This study is aimed at a comparison analyzing the contents of child 'safety education' in Three-four-year-old Nuri curriculum manual for teachers related activity type and activity form, life theme based on the criteria of analysis. First, the number of contents of child 'safety education' included in the 3 year old Nuri curriculum manual for teachers was 136, and among them, 71(52.2%) were from in big and small group activity. Total 124 contents were in 4-year old group and showed 58(46.8%) contents in big and small group activity. Second, it was identified that the Three-four-year-old Nuri curriculum handled highest number of child 'safety education' activities. Twenty-five activities from 'appliances' among a total of 127 child 'safety education' activities were included and included 21 activities in contents of 'safety for object, tool, and apparatus.' Thirty-three activities among 'health and safety' among a total of 131 child 'safety education' activities were included and it was identified that the highest number of child 'safety education' activities were conducted in 'safety for disease' contents. It will be hope to suggest some of the providing child 'safety education' of Three-four-year-old in education field, and to provide basic data for planning and suggesting directions for various training related to child safety education. Moreover, this study intends to provide basic data for composing necessary manual and program for child 'safety education' and to provide basic data for expanding the safety experience facility.

To understand the variation and transport pattern of suspended matters, salinity, tidal current and suspended matters in semiclosed Muan Bay have been monitored during winter and summer. The suspended matters show considerably seasonal variations with low concentration and homogeneity in the water column during winter season, but with high concentration and layering during summer season. Particularly, during summer season, the freshwater and the suspended matters influxed by the gate operation of the Youngsan River sea-dike are transported northward in accordance with the would flow into the inner-bay by relaxed flood currents after the construction of sea-dike and sea-walls in the Mokpo coastal zone. But, in the south bay-mouth, those matters outflow through the bay-mouth, resulting from tidal ebb dominance and asymmetry in the west bay-mouth. The residual suspended matter flux is much higher in the south bay-mouth(-0.0955kg/m ${\cdot}$ sec) than that of west bay-mouth(0.0078kg1m ${\cdot}$ sec). Accordingly, The Muan Bay is interpreted as erosion-dominated environments, and the erosion somewhat progresses in the intertidal flat of the bay.

최근 여러 가지 요인으로 가뭄이 빈발하고 있으며, 가뭄을 대비한 과학적 저수지 운영이 절실하다. 유입량, 관개용수량, 저수량, 하천유지유량 등 저수지 물수지를 반영하여 실제 가뭄 상황에 적용할 수 있는 시스템으로 개발하였다. 여기서, 하류 하천의 수량을 양수하여 저수량을 확보하는 양수저류를 고려하였고, 시기별 관개용수량을 간단관개, 절수관개 등의 실제 상황을 반영하도록 하였다. 또한 저수량의 장기간 변화를 관찰하여 저수지 운영의 가이드라인을 설정할 수 있도록 하였고, 하류 하천의 유량 변화도 평가할 수 있도록 하였다. 최근 수차례 가뭄을 겪은 충남 홍성에 위치한 대사저수지에 개발된 시스템을 적용하였다. 대사 저수지는 유역면적 $2.9km^2$, 유효저수량 137만$m^3$, 수혜면적 163ha에 이르며, 유역면적 $72.2km^2$인 하류하천의 와룡천으로부터 $0.057m^3/s$씩 양수하여 저수량을 확보하고 있다. 일별 저수율 자료가 있는 1991년부터 2016년까지 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 양수는 1월 15일부터 5월 31일까지 실시하는 것으로 하고 결과를 정리하였다. 첫째, 일 저수위를 모의하여 검증한 결과 일평균하여 관측 저수위는 EL.84.58m, 모의 저수위는 EL.85.87m이었다. 이 때 강우량은 연평균 1,275.2mm, 유입량은 718.0mm, 유출률 56.3%, 수면증발량 11.5만$m^3$, 관개용수 공급량 117.5만$m^3$, 월류량 148.9만$m^3$이었다. 둘째, 양수로 인한 유입량의 변화는 양수 전에는 연평균 209만$m^3$(유출률 56.3%)에서 양수 후 276만$m^3$(74.7%)로 증가하였고, 양수량은 67.5만$m^3$(연유입량의 32.3%)이었다. 셋째, 하류 와룡천의 유량은 양수 전에는 연평균 연유출량 5,200만$m^3$(유출률 56.5%)에서 양수 후 5,120만$m^3$(55.6%)으로 나타났다. 넷째, 양수 전에는 일평균 저수량이 47만$m^3$에서 양수 후 76만㎥으로 증가하였고, 양수저류로 인해 이수안전도는 15.4%에서 92.3%로 개선되었다. 또한 양수로 인해 저수지 유입량은 연평균 32.3% 증가하였고, 하류하천의 유량은 1.55% 감소하였다. 이상의 분석 결과로 양수저류는 가뭄대응에 상당한 효과가 있다고 평가할 수 있다. 또한 다양한 여건을 고려한 저수지 운영 가이드라인의 합리적 설정으로 보다 적극적인 가뭄대응이 필요하다고 본다. 물관리 현황은 지구별, 저수지별로 다양하다. 향후 현장 상황에 적합한 물관리 방법을 적극 모색해야 하며, 자연과 인간의 평등한 물 이용 환경조성에, 여기 개발한 도구가 일정 부분 유용할 것이라 판단한다.

