The unemployed graduates who got a higher education aggravate unstable employment in our society. However, the existing College of education in employment guidance course still get the effect of students' direct employment and the stale, simply an information delivery functionality of college students after graduation could not serve the needs of industries.. Thus, this paper suggests a mentoring service, which will be proceeding for career guidance and college life guidance. The expert and field evaluation were frequently executed so that the systematic and continuous mentoring activities to occur. These mentoring service model for work guidance are expected to improve the employment rate of University as well as to decline the rate of jobless.

This study proposed to derive important aspects of developing a policy information mentoring service by analyzing the consumers' needs. To do this, we conducted a survey targeting civil servants in policy-related ministries, researchers at policy research institutes, and policy information service representatives, who will all participate in the policy information mentoring service. The results are as follows. First, the need for a policy information mentoring service the desire to participate was very high. Second, the policy information mentoring service requirements that must be considered during development were, by order of importance, the expertise of the policy information service, quantitative and qualitative improvement, and policy information sources. Requirements for a successful policy information mentoring service were to sign an agreement with organizations to participate in the service, and to then enable partner organizations to recommend their staff to act as mentors and mentees. Conditions required on the operator side of the service were securing a pool of mentors and mentees, training for both groups, financial support cooperation guarantee from the affiliated organizations for professional mentoring activities, and links to policy areas in related institution.

The aim of this study was to develop a policy information mentoring management model through which professional information, knowledge, and ideas can be shared and consulted. To this end, we analyzed domestic and international related literature, case studies of domestic and international mentoring programs, and expert advice from the policy consumers and current policy mentors in the field of policy information. In this research, components of a policy information mentoring management model have been proposed by separating them into human and content components. Mentor-mentee coordination, and supervisors are proposed as human components. Policy mentoring subject areas, programs, and detailed activities are proposed as content components.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the educational effect of learning mentoring conducted by EBS for elementary and middle school students, the changes in self-directed learning skills, emotional stability and learning effect were analyzed for 425 students who participated in the EBS learning mentoring. As a result, There was no statistically significant difference in the educational effect according to the mentoring service period, method, and frequency, and there was a statistically significant difference in self-directed learning ability according to the mentoring time. As a result of analyzing the effect of the perception of the mentor on the educational effect, the more positive the mentor and the more positive the mentor role, the higher the self-directed learning ability and emotional stability. As for the learning effect, mentoring satisfaction had the greatest influence on the learning effect of Korean, English, and mathematics. The mentor role was affecting the Korean language and mathematics. Therefore, in order to reduce the learning gap of underprivileged students in the distance learning situation, the EBS learning mentoring project should be continuously promoted, and the mentoring period and the number of students and teachers participating in mentoring should be significantly increased.

As the Fourth Industrial Revolution progresses, the importance of startups is becoming more prominent. Additionally, the role of accelerators in ensuring the sustainability of startups is also being emphasized. Therefore, in this study, among the services provided by accelerators to startups, the mentoring service, education service, funding service, and networking service tried to empirically analyze the structural relationship that affects startup performance through the dynamic capabilities of start-ups. To achieve this, we conducted a survey in February 2023 targeting startup CEOs and executives who had experience with accelerator program services. A total of 238 valid responses were analyzed using structural equation modeling with Amos 24. The results of the empirical analysis were as follows. The accelerator program services, including mentoring, education, funding, and networking services, had a significant positive effect on startup dynamic capabilities. Among the accelerator program sub-factors, networking services had the highest impact on startup dynamic capabilities, followed by mentoring, funding, and education services. Furthermore, startup dynamic capabilities were found to have a significant positive effect on startup performance. On the other hand, startup dynamic capabilities were found to mediate the relationship between mentoring, education, funding, networking services, and startup performance. Dynamic capabilities are a critical factor for startups, and the finding that accelerator programs can have a significant impact on startup performance by mediating these dynamic capabilities is significant both academically and practically.

This study investigates the effect of foodservice employees' mentoring part on expressing emotions and self-esteem by conducting a survey. The data collected from the survey were analysed by SPSS18.0 and AMOS for frequency analysis, exploratory analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structure equation modeling. The results are as follows. First, the mentoring part was a significant constituent for achieving an organization's objective because a mentor and a mentee could interact and sympathize through personal recommendation, consultation and support for reducing psychological stress. Second, the mentoring part had a positive effect on organizational ability to adapt. Third, organizational conflicts influenced self-esteem. As the results indicated, the foodservice industry should manage an effective mentoring system for high quality services and the attainment of an organizational goal.

The purpose of this study is to reduce the barriers to entry into the government- supported startups and to contribute to the improvement of public policy services of the government. To do this, we identify the difficulties and problems that pre-founders are experiencing through startup cases of young entrepreneurs established in 2018, and provide practical help for pre-founders to experience their utility in preparation for government-supported startups, the need for public services to do so. And to propose a mentoring service to help the successful startup of policy-oriented user. This study is effective to adopt and apply the public service design process and methodology to the development of public policy service for the pre-founder who is preparing for government support centered startup. This study is meaningful that it presents one approach that can be considered when the government wants to develop and improve public policy services.

본 논문은 다자간 interaction (소셜네트워킹 서비스)과 이미지 map(지도 서비스)이 지원되는 위치 기반 서비스(LBS: Location Based System)를 안드로이드 기반 스마트폰 애플리케이션으로 구현한다. 현대의 스마트폰 응용 서비스는 다양한 서비스가 합쳐져 새로운 서비스를 제공하는 매쉬업(mash-up)방식이 주를 이루고 있다. 본 연구가 목표로 하는 위치기반서비스(LBS)와 소셜네트워킹 서비스(SNS)의 결합은 현재 사용자가 위치한 주변에서 개인취향에 가장 적합한 음식점을 자동으로 추천해주는 등의 서비스를 실현하는 것이 가능하다. 본 연구는 2010년 한이음 IT멘토링 지원사업을 통해 진행된 산업체 멘토, 교수, 그리고 학생간 프로젝트 협업을 통해 학생들의 실무경험을 확대하고, 창의력과 현장 적응력을 증진하는데 목적을 두었다.
