Recently, with the development of mobile devices and social media services, contents recommendation schemes have been studied. They are typically applied to the job curation systems. Most existing university education content recommendation schemes only recommend the most frequently taken subjects based on the student's school and major. Therefore, they do not consider the type or field of employment that each student wants. In this paper, we propose a university educational contents recommendation scheme for job curation services. The proposed scheme extracts companies that a user is interested in by analyzing his/her activities in the job curation system. The proposed scheme selects graduates or mentors based on the reliability and similarity of graduates who have been employed at the companies of interest. The proposed scheme recommends customized subjects, comparative subjects, and autonomous activity lists to users through collaborative filtering.

As Edutech arises which is integrating IT technology into education, many related attempts have been tried on music education area. The focus has been shifted from the teachers to the learners, and this makes the personalized learning emerge. The learner's proficiency is an essential factor to support the personalized learning. The chord fingering is an important technique in piano learning. In this paper, a personalized learning tool for piano chords has been suggested. And then, several utilization ways have been described by analyzing the chords patterns. Specifically, the difficulty of the chords and the proficiency of the learner are derived from the accumulated practicing log data of the users. More effective learning way of the chords has been presented through hierarchical clustering based on chords similarity. Furthermore, the suggested approach where only the practicing log data are used lessens the learner's burden to measure the proficiency and the chord's difficulty without additional efforts like taking tests.

각급 학교나 교육기관 그리고 교육매체들의 교육활동이나 자료 소식들을 접하려면 일일이 사이트를 방문해야 하는 번거로움이 있다. 다양한 언어로 구축되어 있는 홈페이지들을 XML파서를 통해서 생성된 문서들을 학습자나 학부모 그 외 교육소식들을 요구하는 이용자들에게 한 눈에 정보를 파악하면서 접할 수 있도록 실시간으로 맞춤형 정보들을 제공해주는 시스템을 설계하였다.

Our students are shocked by the results that there is an inverse proportion between academic achievement and life satisfaction. Recently, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) published the PISA 2015 Student Well-Being Report. According to the report, Korean students' education is the highest among OECD countries, but their life satisfaction is the 47th ranked among the 48 OECD and non-OECD countries.[1] This is the cause of the unilateral education using collective achievement in evaluation methods. Therefore, I propose a personalized integrated model utilizing block chain technology. I suggest a personalized education and evaluation system model using selective education and personal approval rather than from teachers' unilateral education. This will no longer open the student's achievement grade system to the public. This change will be accomplished utilizing block chain technology. This technology is characterized by security, transparency and dispersion. The result of this work can be used to improve students' quality of living through a management system of personalized education and evaluation, based on the nature of education.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the results & performance of the optimized human resource development program, which was progressed by Gachon University in the past three years. Gachon University since 2009, with the support of the government, has launched a "Game Project Track" and also has carried out curriculum development and student education with cooperative companies in the field of game industry. Furthermore, Game Project Track, with companies, has pursued special lecture & intern training during vacation in order to strengthen students' ability to adapt on-site. As a results of co-education, 25 students have received the award in the external competitions, and also 39 students(97.5%) of 40 graduated from this course have been employed by cooperative companies.

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 대학의 도전적 창업문화 정착, 대학생의 창업역량 강화로 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖춘 창업 확대에 필요한 창업교육 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 4차 산업혁명 시대 창업의 국가경제적 의의와 함께 대학생의 진로 대안으로서 주목받고 있지만 우리나라 대학생의 창업인식은 낮은 수준에 머물고 있다. 대학생의 창업아이템이 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖출 만큼의 창의성이 뒷받침된 기술기반 창업과는 거리가 먼 경우가 많다. 최근 정부 및 대학에서 창업의 중요성을 인식하고 다양한 지원정책과 교육 프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 그러나 창업문화 확산을 통한 창업도전의 저변 확대, 시장과 산업 트랜드를 바꿀만큼의 시장 전환적이며, 창조적 파괴가 동반된 창업을 활성화하는 데에는 부족함이 많다. 이에 본 연구는 H대학교 신입생 1,092명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 대학생 창업인식을 분석하고 대학의 창업교육 고도화를 위한 유의한 사실을 발견하였다. 실태조사 결과를 이용하여 본 연구는 다음과 같은 창업교육 고도화 방안을 제시하였는데. 첫째, 생애주기적 진로대안으로서 창업의 의의 인식, 둘째, 학생의 개인적 특성에 기초한 맞춤형 창업교육 프로그램의 개발 운영, 셋째, 창업 전문성을 갖추면서 동시에 교육자로서의 역량을 갖춘 대학 내 외부 전문가들을 네트워킹하여 이론-실무의 우수한 창업 교육자 풀 구성 넷째, 효과적 창업교육 전략 및 프로그램 개발과 실행을 위한 구체적 대안으로 창업교육 목적의 명확화, 교육목적에 부합하는 실천적 교육 콘텐츠 개발 및 국내외 우수 창업교육 콘텐츠의 적극적 활용, 창의적 문제해결 능력 강화를 위하여 교육학적으로 효과적인 방법의 모색 등을 제시하였다.

As basic data about students' career education in high school are being managed only in forms of NEIS, which is supported by Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, and the information for career education that homeroom teachers have operated by off-line system, it is hard to use them as practical decision support system for students' career education. In this study, we intend to design and embody web-based Student Management Total System by constructing DB of students' e-portfolios, school records and counselling data etc. As a result, teachers can carry out vocational education that is considered students' talents and aptitude, and we have a goal for promoting the growth of the students as the national human resources who have sound occupational consciousness through this education.

Professional job training for government officers emphasizes establishing desirable values as public officials and improving professionalism in public service. To provide customized education, some studies are analyzed factors affecting education satisfaction. However, there is a lack of research predicting education satisfaction with educational contents. Therefore, we propose a deep learning-based regression model that predicts government officer education satisfaction with educational contents. We use education information data for government officer. We use one-hot encoding to categorize variables collected in text format, such as education targets, education classifications, and education types. We quantify the education contents stored in text format as TF-IDF. We train our deep learning-based regression model and validate model performance with 10-Fold Cross Validation. Our proposed model showed 99.87% accuracy on test sets. We expect that customized education recommendations based on our model will help provide and improve optimized education content.

Global economy is moving to digital economy accelerated by the rapid development of ICT (information and communication technology). However, the progress in e-business in developing countries has been slow due to the lack of experience, technology, and basic infra structure. One way to solve this problem is to provide them with customized e-business solution, training, and contents service. In this paper, we design an E-business Training Supporting System (E-TSS) for developing countries. It consists of a simple business blog to support business web page and a customized e-business solution. The E-TSS is customized for individual country. This customization becomes more effective utilizing an intelligent agent based upon recognizing unique characteristics such as language and time. The E-TSS is implemented and utilized by APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) Women's e-Biz Center.
