Nowadays, SNS media has become one of the most common and economic communication methods in the modern word. With the rapid development of communication technology, a variety of SNS media makes easier for us to reach other people everywhere and people are getting more and more reliant on them. The surge in SNS media users and SNS media diversity gets more important every day, but academic research on SNS media evaluation program is scanty. In order to present an evaluation program on the SNS media, this study selected some applicable measurement factors based on reference research, and then evaluate major SNS medias by using AHP analysis method. With these purposes, Kakaotalk, Twitter and Facebook, are the three major SNS medias that were chosen for the analysis. Through collections and analysis of usability evaluation factors about SNS quality from related literature, some factors were concluded: system quality, information quality, interface quality and service quality, to build an AHP frame. And to achieve these purposes, this study applied comprehend mutual questionnaire survey for experts and users to gather research date. Empirical studies about the results were performed using AHP method with Microsoft Office Excel 2010. In this study, the final SNS media evaluation result is that Kakaotalk ranks first of the three SNS media, Facebook is in the second place, and Twitter as least. When SNS media are evaluated, system quality, information quality, interface quality and service quality should be considered. Among all factors, service quality is the most important.

Six sigma methodology is the management tools not only can cause productivity enhancement through the quality control and cost reduction of products and services but also can be applied to various activities of corporates such as research and development. Development of high-density information storage media and devices is indispensible to accomplish the information convergence era. In this paper, we report the case of applying six sigma methodology and tools to the development project of high-density information storage media. The standard DMAIC process was applied to the project and pursuing goals and tools and results in each stage were explained in detail. By adopting the methodology, we could establish fabrication methods of information storage media of recording density higher than $250Gb/in^2$ with high uniformity and reproducibility. The magnetic property and performance of fabricated media were confirmed through measurement of the magnetic hysteresis curve.

It is necessary for us to have proper synchronization technology in order for continuous media and non-continuous media to be integrated and presented. In case of continuous media, it would be possible to convey significant information only after relevant synchronization is completed in the continuous media itself. In this thesis, I mentioned integration of these multi-media, basic notion of synchronization and synchronization technology. In order to process synchronization, I have researched into information used to fractionize methods regarding synchronization. And I have also discussed synchronization problems found in integration of continuous multi-media and through researching into case study of MHEG, I have analyzed how the synchronization of multi-media is processed and applied.

Recently, malicious code infiltration and leakage of confidential documents using external USB medium are frequently occurring in each field. We investigate the media to investigate incidents using external USB media, but there are many difficulties in that they can be lost or damaged. Ultimately, in order to investigate cases of external USB media, it is necessary to conduct a direct analysis of the external USB media as well as the system to which the media is connected. This paper describes an analysis of the artifacts of Windows systems to which external USB media is connected, and how to check the job history on the media. Therefore, it is expected that the system can be used to analyze the job history of the USB medium even if the external USB medium is not secured.

2011년 3월 11일 일본 혼슈 센타이 부근 해역에서 발생한 규모 9.0의 지진에 의한 쓰나미로 동북부 지역에 엄청난 피해가 발생함에 따라 우리나라에서도 지진을 비롯한 각종 대규모 자연재해 대비를 위해 재난방송에 대한 체계를 전반적으로 재점검해야 한다는 의견이 나오고 있다. 지금까지 우리는 재난이 발생하면 TV나 라디오 등 전통적인 매체에 의존하고 있으며 실제 이러한 매체는 지금까지 국민들에게 신속하게 재난정보를 알리는 중요하고도 충실한 역할을 담당해 오고 있다. 그러나 지난해 일본의 쓰나미와 같이 인간의 능력으로 감당하기 힘든 대규모 재난이 발생하였을 경우 이러한 전통적인 재난 방송 매체만으론 역 부족이 될 수 있고, 실제로 일본에서 효과를 나타낸 것은 인터넷 전화(VoIP)와 SNS(Social Network Service) 등 뉴미디어로 구글, 페이스 북과 국내의 NHN, 다음 등은 실종자 정보와 피난처 정보를 제공하고 피해자의 안위를 확인할 수 있는 서비스 하는 등 필요한 정보를 실시간으로 알리는 새로운 매체로 큰 역할을 했다는 평가를 받았다. 본 논문에서는 뉴미디어를 재난방송 전달 매체로 활용하기 위해 현재 운영되고 있는 재난방송 체계 및 시스템의 조사를 통해 개선되어야 할 사항을 도출한다.

