It is very important the government project should be supported by enough budget for proceeding. The insufficient budget by poor budget estimating uesd to bring about discontinuing for the project. This is originally caused by inaccuracy for cost estimating about system and evaluating for system requirements on the projet initial phase. The system requirements is technical requirements that converted the user needs and is needs for communicating between stakeholder and developer and manufacturer. Also the system requirements is the primary factor to make the project cost. The cost estimating is not easy due to complication of cost factors and an aberration between cost estimating and actual cost. Specially, on the project initial phase, shortage of detail information for project make more difficult to do cost estimating. This study proposes the architecture for validating proper system requirements by using cost estimations methodology on the project initial phase and shows the computer tool for simulating the proposed architecture.

In our knowledge-based society, a corporation's main growth engine consists of its unique core competences and how these are organized rather than materialized competitive advantage. Intangible factors such as creative organizational culture, learning capability, brands, marketing ability and technology are notable examples of such core competencies. To ensure constant development of a corporation, it is important to understand the environment in which these factors operate. Drawing on literature research, this paper looks at organizational culture and change, and employees' attitudes and resistance factors to such change. To strengthen the explanation of this study the Korea Asset Management Corporation was used as a case study. From the point of view of information science, knowledge has been viewed as that which is found in books and databases. Such "knowledge" is storable, passive and unchangeable. However, more recently it is seen by many researchers that this approach is limited in that it ignores the knowledge that "sits" in human "bodyminds" and organizations. Such knowledge forms the backbone of organizational culture and should be considered in any meaningful study of information.

Target businesses mean a business of specific and detailed management targets being used for realization of applications for business. Though elicitation methods of target businesses exist variously, it mostly requires much experience and consumes much time. So because its procedure is not suggested clearly, there is much difficulty when a beginner elicits target businesses. Accordingly, this study proposes a method capable of eliciting target businesses procedurally from given business statements. And hypothetical business statements were used as a case, and a method proposed from this study was applied to given business statements with the target of undergraduates, graduate students and company employees. And as a result of questioning an individual performance method and analyzing its reliability, a reliable result was obtained generally. Due to this, it could be confirmed that the method suggested in this study is not only used in the field, but also can be used easily even for a beginner.

The purpose of this study was to understand the perception of professors and students about non-face-to face classes at the university. The subjects of this study were 194 professors and 1,543 students at M University. In addition, 23 mathematics majors and 80 students of natural sciences and engineering investigate the perception of using video contents methods. It surveyed the evaluation from students after progressing online classes using video for one semester. The results of this study are as follows. First, the students preferred distance education type was an audio recording using lecture materials or class video contents. Second, an online class using video content was preferred by the students who are well self-control or have an autodidactic background. Finally, professors advanced preparation and careful consideration for the students enhanced the course satisfaction of students.

The purpose of this study is to examine satisfaction with liberal education at H university. In particular, the study is interested in students' and satisfaction with the courses of and , compulsory liberal studies. As a result of analysis, students were most satisfied with 'the percentage of liberal studies credits', being followed by 'the number of students per liberal studies class' and 'the systemicity of curriculum.' The survey also showed that, in and , students were highly satisfied with 'chance for communication with native faculty, improvement of ral expression skills' and 'improvement of orthography and grammar skill and so on. With regard to items whose satisfaction were low, the survey showed that there was the lack of connectivity between liberal studies and employment in 3 categories in common. Therefore, a direction toward enhancement of efficiency in connection with career center and the like was required in addition to establishing, developing and specifying employment category in liberal studies.

We have web-based online discussion to implement active interaction and a variety of communicative activities. I have gathered the following research questions to study about the meaning of web-based online discussion as a mathematical communication teaching method. First, what changes are there in students mathematical communication ability in web-based online discussion\ulcorner Second, how do students evaluate the web-based online discussion experience\ulcorner In this web-based online discussion, groups of middle school first grade 34 students and each group had chatting at 8 times for 10 weeks. I analyzed what they had discussed by the prints that they had sent me by e-mail. I also surveyed what they had experienced and analyzed them. In this research, the online web based discussion has given positive influence on students' competence of speaking, writing, reading and listening which are crucial to mathematical communication. Students' mathematic thinking power improved and attitudes to mathematics have become more positive.

In case a firm proceeds with TQC the activity of QCC, one of the activities concerned with TQC, is made first of all. There fore, in consideration that TQC could not be successful with the activity of QCC being unsuccessful a firm underlines activating QCC and makes considerable support of the educational discipline. However, as for the data of TQC having been introduced in domestic country no data related to construction industry have been found, all of them being concerned with manufacturing industry and it has happened that some firms of the construction industry make the negative reaction to the activity of QCC. So some of firms including our one have prepared and published their own texts and made them available by utilizing the translated Japanese data which were attained through Japanese construction firms. It is thought that a problem has been caused by the above-stated. While Japanese firms have made R & D of the features concerning to the most basic QCC activity for themselves, Korean ones have just followed and taken advantage of those originated by Japanese without being conscious of the basic idea, and this has caused the consequent failing of QCC activity. In other word, the emphasis of the results only rather than process has brought about the unsuccessful QCC activity.

This study explored news coverage on the sex crimes and analyzed news by network analysis and frame analysis based on the layered model to compare news coverage on the celebrity. As a result, in case of celebrity the broadcasting focused more and the tone of news is more sensational. The news in ground wave broadcasting more detailed on the sex crimes. It blamed the An, the governor of Chungnam more and the news is more sensational by interviewing marginal man. In #Metoo case, broadcasting news focused on the offender. The title of case name and the headline are framed based on the offender. Especially consensual relationship frame is dominated in the sex crime news. This study also can see the offender blaming frame and in the viewpoint of agenda-setting. It is difficult to find the cause of #Metoo movement and the structural approach on the case. This study highlighted the importance of layed model when analyzing the sex-crime news related with #Metoo movement.

"National important facilities" refers to facilities that have a great influence on national security and people's live s if enemy occupation, destruction, or functional paralysis is imposed by the Ministry of Defense Directive. In view of the case of nuclear plant hacking and the attack on the government building "National important facilities" could be the target of anti-social crimes. In the meantime, the "National important facilities" check is limited to the facilit y survey. so The purpose of this study is to develop generalized requirements. Therefore, comparing the requiremen ts of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013. There are only 8 differences(operating) out of 1-10. And the rest are used in common. In addition, we confirmed that the results of comparing the cases of domestic and foreign CPTED are within the "Six Principles". In Chapter 8, the principle of application of CPTED was inserted and the certification re quirements of the "National important facilities" management system were derived.
