This study examined the mediating effects of social support on the relationship between self-efficacy and adjustment to university life. Data were collected from 202 university students attending K university in Jeonbuk province using self-reported questionnaires from April 1 to 30, 2017. The demographic characteristics, self-efficacy, social support and adjustment to university life were analyzed by descriptive statistical analyses. The difference in adjustment to university life by demographic characteristics was analyzed by the t-test and ANOVA with Scheffe's post hoc test, while the correlation between variables was measured using Pearson's Correlation Coefficient. The mediating effects of social support were determined by the 3-step multiple regression method developed by Baron and Kenny, and the statistical significance of the mediating effect was measured using the Sobel test. Social support had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between self-efficacy and adjustment to university life. The results of this study will be useful a basic data for the development of a program to enhance self-efficacy and social support systems.

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of physical activity in the relationship between generalized anxiety disorder and overdependence on smartphones in adolescents. To find a way for solving the problems caused by the over-use of smartphones during adolescence, we tried to find the importance of a health promotion program through physical activities. For the purpose of the study, the 2020 Youth Health Behavior Survey data conducted by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention were used as analysis data for this study. As a result of the study, firstly, generalized anxiety disorder has a negative (-) relationship with physical activity, and physical activity also has a negative (-) relationship with overdependence on smartphones. Secondly, as a result of analyzing the mediating effect of physical activity in the relationship between generalized anxiety disorder and smartphone overdependence experience, the physical activity was found to be a significant factor. Thirdly, it was confirmed that the physical activity has a partial mediating effect in the relationship between generalized anxiety disorder and smartphone overdependence experience. Increasing physical activity through team sports rather than individual sports may help reduce smartphone use.

This study aims to provide basic data for improved the level of subjective health awareness in the physical and mental aspects of prospective seniors by verifying the effect of self-esteem of pre-elderly on subjective health awareness and the mediating effect of interpersonal skills. For the analysis, data were collected through a survey of 270 prospective seniors aged 55 and over to 64 years old, who participated in the prospective elderly program operated by social welfare institutions in the metropolitan area, from February 16 to March 16, 2023, and SPSS WIN 25.0 and PROCESS MACRO were used. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, and correlation analysis were conducted as analysis methods, and the mediating effect of interpersonal ability was verified through structural equation analysis, and the main analysis results are as follows. First, it was found that the self-esteem of the pre-elderly had a positive (+) effect on subjective health perception. Second, interpersonal ability showed a mediating effect in the relationship between self-esteem and subjective health perception of pre-elderly. Based on these results, it is significant in that it presents basic data for a successful and active retirement life in the future old age.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the coupon attitude plays a mediating in the relationship between brand image, brand preference, and information reliability of 'KakaoTalk Plus Friend' and also the coupon attitude plays a mediating role in the relationship between user satisfaction and continuous usage intention. A questionnaire was used the samples of totally 170 people, who is currently using the 'KakaoTalk Plus Friend'. According to analysis, first, the coupon attitude has been shown to be partly mediating effect on the relationship between brand image and information reliability. Second, the coupon attitude has been shown to be not mediating effect on the relationship between brand preference and use satisfaction. Third, the coupon attitude has been shown to be partial mediating effect in relation to user satisfaction. As a result, the coupon attitude has been shown to be mediating effect on the user attitude. This result can help the understanding user attitude and the coupon attitude in the 'KakaoTalk Plus Friend'.

최근 교사들의 잇단 극단적 선택으로 학교의 변화와 상황에 대한 문제의식이 사회적으로 날로 높아지고 있다. 교직에 대한 선호도가 급격히 떨어지고 교직 이직 비율도 빠르게 높아지고 있어 교육의 질을 걱정하기에 이르렀다. 드러난 문제가 원인의 하나일 수 있으나 많은 연구에서 교사들의 직무스트레스가 심각한 수준임을 밝히고 있고, 학교교육 현장에는 교사들이 조직에 몰입하기 어려운 다양한 문제들이 있음을 밝히고 있다. 그럼에도 교육현장에서는 학생, 교사들이 함께 성장할 수 있고 모두가 만족하는 교육 활동을 실현시키고 변화와 혁신을 통해 교육역량을 높이고자 지속적으로 노력하고 있다. 본 연구는 초등학교 교사의 직무스트레스와 감정 노동이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 조사 분석하고 두 변인 즉 직무스트레스와 감정 노동이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향에서 긍정심리자본의 매개 효과를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 교사 직무스트레스 실태를 종합적으로 파악하고자 관계 요인, 업무요인, 정책 요인으로 나누어 분석(김종민 외, 2018. 경기도교육연구원)하고 특히 스트레스 요인 중 가장 비중 있는 감정 노동 부분은 분리하여 더 상세히 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 경기도, 경기도, 서울, 전라남도 소재 초등학교교사 500명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 활용하여 변인들의 기술통계치를 산출하고자 한다. 초등교사의 인구통계학적 변인간에 유의한 차이가 있는지 확인하기 위해 t-검정과 일원배치 분산분석(ANOVA)을 실시한다. 그리고 연구에 포함된 변인들간의 상관계수를 산출하고 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 절차에 따른 3단계 회귀분석과 부트스트래핑(bootstrapping) 기법을 적용하여 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하고자한다.

