The Strategies of Technology Development for Geospatial Web Platform (Geospatial Web 플랫폼 기술 분석 및 기술개발전략)

  • In Web2.0 environment, with advanced platform technologies, global vendors such as Google, Microsoft and Yahoo provide competitive geospatial services based on global map and satellite image. But the relatively low level of platform technologies has not rapidly increased the land information and geospatial service markets in Korea. For the ubiquitous next generation Internet, as a one of the R&D projects by Korean Land Spatialization Group, the project for platform technologies has being made to provide customized land information and geospatial service. The platform technologies can be categorized for streamming, mashup and geosearch. More specifically, the 2D/3D Hybird streamming engine, mashup engine for u-GIS service and next generation search engine for land information have being developed. In this context, the strategies for efficient development and use of geoweb platform technologies are required. This study surveys the present geospatial products and services using of platform technologies to propose the strategies for efficient development and use of platform technologies. The strategies for efficient development and use of platform technologies can be proposed focusing on target market and each of platform technologies.

개인맞춤생산을 위한 IoT기반 개방형 제조서비스 플랫폼

  • 본고에서는 개인 또는 기업이 아이디어를 제품화하는 과정에서 겪게 되는 생산진입의 어려움을 해소하기 위해서 개인맞춤생산을 지원하는 개방형 제조서비스 플랫폼 (FaaS: Factory as a Service)을 제안한다. FaaS 플랫폼은 다양한 고객들의 맞춤형 제품에 대한 요구를 수용하여 가능한 대량 생산에 가까운 효율로 생산하도록 설계하였으며, 개인맞춤생산을 위한 스마트 제조기술과 제조서비스 플랫폼 기능을 제공한다. FaaS 플랫폼은 고객이 자신이 원하는 제품생산의 요구를 정확하게 지속적으로 전달하기 위해 개방성을 제공하는 FaaS 클라우드 계층과 다양한 이종 제품들을 최적의 생산 효율을 가지고 혼류생산 할 수 있도록 하는 FaaS 제조운영 계층, 그리고 3D프린터, 로봇과 같은 혁신형의 제조설비들을 IoT(Internet of Things)를 기반으로 유기적으로 연결함으로써 팩토리 전체 성능을 향상시키도록 하는 FaaS 실행제어 계층으로 구성된다. 본 고에서 제안한 FaaS 플랫폼은 향후 기술개발 결과물을 실 수요 제품을 생산하는 ICT융합형 제조서비스 스마트팩토리 실증테스트베드에 적용하여 시범운영을 통해 기술을 검증하고 확장할 계획으로 있으며, 이를 통해 창업 기업이나 중소 제조기업들이 신제품의 시장진입시간을 단축시키고, 실질적인 펀딩 효과를 가질 수 있기를 기대한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest implications for mathematics teaching and learning when using AI-based educational platforms that support personalized mathematics learning. To this end, we selected five platforms(Knock-knock! Math Expedition, knowre, Khan Academy, MATHia, CENTURY) and analyzed how the AI-based educational platforms for mathematics reflect the three elements(PLP, PLN, PLE) to support personalized learning. The results of this study showed that although the characteristics of PLP, PLN, and PLE implemented on each platform varied, they were designed to form PLEs that allow learners to make their autonomous decisions about learning based on PLP and PLN. The significance of this study can be found in that it has improved the understanding and practicability of personalized mathematics learning with the AI-based educational platforms.

  • 현재에는 다양한 교육 서비스, 자료, 기구가 개발되어 산재되어 있다. 그래서 학생에 맞는 맞춤형 교육으로 학생들의 적성, 진로에 관한 안목을 높이고, 교육의 질을 높이는 것이 중요하다. 기존의 교육 플랫폼은 교육 프로그램 및 교구 자료들이 여러 곳에 분산되어 있어 자료 선택이 어렵다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 맞춤형 교육 서비스 자료, 기구 등을 선생님(사용자)들에게 추천하는 메커니즘을 제안한다. 본 새로운 플랫폼에서 CNN 알고리즘을 통해 학급, 학생들에게 맞는 추천 컨텐츠를 제공한다. 이 메커니즘을 통해 자료 선택에 도움을 주어 교육의 질을 높이고자 한다.

  • Globally, the change in higher education is gradually moving toward a trend that seeks a change in innovative higher education through the revitalization of digital-based education. Accordingly, this study designed a customized education model based on e-learning that can be used in undergraduate education and development of lifelong vocational skills. The use of online learning platforms and the expansion of education are major factors that change the overall higher education system as the form and content of curriculum changes around the world. In order to establish a customized education model using online learning platform, this study analyzed major overseas advanced education cases and selected the basic direction of customized learning as personalized learning, competency based learning, and training for talents leading the 4th Industrial Revolution. Then, FGI was conducted for undergraduate and lifelong vocational ability development experts. As a result, a customized education model using an online learning platform was derived from a degree-type model available in undergraduate education and a non-degree-type model available in the field of lifelong vocational ability development, and each operation strategy was suggested.

