The Effects of Personality Types of Dental Hygienist Students on Clinical Practice (치위생(학)과 학생들의 성격유형이 임상실습에 미치는 영향)

  • This study identified personality types of 433 college students of Busan, Ulsan and some regions of Gyeongsangnam-do and inquired into influences of personality types on their satisfaction with clinical practice. According to the results, students with extroverted and low-neurotic tendencies showed significant results in the subordinate factors of satisfaction with clinical practice. As for factors influencing the extraversion factors personality type, it turned out to have a significant level in satisfied with teach (p<0.001), satisfied with facility and satisfied with clinical practice (p<0.05). On the other hand, as for factors influencing the personality type of neurotic tendencies, it turned out to have a significant level in satisfied with practice content (p<0.05), satisfied with teach (p<0.001), satisfied with interpersonal (p<0.05) and satisfied with clinical practice (p<0.05). Therefore, it will be indispensable to conduct a personality type test during the period of university days, to increase satisfaction with clinical practice of students majoring in Dental hygienics. Moreover, based on the test results, it will be required to develop a variety of programs to strengthen a customized counseling program and improve interpersonal skills.

Predicting Subjective Well-being of Workers With Disabilities Using Integrated Social Cognitive Career Theory (통합된 사회인지진로이론을 적용한 장애인 근로자의 주관적 안녕감 예측 모형)

  • This study tested the possibility of applying the integrated social cognitive career theory for workers with disabilities to explore ways of predicting and enhancing their subjective well-being. It analyzed 952 adults who were employed for three years, among the workers who had participated in the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled from 2016 to 2018. The results showed that disability acceptance was positively related to occupational self-efficacy, job satisfaction, and life satisfaction with statistical significance, and that occupational self-efficacy had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between job satisfaction and disability acceptance. Moreover, both auto-regressive and cross-lagged effects between disability acceptance and job satisfaction were found to be statistically significant. These findings imply that disability acceptance and occupational self-efficacy can be regarded as important factors to increase the subjective well-being of workers with disabilities.

The Relationship between Value Types and Life Satisfaction: Mediation Effect of Positive Affectivity (가치 유형과 삶의 만족 사이의 관계: 긍정 정서의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between value types and life satisfaction of Korean university students. 275 students' scores for value types, positive·negative affectivity, and subjective well-being were obtained using questionnaires. Data was analysed by correlation analysis and path analysis. The results can be summarized as followings. First, the correlation between all negative affectivity and all value was not significant. Second, conformity, benevolence, self-direction·stimulation, hedonism, achievement and security value types were positively correlated with positive affectivity, whereas, conformity, benevolence, universalism and security value types were positively correlated with life satisfaction. Third, the student's higher scores of conformity, benevolence and hedonism value types induced higher level of positive affectivity, which, in turn, increased life satisfaction. The results suggested that value types can indirectly influence life satisfaction through positive affectivity.

  • "사용자 중심의 디자인(User-Centered Design)" 은 좋은 사용성을 가진 제품을 만들기 위한 사용되는 보편적인 접근방법중의 하나이다. 그러나 투자대비 최대의 가치 창조라는 경제성 원리와 개발 기간의 제약을 고려하면 개발 중 사용성 평가를 통해 발견된 문제들을 모두 제품에 반영하는 것은 거의 불가능 하다고 볼 수 있다. 그러므로 발견된 문제들에 대한 우선 순위를 정의한 후 가장 중요한 문제점에 대해 먼저 개선하는 전략이 필요하다. 기존의 사용성 문제에 대한 우선 순위는 주로 문제 자체의 심각도를 고려하여 결정되었다. 그러나 사용자가 인식하는 사용성(Perceived Usability)를 높이기 위해서는 사용자가 중요하게 생각하는 효용을 우선적으로 제품에 반영하는 것이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 카노의 사용자 만족 모델을 활용한 사용자 효용과 사용성 문제들의 잠재가치를 고려한 사용성 문제 분류를 기구 사용성 평가 가이드라인의 제작에 적용하였다. 제안된 분류에 의해 디자인 가이드라인을 1) 반드시 만족 시켜야하는 제품 사용성 기준, 2) 경쟁사 대비 우위를 유지하기 위한 비교평가 기준으로 나누어 정의함으로써 단일 제품의 절대적 평가가 아닌 경쟁사 제품과의 비교 평가를 통한 개선 방향의 제시에 Kano 모델을 기반으로 정의된 사용성 문제들의 효용가치분류가 효과적이라는 것을 본 연구를 통해 보이고자 한다.