This study is the result of an empirical research that may contribute to the management on employee turnover of SMEs by looking over factors affecting the intention of employee turnover. Welfare satisfaction, recognition, empowerment, organizational flexibility and LMX expertise respect, higher contribution showed a positive effect on job satisfaction. Welfare satisfaction, empowerment, leader of the professional respect showed negative effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction partially mediated welfare satisfaction, professional respect and completely mediated empowerment. The results implies that job satisfaction needs to be also considered when HRM practice and LMX are examined for reducing employee turnover.

In this study, we investigate how organizational learning affects corporate performance through the medium of intangible assets. And based on the relationship, we tried to empirically analyze organizational learning and intangible assets typified by purpose. Although trianing on the business performance method affects positively on product / service improvement and market dominance expansion, training on the knowledge management method has a positive effect only on product / service improvement, Respectively. As a result of analyzing the mediating effects, it was found that the training on the business performance method was mediating only to the expansion of market dominance, and trianing on the knowledge management method and the cost of organizational learning was not mediated. Therefore, it is found that the operation of organizational learning and the acquisition of intangible assets are essential to improve corporate performance.

This study aimed to examine the influence of problem gambling on suicidal ideation through depression among stayers in the area of casino and to investigate the moderated mediation effect of gender. For the purpose, this study used a sample of 298 stayers in the area of casino, and conducted data analyses by utilizing Process Macro for SPSS. The main results are as follows. First, problem gambling positively significantly influenced suicidal ideation among stayers in the area of casino. Second, depression perfectly mediated the influence of problem gambling on suicidal ideation. Third, gender moderated the influence of depression on suicidal ideation. Fourth, the moderated conditional mediation effect of gender in the influence of problem gambling on suicidal ideation through depression was found. Based on the findings, this study concludes with discussing intervention strategies to address problem gambling and suicidal ideation among stayers in the area of casino.

This study aims to examine whether a Parent's Neglecting Attitude affects an Adult Media Immersion and Adolescent' Dependence on mobile phonehas a mediating effect. To achieve this goal, the first year of middle school panel of 'the 6th Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS)' was utilized. To verify the mediating effect of Adolescent' Dependence on mobile phone in the relationship between Parent's Neglecting Attitude by Adolescents and the Adult Media Immersion, Baron & Kenny's mediating effect analysis method was conducted and the analytical findings are shown below. According to this study, first of all, more the Parent's Neglecting Attitude rise to rise the Adult Media Immersion. Second, the Adolescent's Dependence on mobile phone partly mediates the Adult Media Immersion. The practical implications of this results are below : First, we need to make a policy and legal effort to improve the relationship between parents and children. Second, there is a need to practice professional programs in schools, focusing on school social worker. Third, Revision of relevant laws limiting access to adult media is necessary.

The purpose of the study was to examine the mediating effect of self-esteem on the convergent relationship between respect for human rights and school adjustment of adolescents. Data came from the Korean Survey on the rights of Children and Youth in 2016 and a total of 2,366 of the 2nd grade students in middle school were employed. Structural equation modeling approach was utilized to test the goodness of research model fit and especially the mediating effect was tested by bootstrapping method. Results showed that goodness of model fit was acceptable and self-esteem mediated the convergent relationship between respect for human rights and school adjustment of adolescents. This indicates that the more experiences in respect for human rights and the higher their self-esteem students have, the better school adjustment they acquire. The results of the study imply that it is necessary to expand the human rights education for teachers and develop a new educational program that links between respect for human rights and self-esteem.