방송의 디지털화는 고품질 A/V 서비스 뿐만 아니라 데이터 방송과 같은 새로운 서비스를 제공한다. 지상파 및 케이블 방송에서는 A/V, 데이터 정보와 함께 서비스 제공을 위해 필요한 프로그램 관련 정보를 제공하는 방송 정보를 검증하기 위해 PSIP 분석기를 사용한다. 그러나 현재의 PSIP 분석기는 고가의 하드웨어장비가 대부분으로 설치 및 사용이 어렵고, 방송 매체에 종속적이며, 제약사항이 많아 관련 연구에 많은 어려움을 주고 있다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 설치 및 사용이 편리하고, 매체 비종속적이며, 기능의 확장 및 다양한 응용성을 가지는 소프트웨어기반 분석기가 요구되고 있다. 또한 매체별로 존재하는 PSIP 분석기 구매에 대한 비용 부담이 커지면서 다양한 매체를 동시에 지원할 수 있는 통합형 분석기가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 하드웨어 기반의 PSIP 분석기가 가지고 있는 기존의 문제점을 해결하고, 지상파 및 케이블 방송 매체의 구분 없이 방송 정보를 실시간으로 분석 및 검증할 수 있는 소프트웨어 기반의 통합형 PSIP분석기의 개발에 관하여 기술한다.

Although people seriously worry that "digital paradox" is a "quiet crisis" to our society as a whole and threatens our future generation, we need to reconsider how we utilize digital media for effective learning as we understand its characteristics and compare the differences among all formats of media that used for learning. The purpose of this study is to suggest and analyze school library media programs as Learning Commons by applying the relevant theories on information, learning, learning with media, and meaningful learning. The study assumes the importance of the school library media programs that manage rich Information in various formats in an educational system. The study provides theoretical grounds and insights to practitioners and researchers in the relevant field as they face the challenges in putting an emphasis of today's school library media programs for student learning in digital age.

This study proposes a medium-specific reading instruction method for digital natives exposed to various reading media with the development of information and communication technology. For this purpose, an elementary school located in H-si, Gyeonggi-do was selected and the readability and literacy tests according to the media were conducted for 6th graders. In the experiment, the same article contents were divided into three groups, and the time required to read and read using different media was measured, and the literacy according to the media was confirmed through quizzes. As a result of the measurement, the average reading time of the web-page was 3 minutes 28 seconds, the quiz correct answer rate (average) 3.99 questions, the average reading time of the pdf file in the form of an e-book was 5 minutes 23 seconds, the correct answer rate (average) 4.35 questions, the average reading time of the printed text was 7 minutes 14 seconds, and the correct answer rate (average) 6.26 questions. The number of students who participated in the experiment is 144, and there is a limit to generalizing the reading method according to the media type only with the results of the researcher's experiment.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the structural relationship between the use of a web medium and learning commitment to develop creative talent for higher media integrated Korean classical literature education. For this we used DBs of The 'Encyclopedia of Korean Local Culture(a local culture DB)' built by the Academy of Korean Studies, and a survey was conducted on 418 high school students, attending a classical literature class which used a local culture DB. The result of this study demonstrates media usefulness of local culture DBs' positive effect on learning commitment. Specifically, media richness and media experience affects the learning commitment through the medium usefulness. These results indicate that in order to encourage learner's medium experience and increase medium richness it is necessary to increase the utilization of mediums, such as local culture DBs.
