The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of explicit and implicit product warranties on consumers' attitudes toward the products, and particularly, the main effects of product types and level of manufacturers' business ethics on the relationship between warranty types and consumers' attitudes. For this purpose, relevant literature was reviewed and thereupon, a survey was conducted for an empirical analysis. As a result of empirically analyzing the relationship between warranty types and consumers' attitudes and the main effects of the product types (search goods vs. experience goods) and level of business ethics (high vs. low) on the relationship, it was found that consumers' attitudes toward the products were more positive when the product warranty was explicit than when it was implicit, and that such relationship was stronger for experience goods than for search goods one. And, the relationship was stronger when the level of business ethics perceived was lower. However, such moderating effects were not significant for consumers' attitudes, but significant for their purchasing intention.

대한설비건설협회는 하도급자인 회원사의 권리보호와 원도급자의 불법 불공정 하도급 거래행위를 개선코자 국회, 국토교통부, 공정거래위원회 등 여러 관련 부처에 지속적으로 제도개선을 추진하고 있다. 특히, 원도급자가 하도급자에게 일방적으로 불이익을 강요하는 부당한 특약을 설정하거나, 원도급자의 하도급지급보증 사고발생 시 하도급자의 보증금 청구에도 보증기관이 보증금을 지급하지 않아 하도급자인 회원사의 피해가 빈번함에 따라 제도개선을 추진해 왔다. 이러한 노력으로 최근 공정거래위원회에서는 하도급법을 개정하여 하도급공사의 부당특약 금지조항을 신설하고, 하도급대금지급 보증기관의 보증금 지급사유를 법률에 명시하게 됐다.

Traditional explicit authentication, which requires awareness of the user's authentication process, is a burden on the user, which is one of main reasons why users tend not to employ authentication. In this paper, we try to reduce such cost by employing implicit authentication methods, such as biometrics and location based authentication methods. We define the 4-level security assurance model, where each level is mapped to an explicit authentication method. We implement our model as an Android application, where the implicit authentication methods are touch-stroke dynamics-based, face recognition based, and the location based authentication. From user experiment, we could show that the authentication cost is reduced by 14.9% compared to password authentication-only case and by 21.7% compared to the case where 6-digit PIN authentication is solely used.

현대 사회에서 소프트웨어에 대한 의존도가 과짐에 따라 소프트웨어의 품질이 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 이런 이유로 인해 소프트웨어 품질보증 활동의 필요성이 크게 부각되고 있다. 소프트웨어 품질보증은 프로세스 또는 직업 산출물이 명시된 요구사항과 계획, 표준을 따르고 있음을 보증하기 위한 활동이다. 최근에는 프로세스 품질보증을 통해 품질의 향상을 시도하는 노력이 많아지고 있고 많은 관련표준과 방법들이 제시되고 있다. 하지만 관련 표준들과 방법들에서 제시된 내용은 추상적이고 세부적인 절차나 방법들에 대해 언급하고 있지 않다. 따라서, 표준들과 모델들에서 제시된 내용을 실무에 적용하는 데에는 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 CMM과 CMMI외 소프트웨어 품질보증 관련부분, 품질보증 활동에 관한 표준, 그리고 기존 연구의 분석을 통해 소프트웨어 프로세스 품질보증에 대한 프레임워크를 연구 개발하고자 한다.

The often raised arguments against allowing Chaebol's ownership of banks, that is, 1) the banks may virtually be transformed into private cash vaults of owners, and 2) conflicts of interests may develop and be possibly abused by chaebols, do not hold under ordinary free market circumstances. Only under some special circumstances in which government imposes artificial regulations on banks such as interest rate ceilings, or provides preferential protection like guaranteeing bank's liabilities, the aforementioned worries can be materialized.

The organization and company's effort to improve software qualify contributes to the increase of software productivity and quality in some sense. However, it has not been a solution of root causes. This result is caused not because of people or technology, but process in-stitutionalization. Recently SQA (Software Quality Assurance), which provide mechanism to make sure that the software development process and products follow the assigned requirements, plan and standards, is applied to achieve the quality improvements. Several standards and models are developed for SQA activities. However, those standards and mode]s are written in form and do not provide information related to the detailed procedures, methods and outputs. Therefore, the organizations that want to adopt those models or standards have to put a lot of effort to acquire the knowledge about the models and to set up SQA Process that is tailored to meet organization's goal and objectives. In this research, we developed SQA support package to support the organization to develop their SQA process in more convenient and systematic ways. With this package, the organizations can establish SQA Process by tailoring those features necessary to reflect organization's characteristics. We expect this package contribute the organizations in a way that it reduce the effort and cost for establishing SQA process.

