The author studied the adrenotropic receptors of isolated vas deferens from Ditrema temmincki Bleeker, using adrenergic activators such as epinephrine, norepinephrine, isoproterenol and phenylephrine, and adrenergic blocking agents such as phenoxybenzamine and propranolol. The results are as follows: 1. The vas deferens was stimulated by epinephrine, norepinephrine and phenylephrine, but not affected by isoproterenol. 2. The excitatory effect of phenylephrine on the vas deferens was completely blocked by phenoxybenzamine, but more stimulated by propranolol. 3. The excitatory effects of epinephrine and norepinephrine were markedly reduced by phenoxybenzamine, but stimulated by propranolol. 4. The vas deferens pretreated with phenoxybenzamine and propranolol was not affected by epinephrine and norepinephrine. 5. The vas deferens was not affected by isoproterenol and also not affected by the pretreatment with either kind of blocking agent plus isoproterenol. 6. It seemed that the vas deferens had both alpha-excitatory receptor and beta-receptor, but it was difficult to detect the character of beta-receptor whether it was inhibitory or excitatory.

Cobitis striata testes were paired, with elongate form and suspended on the dorsal body wall. The testicular structure of immature testes composed of many seminal lobules with regular arrangement, whereas mature testes anastomose neighbouring seminal lobules. The spermatozoa of C. striata were anacrosomal aquasperm type and have spherical nucleus. The mid piece of spermatozoa was $0.8{\mu}m$ in length and contained 5~8 ring-shaped mitochondria. The flagellum of the spermatozoa in the present species was uniflagellate consisting of a typical 9+2 axoneme without fins.

Due to low annual average temperature, road tunnel lining in domestic cold region (Gangwon province) experiences durability problems. The financial and human damage due to cracks, breakout, exfoliation and water leakage increases every year. However, domestic research on effect of temperature on road tunnel lining damage is insufficient. Thus, this research has investigated 70 tunnels located in cold region (Gangwon-do) to analyze damage status. Furthermore, by contrasting damage on tunnels in relatively warm Gangneung area with those in relatively cold Hongcheon area, the effect of temperature on road tunnel lining damage was analyzed.

Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks are self-organizing Peer-to-Peer networks that typically have highly mobile vehicle nodes, moving at high speeds, very short-lasting and unstable communication links. VANETs are formed without fixed infrastructure, central administration, and dedicated routing equipment, and network nodes are mobile, joining and leaving the network over time. So, VANET-security is very vulnerable for the intrusion of malicious and misbehaving nodes in the network, since VANETs are mostly open networks, allowing everyone connect, without centralized control. In this paper, we propose a rough set based anomaly detection method that efficiently identify malicious behavior of vehicle node activities in these VANETs, and the performance of a proposed scheme is evaluated by a simulation in terms of anomaly detection rate and false alarm rate for the threshold ${\epsilon}$.

As the part of a research project, we examined the causes of game addiction. Traumatized infants may project into virtual space a variety of mental symptoms such as aggression and delusion, division and depression, lack of integrated ego, low emotional awareness, compulsive obsession with objects, rebellion against social norms, and low reality awareness. Game space plays various roles in exhibiting presence of self, omnipotence and hopelessness, division of the self-image, emotional duality, immersion, and motility. This roles have both functional and dysfunctional effects.

A 38-year-old female was admitted due to progressive exertional dyspnea and intermittent blood tinged sputum. Chest PA showed diffuse reticular infiltration accompanied by hyperinflation. $PaO_2$ was normal in resting state but profoundly decreased during exercise. Spirometry showed severe obstructive pattern but DLCO was markedly decreased. Lung volumes measured by helium equilibrium method was increased. On HRCT, numerous and relatively uniform sized cysts were evenly distributed throughout the bilateral lung fields. Open lung biopsy was performed and pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis(LAM) was diagnosed based on the findings of abnormal proliferation of smooth muscle cells in the walls of lymphatic vessels, bronchioles, and small pulmonary veins. Immunohistochemical staining was negative for estrogen receptor but positive for progesterone receptor. Medroxyprogesterone therapy was initiated.

Mast cells have been studied extensively in various animals including rats and mice, whereas little is known the morphological data about pheasant mast cells. Here, morphological features of Korean pheasant mast cells are described in this study using light and electron microscopes. For light microscopy, mast cells had many metachromatic granules stained with toluidine blue in the cytoplasm. The fixation with $10\%$ neutral buffered formalin blocked staining of most mast cells but a modified Karnovsky solution proved to be a good fixative. In Korean pheasants, toluidine blue stained more mast cells than did alcian blue. For electron microscopy, the mast cells of the Korean pheasant were round, oval, spindle-like and irregular form and occasionally had a few short cytoplasmic processes. These cells had membrane-bounded granules and poorly developed organells. Some granules in the cytoplasm of the mast cells had bilayer membrane. Most granules were round shape and the membrane of several granules was concave or convex. The granules were composed of three parts, homogenous, particulate and reticular pattern.

Three species of Coitocoecum, C. orthorchis, C. latum and C. glandulosum were found from the marine fish of the Korean southern sea. Among them, C. latum and C. glandulosum were reported for the first time in Korea, and Acanthopagrus schlegeli was recorded as a new host species for C. glandulosum. Two species, C. acanthogobium and C. koreanum, reported by Park (1939) were treated as synomyms of C. orthorchis.
