This research focuses on the life history of university professor and the meaning of their lives to provide career information to parents and teachers conducting childhood career education. professor K with 25 years of professorship was targeted for insides's view(emic), which describes the life story through the professor's voice and words, was used as the method of research and additional data was collected through in-depth interviews with professor K, his writings, e-mails and in-depth interviews. The collected data was electronically transferred and categorized for field and categorical analysis. The analysis showed that the motive for professor K to enter academic society was due to his utmost efforts, assistance of family, and his friend encountering. Also after entering the university, he served as key role in research, education and as an appointed professor. After retirement, he is contributing to the society as a expert and practitioner. As such, 'continuous effort and consistent personal innovation', 'strong belief and clear calling', 'warm humanity and practical life', and 'flexible attitude and educational passion' were deducted from professor K 's professional capability.

This study focuses on the social problems such as aging and nuclear family in our society, and aims at carrying out basic research for the new residential culture plan corresponding to this socail phenomenons. The subject of this study is $Unit{\acute{e}}$ d'Habitation in Marseille, a French public collective housing designed by architect Le Corbusier. Among the important national ideologies that the French government has built through the long history and cultural growth, the theme of 'Residence' is not only a residence but a foundation of citizen welfare. In this context, the value of $Unit{\acute{e}}$ d'Habitation as common collective housing is very high because it presents the spirit of citizen welfare pursued by the country as residential community where various generations of households can coexist together. It is expected that the study on residential community, which is the subject of this study, will positively influence the presentation of a new residential culture for various subdivided generations of our society.

Now days with the significant grows of internet and PC hardware/software, most of the business, include small size business and soho, is worked by PC/Network. However these critical changes, all the PC/Network system or service is identical and these make user a inconvenient experience and unpleasant aspect to PC/Network. This research is to segment the user bases on the user context of using PC and all this segmentation was done in contextual design process. From Contextual Interview, all data of user context of environment, use case, needs, voices, break downs were captured and these data were interpreted and filtered to affinity notes and user modeling. After the interpretation, the consolidation was being held by affinity diagram, which could make ready to segment the user. For the result, 3 segmentation was evaluated and which are the 'Holistic Networker', 'Unplugged Controller' and 'Passive Reactor'.

Map generalization functions to visualize the spatial data or to change their scale by changing the level of details of data. Until recently, the studies on map generalization have concentrated more on line features than on point features. However, point features are one of the essential components of digital maps and cannnot be ignored because of the great amount of information they carry. This study, therefore, aimed to find out a detailed procedure of point features' generalization. Particularly, this work chose the distribution pattern of point features as the most important factor in the point generalization in investigating the geometric characteristics of source data. First, it attempted to find out the characteristics of distribution pattern of point features through quadrat analysis with Grieg-Smith method and nearest-neighbour analysis. It then generalized point features through the generalization threshold which did not alter the characteristics of distribution pattern and the removal of redudant point feautres. Therefore, the generalization procedure of point features provided by this work maintained the geometric characteristics as much as possible.

This study is to explore the contents and interaction of residents voluntary network and propose the strategies to promote residents voluntary network. The grounded theory was utilized to attain our object. Total of seven social worker and 17 residents participated in the study. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and documents. The data were analyzed by using Strauss and Corbin's method. Results are the followings. In open coding 13 categories, 32 subcategories and 133 concepts were constructed. In axial coding causal conditions were qualitative ascent of needs, emergence of the right welfare consumer. Phenomenon was agitation of praxis ground and grope of exist. Contextual conditions were crisis resources, skepticism of welfare. Intervention conditions were maturation of welfare cognition and proliferation of the sense of community responsibility. Strategy were resocialization of voluntary organization and construction of field related service delivery system. Consequence were grass routing welfare strategic fitting service system. In selective coding we constructed the core category: The praxis revolution from bottom for break social welfare environment.

As pioneers of the early video art, Steina Vasulka(1940-) and Woody Vasulka(1937-2019) had lead not only their own experimental arts, but also entire changes of contemporary avant-garde performance, music, and visual art. Two artists invented and developed electronic machines for video image-processing by collaborating with engineers, and performed creative experiment on transformation of digital image. For them, video art is not just a means of documentation. The Vasulkas' artistic practices were not bounded by conventional canons and rules in art world, and preferably were parts of active aesthetic strategies for coexistence of vision of human and vision of machine. Particularly, their video art recognized the video as the key medium in an era where media technology began to dominate the system of communication, and established artist's authority over manipulation of moving image electronically without depending on video camera. In that regard, we can value on their video art. Therefore, the paper reflects on the Vasulkas' art and life which have not yet been studied, and suggests academic interests in the context of their artistic activities and aesthetic strategies.

As information dysfunctional phenomenon is causing a lot of social problems, the need and accountability about information ethics education at school have been strengthened. However, as the current school information ethics education is limited in some areas across curriculum and was carried out voluntarily based on the situation of school and teacher's discretion, the information ethics education was highly dependent on awareness and capabilities of teacher. In this study, once factors of professionalism of teachers responsible for information ethics reflecting the characteristics of information ethics education were derived from general teacher's professionalism, Delphi survey was conducted three times with targets of 32 experts. As a result, 10 elements of knowledge, 11 elements of performance-ability and 7 elements of personality-related were selected as professionalism of teachers responsible for information ethics.

In Korean railroad-related Organizations facing turbulent environmental change and growth, the introduction of MBO has long been a full-fledged trends. The main reason for this trends is that they need to adapt their system to their vision, mission, value, and strategy in order to gain a sustainable competitive advantage. The purpose of this article is to depict the effectiveness of MBO in railroad-related organizations based on the cognitive response of employees. To attain this purpose, several aspects of current MBO system are surveyed through questionaire and analyzed by SPSS. And some implications will be supposed.

This article presents new perspectives for classification of students' mathematical errors on the basis of experiential structuralism. Experiential structuralism's mechanism gives us new insights on mathematical errors. The hard core of mechanism is consist of 6 autonomous capacity spheres that are responsible for the representation and processing of different reality domains. There are specific forces that are responsible for this organization of mind. There are expressed in terms of a set of five organizational principles. Classification of mathematical errors is ascribed by the theory to the interaction between the 6 autonomous capacity spheres. Different types of classification require different autonomous capacity spheres. We can classify mathematical errors in the domain of linear function problem solving comparing cognitive psychological mechanism of experiential structuralism.

This is to introduce and overview regional transportation planning processes in the southwest region of the State of Washington, USA. First, significant roles of Growth Management Act (GMA) of the State of Washington in transportation planning are examined. Major functions and roles of Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC) as an MPO in the southwest region of the State of Washington, are reviewed mainly from the regional transportation planning perspectives by examining regional transportation planning programs and coordination among the state and local cities and counties. Finally, processes and roles of Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) are discussed. Regional transportation planning processes in a case of the southwest region of the State of Washington may be considered as a reference in regional transportation planning efforts in Korea.