Research on the Interactive Experience Design of Museum Cultural Product Customization Platform -Focusing on Shenyang Palace Museum (박물관 문화상품을 위한 플랫폼의 상호경험디자인에 대한연구 -선양고궁박물관을 중심으로)

  • The innovative development of museum cultural products is an important way for museums to play the function of cultural communication with their collections. In the context of consumer upgrading, traditional cultural product design and sales methods gradually fail to meet the diverse needs of consumers. This study aims to propose the construction of a customized interactive experience platform for museum cultural products, promote the development of museum cultural products, and facilitate the inheritance and preservation of museum culture. The research methodology analyzes the model and characteristics of existing cultural product customization platforms by collating existing literature studies, and distributes 159 questionnaires to investigate the needs of cultural product consumers, and finally combines the customization experience with existing e-tailing platform systems according to user needs, proposes a theoretical framework and conducts design practice and usability testing using the Shenyang Palace Museum as an example. The findings show that users have a high acceptance of the customized platform for cultural products and that the design of the customized platform can be used to promote the dissemination of the cultural connotations of museums, optimize the personalized user experience of cultural products, and provide new ideas for the development, design, and retailing of museum cultural products. Based on the above findings, this paper suggests that museums' cultural product development can utilize the design model of customized platforms to further enhance consumers' personalized service experience.

  • In this paper, we propose an RBAC based personalized health care service platform in order to provide smart management of personal health record using smart devices. It helps to guide healthful service and provide useful information according to one's individual health record. Personalized health care services platform supports a healthy lifestyle by measuring personal health information in a hospital clinical, imaging, and drug data, as well as that can be obtained from smart devices. Everyone can enter his health related data in everyday life such as food, sleeping time, mood, movement and exercise so that one can manage his personal health information of modern smart features. In addition, if necessary, personal health information can be provided to the hospital information system and staff with the consent of the individual. It can be contributed to simplify the complex process for remote medical. The proposed platform, which applies role based access control model to protect security and privacy, supports a smart health care services for users by providing personalized health care services through the smart applications.

Mobile exercise monitoring for personalized exercise prescription (맞춤형 운동처방을 위한 모바일 운동 모니터링)

  • This study was carried out the exercise monitoring utilizing mobile device which is easily accessible and personalized exercise prescription based on it. For this, a variety of exercise monitoring and status of those were investigated and suggested the potential of personalized exercise prescription. If individual users send their body and vital informations using a mobile device, all informations are collected in u-Fitness center. After then exercise expert provide a customized prescription based on the collected information and feed data into database of u-Fitness center. System of U-Fitness center will provide the best personalized exercise prescription by automatically connecting to the content providers. In the future, a variety of mobile devices and services will work together and it can be evolved as an open platform that can be used for multiple services according to the needs of individual users on a single platform.

A Study of Evaluating on Values of Customized Spatial Information Technology (맞춤형 국토정보 제공기술 가치평가 연구)

  • For desirable ubiquitous web environments, one of the R&D projects by Korean Land Spatialization Group, has been done to develop a geospatial platform for custom ized land information and geospatial services. To make a better judgement for the investment in the project, analyses for evaluating value of the platform technology and others are done to propose better strategies for the future project management and commercialization of the platform technology. Wiith review of theories and evaluation methods for the technological values, this study suggests 3 evaluating methods: cost approach methods, market approach methods, and income approach methods with focusing on the customized geospatial information platform technology. Results of the evaluation are as follows: the value(over 3,600 million won) estimated by using cost approach methods is larger than the value(over 2,200 million won) using income approach method. Based on evaluation time and methods, the estimated value of geospatial platform technology can be different. This study is performed in relatively early stage of technology developments and results of it will be a reference for commercialization of customized geospatial information platform technology.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of personalized learning platforms applied with machine learning recommendation modules that upgrade recommended algorithms by themselves through learning big data analysis on students' learning time, self-directed learning ability, mathematics achievement, and attitudes toward mathematics, and the correlation between them. According to the study, customized learning affected learning time, self-directed learning ability and mathematics attitude, while learning time affected self-directed learning ability. Self-directed learning ability has had a significant impact on the attitude of mathematics and mathematical achievements. As a result of the mediated effectiveness test, the indirect impact of customized learning on mathematics attitude and mathematics performance was significant through the medium of learning time and self-directed learning ability.
