This study analyzed a number of instances about differentiation of transmission of ISP and problems of ISP that vertical integration in IX markets. The result of research, differentiation of transmission increased service differentiation about application programs used a best effort network like OTT or Smart TV. But this study was analyzed that a related law was vague for solving this issue. Besides, ISPs that is vertical integrated and commercial operated in an IX market discriminated competitive services, and this phenomenon can be proceeded plainly and orginated in an issue of a related law.

XML is the most popular platform-independent data expression which is used to communicate between loosely coupled heterogeneous systems such as B2B Applications or Workflow systems. The powerful query language XQuery has been developed to support diverse needs for querying XML documents. XQuery is designed to configure results from diverse data sources into a uniquely structured query result. Therefore, it became the standard for the XML query language. Although the latest XQuery supports heavy search functions including iterations, the grouping mechanism for data is too primitive and makes the query expression difficult and complex. Therefore, this work is focused on supporting the groupby clause in the query expression to process XQuery grouping. We suggest it to be a more efficient way to process grouping for restructuring and aggregation functions on XML data. We propose an XQuery EBNF that includes the groupby clause and implemented an XQuery processing system with grouping functions based on the eXist Native XML Database.

In the mobile phone map service there are some restrictions of resolutions and process in terminals. So providing a sketch map is very efficient. This simplifies the map data and increases the understanding of the user. This sketched map marks the starting point and ending point. Then simplifies the surroundings like important roads or building so the user can find his/her way easily. First of all this sketch map service needs a method to simplify the route between starting point and ending point and the surroundings. After that it needs to make the simplified data into a sketch map and suitable to the terminal's resolution. To solve these problems this paper proposes a new method to manifest a sketch map efficiently through a mobile phone. The method, introduced in this paper, is surveyed to have a higher efficiency in data usage compared to the current services available in the market. And also it is examined to have a clear vision in process and easily understandable.

The purpose of this study is to build the tax ontology which can be used to manage imposables by the state or local governments. In this, the tax and related concepts were analyzed and then concept hierarchy i.e., taxonomies were formed. Especially, in the concept hierarchy, after multiple inherits were decomposed as 'primitive concepts' and then Rector's 'methodology of ontology implementation normalization', in which defined concepts were recombined, was used. The methodology employed was that the tax system, which was entangled with the direct taxes, local taxes, and property taxes that has multiple-inherits, was expressed explicitly and logically. After that, automatic classification was carried out through the inference engine, consistency was verified. Finally, some practical cases of ontology created were enumerated.

Ontology specifies the knowledge in a specific domain and defines the concepts of knowledge and the relationships between concepts. It is possible to provide the service based on the semantic web through the ontology. Therefore, to specify and define the knowledge in a specific domain, it is required to generate the ontology which conceptualizes the knowledge. Accordingly, to search the information of potential customers for home-delivery marketing of post office, we design the specific domain to generate the ontology based on the semantic web in this paper. And we propose how to retrieve the information, using the generated ontology. We implement the data search robot which collects the information based on the generated ontology. Also, we confirm that the ontology and the search robot perform the information retrieval exactly.

전동기는 산업 전 분야에 걸쳐 다양하게 사용되는 회전기기로서, 소형화, 경량화, 고속화하는 추세에 있다. 이는 전동기 프레임의 구조강성을 약화시키고, 축계 위험속도를 낮춤으로써 진동에 취약한 구조를 가지게 된다. 회전체 진동 관련 규정 중 API 684 에서는 베어링 지지강성이 베어링 강성에 비해 3.5 배 이하인 경우 베어링 지지강성이 위험 속도 해석 모델에 포함되어야 함을 명시하고 있다. 산업 현장에서는 베어링 지지강성을 정확하게 산출하기 어려워 이를 고려하지 않고 회전체를 설계하는 경우가 많아 실제 조건에서 예측하지 못한 진동 문제가 발생할 가능성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 전동기 베어링 하우징 및 프레임에 대한 가진 시험을 통해 얻은 주파수 응답함수의 실수부를 분석하여 베어링 지지강성을 추출하는 방법을 제시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 유한요소 해석모델을 이용하여 베어링 지지강성을 해석적으로 예측하는 기법을 정립하였다. 추출된 베어링 지지강성을 축계 해석 모델에 포함하여 베어링 지지강성 포함 유무에 따른 축계 위험속도 및 안정성을 비교하였다. 그 결과 베어링 지지강성을 포함한 경우, 보다 정확한 위험속도 및 진동응답 수준을 예측할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