In this study, I've researched the sijo written by Yukdang, Choi, Nam Sun, and Manhae. Han, Yong Woon who were the leading intellectual and the pioneers experiencing the time of flowering and the colonial period. Their lives had the common things in various way. They were involved in Independence movement as the intellectual at that time. They also showed the various activities such as modern poem. sijo, and even Chinese poetry. In this thesis, 1 compared their sijo and considered them. Especially, I've researched the two divided parts focused on the tone shown in the sin one part was focused on the 'lover', and the other was on the 'life'. The summarise which I've researched is as followings. First, I've researched the sijo focused on the 'lover' They have the common things in having the presupposition of farewell to their 'lover'. But there were significant differences as followings. In the case of Yukdang, he expressed the passive tone based upon the despondency and the loss with the absence of his lover. Meanwhile, Manhae tended to reveal the resigned and negative tone based to his lyrical world. The contrasted tone in their poems is considered to have something to do with their realistic matters. There should also be several things to be discussed in the future.

The purpose of this study was to understand the meaning of being adopted that adopted children have experienced. To achieve this purpose, researchers contacted adopted children and adoptive parents, collected data through in-depth interview and document, and analysed these data using case study approach. 23 adopted children over three ages and their parents were interviewed for this study. Participants were classified into three groups(3~5 ages, 6 ages, over 7 ages) based on their age. Researchers investigated the changes of the meaning of being adopted by age. The major findings were follows: First, the meaning of being adopted that adopted children have experienced was changed from 6 ages. Second, this study analyzed that the meaning of being adopted was love born by heart at 3~5 ages, inevitable grief at 6 ages and first step of adoptive person over 7 ages. Based on the findings, this study suggested practice guidelines to help adoptive children and their family.

UNAIDS(유엔에이즈계획)는 지난 한해동안 약 480만 명이 에이즈에 감염되었으며 약 218만 명이 사망하여 현재 380만 명이 에이즈로 살아가고 있다고 발표하였다. UNAIDS가 발표한 이 보고서는 전세계 인구의 $60\%$차지하는 아시아와 동유럽 지역의 감염자가 크게 증가한 것을 우려하여 적절한 조치를 강구하였다.

2005년 4월 현재 중국 휴대폰 서비스 가입자 비율운 25.9%이며, 가입자는 약 3억 4900만 명에 이른다. 2004년 신규 가입자는 6487만 명이다.(중국 신식산업부 자료) 가입자의 대부분은 차이나 모바일의 GSM 서비스 가입자이며 차이나 유니콤의 CDMA 가입자는 전체 시장의 10% 정도인 3000만 명(2005년 4월 현재)이다.

앞으로 우리가 좋아하는 가수에게 저작관련 인격권이 부여되고, 즐겨보는 만화에는 대여권이 부여되는 등 저작권 관련자들에게 포괄적인 권리를 인정하거나 새로운 권리를 부여하는 이른바‘저작권 권리장전’시대가 열릴 것으로 보인다. 정부는 길게는 1957년 법 제정 이후 50여년 만에 짧게는 1986년 법 제정 이후 20여년 만에 저작권자의 권리를 한층 더 강화하는 방향으로 저작권법을 전면적으로 개정하기 위해 추진하고 있다. 이에 대한 반발도 만만치 않아 앞으로 많은 시행착오가 있을 것으로 예상된다.

캐나다 수도 오타와에 있는 캐나다 과학기술박물관은 3개의 수장고에 7만5천여점의 과학기술사물을 소장하고 있는데 이중 10%만이 전시되고 있다. 매년 1백20만여명이 관람하고 있는 이 박물관은 선박, 자동차, 소리와 통신, 우주, 전기코너 등으로 나누어 진열되어 있다.