CBD(Component Based development)가 이미 완성된 소프트웨어 모듈인 컴포넌트들을 특정 목적을 위해 배치하고 조립함으로써 품질 보증된 고생산성의 재사용을 가능하게 됨에 따라, 최근 IT 비즈니스 솔루션 도출을 위한 핵심 적인 기술 전략으로 인식되고 있다. 따라서 영 역에 적절한 컴포넌트의 추출과 개발 및 응용 시스템으로의 전개를 위한 컴포넌트들의 배치와 조립 등을 포함하는 일련의 CBD 프로세스를 실제화 하기 위해서는 아키텍쳐 기반의 접근과 제어가 매우 중요하다. 하지만 대부분의 CBD 연구는 비즈니스 로직들의 기능성을 그룹화한 컴포넌트의 생산에 초점을 두고 있지 컴포넌트간의 상호작용을 명시하는 아키텍쳐 정보의 관리를 간과함으로써 컴포넌트의 조립과 통합을 통한 CBD 시스템으로의 전개는 극히 어려운 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 CHD 프로세스 상에서 아키텍쳐 접근의 중요성과 전개 방법을 살펴보고, 컴포넌트 프레임워크(Component Framework)를 위한 아키텍쳐의 계층을 새롭게 재정의 하며 그 의미를 설명한다. 이를 위해 영역 분석 및 설계 정보를 선언적으로 명시하는 수단이며, 도메인 내에서 특정 서비스를 제공하는 컴포넌트간의 일반적 결합 방식의 규정하기 위한 수단으로서 설계 패턴을 이용하여 서비스 아키텍쳐 패턴을 정의하고 실 예로 적용한다.

Most of IT small businesses in Korea are companies which usually take parts from the technically advanced companies and assemble the parts into a complete whole for big companies. Intellectual property-related issue of IT small businesses in Korea is not the direct action or claim but the matter of contract concerning the 3rd party intellectual property infringement or the matter of each of the applicable law on the implied liability issues. Because bargaining power of the IT small businesses is not as big as the technically advanced companies, they can not receive explicit guarantees. Therefore, government-affiliated organization should concern about this matter of contract.

IT 시스템 평가과정은 시스템의 보안기능과 이에 적용된 보증수단이 요구사항들을 만족하는지에 대한 신뢰도를 확인하는 것이며, 평가결과는 소비자가 IT 제품이나 시스템이 주어진 환경에 적응하기에 충분히 안전한지, 사용상 내재하는 보안위험이 허용가능한지를 결정하는데 도움이 될 수 있다. 공통평가기준(정보통신부 고시 제2002-40호)에 기반한 평가를 통하여 평가보증등급(EAL) 3 이상의 등급을 인증받기 위해서는 ALC_DVS 패밀리의 요구사항을 고려하여야 하며, 국가기관에서 요구하고 있는 EAL 3+ 등급을 획득하기 위해서는 ALC_DVS.1 컴포넌트의 요구사항을 만족하여야 한다. ALC_DVS.1 컴포넌트의 요구사항 만족 여부를 확인하기 위해서는 개발현장에 대한 실사가 필요할 수 있으나, 공통평가 기준에는 이에 관하여 세부적인 요구사항이 명시되어 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 평가자 및 개발자가 ALC_DVS.1 컴포넌트에서 요구하는 인적, 물리적, 절차적 보안 요소를 확인하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있는 점검항목들을 도출하였다.

Defect problems happening in the course of stressing quantity expansion of residence supply due to lark in maintenance are intensifying insincerity of construction business resulting from the psychological and economic damage, and there are many quarrel between residence suppliers and consumers. Because an apartment house's qualify is decided by various elements from design, to lotting-out, construction, and after-management, it is limited to express house capacity and standard to appraise defect objectively and quantifiably. The bound of defect and the period of guarantee expressed cleary in regulation of apartment house lack in quantifiable concept, and guarantee of defect is composed of a general concept. Therefore the big difference in opinion about defect and the bound of repair makes repair process slow and only to increase social costs. This research will give residence suppliers and consumers a resonable way to solve repair process during tile obliged period of guarantee since moving into from a process which are design, planing, construction, and after management. Furthermore it will present each business and role to conclude defect repair easily, so I planed to promote maintenance after conclusion of defect repair.