  • 인터넷쇼핑몰은 전통적 유통경로에 비해 많은 장점을 지니고 있음에도 많은 네티즌 (Netizen)들올 만족시키지 못하고 있는데 그 이유중 하나는 머천다이징 전략의 실패에 기인 한다 인터넷쇼핑올 운영자률은 어떤 종류의 제품 서비스들이 인터넷쇼핑몰 판매에 적합 한가에 대한 많은 관심을 가지고 있지만 여기에 대한 기존의 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷쇼핑몰의 만족 결정요인 가운데 하나인 머천다이징 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대하여 알아보았다. 실종연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 제품믹스의 깊이는 머천다이징에 대한 만족에 영향을 주지만, 폭은 영향이 없는 것으 로 나타났으며, 머천다이징에서 '비트-기초 제품'의 비중이 높을수록 그리고 제품의 탐색성이 높올수록 머천다이징에 대한 만족이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 제품이미지나 명성이 높을수 록 그러고 정보가 풍부한 제품일수록 머천다이징 만족이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

Effects of Ease of Use and Usefulness of Smart Phones on Switching Barrier, Customer Loyalty (스마트폰의 사용 용이성과 유용성이 전환장벽과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study focused on analyzing the effects of ease of use, usefulness on switching barrier and loyalty in the Korean telecommunication market. This study formulated a structural equational model, in which ease of use was adapted as an exogenous variable and in which usefulness, switching barrier were included as intermediate variables, having influences to the endogenous variable such as customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this study 6 hypotheses had been formulated, on which this research model was based, in order to test the significance of structured paths, suggested, in the previous articles, that having high interactive effects. This study collected the effective questionnaires of 452 respondents who had jobs nationwide and who used the telecommunication terminals and then analyzed with AMOS19 and SPSS19 to test the hypotheses. As a result, the conclusions are as follows: First, the ease of use and usefulness had significant effects on the switching barrier. Secondly, ease of use had a significant effect on the usefulness of customers, by which customers' satisfaction was influenced at low significant level. After all, the effects of ease of use and usefulness on switching barrier and satisfaction of the users of smart phones had been shown at the highest level.

A study on factors that affect service quality of SNS based commerce (SNS에 기반을 둔 전자상거래의 서비스 품질에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구)

  • Currently, the e-commerce market in Korea is growing rapidly, particularly in online commerce, and transactions through SNS are constantly increasing. This study assessed the quality of service based on SNS by modifying and combining SNS-based applications and services. Two hundred and sixteen surveys from an online survey conducted using a cumulative sampling technique were analyzed. The confidence, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, perceived usefulness, and customer satisfaction were independent variables. The perceived usefulness, customer satisfaction, and net profit were considered dependent variables. The results of 11 hypotheses were derived through SPSS 25. The results show that the perceived usefulness and customer satisfaction are affected by assurance, empathy, responsiveness, and reliability. In addition, SNS - based commerces show a significant relationship between perceived usefulness, customer satisfaction, and net benefits. The significant results are expected to help in future related research.

  • 도서관 경영은 일반기업의 경영과는 달리 도서관 자체의 특수성을 최대한으로 고려한 관리기술이 필요하다. 또한, 어느 조직이든 인적자원이 중요한 조직의 요소가 되지만, 도서관의 경우 지적인 정보서비스가 이루어지는 곳이므르 특히 인적자원의 중요성이 더 높다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 도서관 직원의 직무만족은 도서관 조직의 목표달성을 위해 매우 중요한 역할을 하며, 직원의 직무만족을 높일 수 있는 리더십인 필요하다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 도서관 직원의 직무만족과 리더십 간의 관계를 규명하므로써, 도서관의 주 목표인 정보제공의 효율성을 달성하는데 기여하고자 한다.

  • Franchise restaurants in Korea are making efforts to improve service quality by developing and following service quality manuals to provide uniform services. This study was conducted to verify the fact that such efforts to provide uniform services would increase customer satisfaction and influence customers' decision to revisit. After setting up research models and hypotheses, the survey was conducted for 30 days from April 1 to 30, 2008 and a total of 279 copies were analyzed. The result of this study includes three findings. First, among the independent variables pertaining to the influence of uniform service quality on customer satisfaction, service uniformity, brand uniformity, and space arrangement uniformity were most influential. Also, among the brand image variables, service uniformity was most influential on customer satisfaction. Second, it was found that uniform service quality had positive influence on customers' behavioral intentions and that menu was the most influential factor. Third, it was found that higher customer satisfaction had greater influence on customers' behavioral intentions.

  • The study has try to find out the relationship between airfreight service quality and satisfaction in international forwarding practice which has focused to figure out the mediating role of performance that measured as subjective evaluation on profit. For the purpose of this paper, questionnaire survey has been performed on the relationship among the procedure of the air freight service quality was found to have not only direct influence but also indirect impact through performance on satisfaction. This research made some contribution both academicals and logistic practices. Academically, it is the first research to address the relationship between air freight service quality and profit performance in Korean academic field. Practically, this study provides justification for the investment to improve forwarding service quality. The results of this study bear some implications on international shipping and practice. The quality of the air cargo transportation management system for customer satisfaction and its impact on business performance in the process to make an empirical identifies. The role and influence of the working-level analysis to derive the performance as transportation management, as well as the effectiveness of customer satisfaction for quality and promote a point. Arrange this point take advantage of air cargo companies are composed of service quality management system for the dimension of course aims to foster a competitive advantage in terms of performance. This paper suggest that real-time movement of the consignment route provides information such as verification and business cooperation for the purpose of proper features a reflecting on the stability of cargo air freight management system, that improve the quality of services on this performance to increase the customer satisfaction strategy in connected getting and so on, is in the process of the formation of customer satisfaction.
