This research examines the relationships and effects among ROKAF officer's job satisfaction and psychological well-being and their self-leadership. Multiple regressions were conducted using 211 data. Results are as follows. First, Job satisfaction, psychological well-being and self-leadership were significantly positively correlated with each other. Second, as for the effects of subordinate factors among job satisfaction and psychological well-being on the subordinate factors of self-leadership, personal growth and controling environment of psychological well-being and administration of job satisfaction influenced self-expectation of self-leadership. For the self-reward of self-leadership, personal growth, meaning of life and autonomy of psychological well-being and relationship and reward system of job satisfaction influenced it. Finally, as for the effects of subordinate factors among job satisfaction and psychological well-being on self-leadership, administration and relationship of job satisfaction and personal growth, meaning of life and autonomy of psychological well-being influenced it. Finally implications and limitations of this research are discussed.

Unlike previous studies that focused on the diversity of YouTube content, this study tried to identify factors affecting users' satisfaction with the YouTube recommendation system. Specifically, by adding content preference suitability and privacy concerns to the technology acceptance model, we empirically analyzed how these variables affect user's satisfaction of the YouTube AI recommendation system. For this purpose, asurvey was conducted on college students in their 20s and 30s, and the main research results are as follows. First, in the respondents of this study, playfulness and usefulness, which are major variables of the technology acceptance model, appeared as significant factors affecting the satisfaction of the YouTube AI recommendation system, whereas the effect of ease to use was not found. Second, content preference suitability was found to affect the satisfaction with AI recommendation system, but privacy concerns did not affect the satisfaction with YouTube AI recommendation system. Based on these research results, the implications of the study and the directions for future studies were suggested.

This study investigated the ecological factors influencing second-year middle school students' academic motivation. A total of 371 students were surveyed for this study and data were analyzed for descriptive statistics using SPSS Win 21.0. The results of this study revealed that female students showed higher academic motivation than male students. However, school life satisfaction was strong for both male and female students. Finally, the introduction of parent education programs that target children to improve learners' self-identity and parent-child or teacher-student communication programs are necessary to enhance academic motivation.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of major satisfaction, career decision efficacy and career attitude maturity of engineering college students to the career decision level. A total of 432 engineering students(male=339, female=96) completed major satisfaction, career decision efficacy, career attitude maturity and career decision level tests. The analysis showed the following findings. First, there are significant correlations among major satisfaction, career decision efficacy, career attitude maturity, and the career decision level. Second, the major satisfaction explained 2% of engineering college students' the career decision level. The career decision efficacy explained 21% of engineering college students' the career decision level. And the career attitude maturity explained 53% of engineering college students' the career decision level. The results of the study suggested that when career guidance and counseling program for the engineering college students, it is important to consider the factors to improve career self-efficacy and career attitude maturity.

This study examines user satisfaction in public libraries nationwide. It analyzes service quality factors that affect user satisfaction of public library patrons and identify sub-factors of service quality that affect the overall user satisfaction. User satisfaction factors were developed to measure library satisfaction in all aspects of the library service. Six variables were identified, including volume of books, staff, programs, facilities, online services, and information availability. According to survey findings, general library satisfaction was strongly correlated with information availability, facilities, and staff. Relatively lower levels of satisfaction were identified in the areas of online services and programs. All six service quality factors were statistically significantly associated with user satisfaction, where information availability, facilities, and volume of books showed stronger associations than the other three factors.

This paper was to explore the effects of multiphasic components of home environment on life satisfaction. This survey was conducted from September, 2015 to November, 2015 and 298 responses from the survey were used for the analysis. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation and Multiple Regression. The research findings could be summarized as the followings. First, each of the elements of home environment was generally recognized as average level. while, the mean score of privacy was higher than average. Second, privacy, economics, high income and good health were the significant predictors to explain life satisfaction. In conclusion, privacy and economics among the multiphasic components of home environment were major variables that affect life satisfaction.

This study aimed to compare job stress and job satisfaction of long-term care staffs caring for demented seniors with rating 3 and physically disabled seniors with rating 1. Survey was conducted upon 212 long-term care staffs in long-term care institutions in Ejungboo, Goyang, and Paju. There were, first of all, statistically significant differences between those groups in the level of overall stress, stress related to service subjects, and stress in service procedures. Regression analyses, secondly, showed that the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction was statistically significant only for long-term care staffs for demented seniors with rating 3. The results suggest that it is necessary to lower the level of stress especially for the staffs caring for demented seniors with rating 3. Furthermore, we need to consider the stress, that the staffs feels in the process of caring for long-term care service beneficiaries, as a important variable for intervention programs to reduce the level of stress among long-term care staffs.

This study attempted to investigate the effect of class satisfaction of the students majoring in the studies of security services on the efficacy of career decision. To do this, I chose 430 security services of the students majoring by the systematic stratified cluster random sampling as the subject of study. All data were analyzed the causal relationship of the collected equation. In order to do a data analysis used descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis of SPSS. As a result, the following conclusion was drawn: First, it was found that there was not a statistically significant(learning factor, interpersonal relation, aptitude factor) difference in their major class satisfaction and career decision efficacy(goal choice, future plan, working information) according to gender. Second, it was found that there was a statistically signifiant difference in such factors as learning, interpersonal relations and aptitude, in relation to the difference in subfactor such as major class satisfaction and career decision efficacy. Third, it was found that the learning, aptitude and career factors of major class satisfaction had a statistically significant effect on the future plan. Fourth, it was found that he learning and career factors of major class satisfaction had a statistically significant effect on the resolution of the goal. Fifth, it was found that the aptitude and career factors of major class satisfaction had a statistically significant effect on job information. Sixth, it was found that the career factors of major class satisfaction had a statistically significant effect on the problem-solution. Therefore, we must first give priority to improve the class satisfaction. By doing this, we can raise the efficacy level of career decision.

This study focused on analyzing the effects of ease of use, usefulness on switching barrier and loyalty in the Korean telecommunication market. This study formulated a structural equational model, in which ease of use was adapted as an exogenous variable and in which usefulness, switching barrier were included as intermediate variables, having influences to the endogenous variable such as customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this study 6 hypotheses had been formulated, on which this research model was based, in order to test the significance of structured paths, suggested, in the previous articles, that having high interactive effects. This study collected the effective questionnaires of 452 respondents who had jobs nationwide and who used the telecommunication terminals and then analyzed with AMOS19 and SPSS19 to test the hypotheses. As a result, the conclusions are as follows: First, the ease of use and usefulness had significant effects on the switching barrier. Secondly, ease of use had a significant effect on the usefulness of customers, by which customers' satisfaction was influenced at low significant level. After all, the effects of ease of use and usefulness on switching barrier and satisfaction of the users of smart phones had been shown at the highest level.

The importance of voucher service evaluation is increasing with the expansion of voucher, but the previous studies on performance evaluation could not reflect the characteristics of voucher. But there is no study on the factors affecting voucher performance. Thus, this study focuses on the empirical analysis of voucher program performance and analysed the factors affecting voucher satisfaction. Data used in this study is collected form 70 social service agencies that deliver voucher service and 1445 service users in Community-Development voucher service in Community Service Investment Program. The methods applied in this study are Hierarchial Linear Model(HLM) using service user variables(level 1) and service agency variables(level 2). These variables are extracted from the previous studies on performance of social welfare service and voucher service. The findings show that user's satisfaction is influenced by level 1 variables such as sex, need and also influenced by level 2 variables of service type and area* organization type. On these analysis, this study gives policy implication.