본 논문은 풍력발전 시스템의 하부 지지 구조물인 타워의 플랜지 연결부 설계 평가를 위한 플랜지 모델건전성 평가 기법에 대해 다룬다. 일반적으로 풍력발전 시스템 타워의 연결부는 Ring-형 플랜지의 형태를 가지고 있다. 이러한 ring-형 플랜지에 대한 설계 기준 및 방법은 풍력 발전 시스템 기술기준 등 에 명시되어있다. 이러한 설계 기준을 따르는 플랜지 연결부에 대해 구조 및 체결 볼트의 건전성 평가를 위해 하중평가 전용 프로그램인 GH-Bladed 3.8를 통해 생성된 하중 데이터를 유한요소 범용 프로그램인 Ansys 12.0에 접목하여 구조해석을 수행 하였다. 해석 방법은 풍력발전시스템의 타워를 셸 요소로 모델링하여 계산한 해석 결과를 플랜지 모델의 경계면에 적용 시켜 해석하는 submodeling 기법과 타워를 빔의 형태로 단순화 화여 계산한 거동 결과를 플랜지 모델에 적용하는 기법을 사용 하였다. 이 두 가지의 해석 기법으로 도출된 결과의 비교를 통하여 해석 결과 신뢰성을 평가하고 효율적이고 합리적인 방법을 제시하고자 하였다.

This note presents the calculation of nominal area for rock core specimen under direct shear testing condition. The initial nominal area was assumed as ellipsoid, and the equations for calculating the nominal area are derived. The normalized shear displacement and normalized nominal area have an identical relationship regardless of the ellipsoid shape. New testing constants and the generalized method were suggested to calculate the decrease of the nominal area. The method was applied to calculate the direct shear testing data and the changes of result were discussed.

본 연구는 대부분의 언어 모델이 사용하고 있는 서브워드 토큰화 과정을 거치지 않고, 바이트 단위의 인코딩을 그대로 다룰 수 있는 토큰-프리 사전학습 언어모델에 대한 것이다. 토큰-프리 언어모델은 명시적인 미등록어 토큰이 존재하지 않고, 전 처리 과정이 단순하며 다양한 언어 및 표현 체계에 대응할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 하지만 관련 연구가 미흡, 서브워드 모델에 대비해 학습이 어렵고 낮은 성능이 보고되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 한국어를 중심으로 토큰-프리 언어 이해-생성 모델을 사전 학습 후, 서브워드 기반 모델과 비교하여 가능성을 살펴본다. 또한, 토큰 프리 언어모델에서 지적되는 과도한 연산량을 감소시킬 수 있는 그래디언트 기반 서브워드 토크나이저를 적용, 처리 속도를 학습 2.7배, 추론 1.46배 개선하였다.

최근, 지난 2009년 설비제공제도 개선에도 불구하고 여전히 병목설비가 해소되지 않았다는 문제점이 제기되었고, FTTx(Fiber to the x) 기술 보급 확대로 가입자망이 고도화되고 있는 현시점에서, 광케이블의 개방에 대해 재검토가 필요하다고 생각된다. 따라서, 본고에서는 서유럽 국가 및 미국, 일본의 광가입자망 개방에 대한 동향을 살펴보고 국내 설비제공제도 정책에 주는 시사점을 살펴보고자 한다. 유럽은 SMP(Significant Market Power) 사업자에게 NGA(Next Generation Access Network) 구축에 필요한 물리적 망 요소 제공 의무를 권고하는데, 기존의 동선 개방 규제에서 벗어나 광가입자망(FTTx)의 개방(광회선 및 광케이블)까지 명시하고 있다. 미국은 광가입자망 개방을 의무화하지 않고 있는데, 이는 광가입자망 개방 시 투자유인 저해를 보완할 수 있는 제도적 장치가 반드시 필요함을 시사한다. 일본의 사례를 살펴볼 때, 국내에서도 설비제공제도뿐만 아니라 가입자선로 공동활용제도를 통해서 광회선을 개방하는 방식도 검토되어야 함을 시사하고 있다.
