기술의 동태적 변화를 고려한 Technology Matrix에 관한 연구

  • The competitive power of technologies is required for survival of enterprises in the social environments that change rapidly. So the strategy of technology development becomes more and more important. For the establishment of strategy, the situational analysis and the forecasting analysis are executed and they include the technology assessment and the technological forecasting. The technology assessment is systematical examination and analysis of the present status of technology. Among the various methods of technology assessment, Matrix Method is one of the usual methods. This research is intended to find out the problems and the difficulties in the current Matrix Method, and to improve the method, finally to help the R&D departments of enterprises applying the method. This suggested matrix(TSM Technology Shift Matrix) method is designed so that one can judge the current situation of technology and future expectation, by moving the matrix which is placed to the upside of the basic matrix.

Spillover Effects of KAERI's Technology Self-reliance in NSSS Design on the National Economy (한국원자력연구소 원자로계통설계 기술자립의 국가경제 파급효과 분석)

  • The economic spillover effect from technology self-reliance of NSSS(nuclear steam supply system) by Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute was evaluated. Both production spillover effect and value added spillover effect were estimated by using Input-Output table. The production spillover effect from technology self-reliance of NSSS was estimated as 135 trillion Won during 1986-2015, while the value added spillover effect was 69 trillion Won during the same period. Besides, it was found that the technology self-reliance made great contribution to unquantifiable economic benefits such as enhancement of overall nuclear technology level, improvement of the role in international nuclear society, and improved potential to nuclear technology export.

옵션에 대한 수치해법상의 초기값 불연속성 문제에 관한 연구

  • 옵션의 가격을 계산하기 위한 수치해법은 크게 격자모형, 유한차분법, 그리고 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션의 세 가지로 분류된다. 유한차분법은 옵션가격함수가 만족하는 편미분 방정식의 모든 편도함수를 유한 차분식으로 근사하여 옵션을 평가하는 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 유한차분법을 이용하여 옵션을 평가 할 때 발생하는 가격계산 오차의 가장 큰 원인이 옵션 만기 손익구조(payoff)의 비선형성에 있음을 보인다. 특히, 옵션 시장에서 가장 거래가 많이 이루어지는 손익분기옵션(at the money option) 그리고 손익분기점에 가까운 옵션(around the money option)에서 가장 큰 오차가 발생함을 보인다. 또한 본 연구에서는 이러한 오차를 효율적으로 줄이기 위하여 행사가격 근처의 일부 구간에서만 구간점 사이의 간격을 변화시키는 수정된 유한차분법을 제시하고 오차의 크기와 계산의 효율성 측면에서 기존의 유한차분법과 비교·분석한다.

2012년 연료전지 상용화 기지개

  • 전 세계적으로 수소연료전지에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있다. 이미 미국, 일본, 캐나다 등 선진국에서는 수송용, 가정 상업용, 휴대용 등 다양한 용도의 연료전지 기술개발 및 보급에 나서고 있다. 우리나라는 아직 연구개발 및 실증단계에 머물러 있다. 정부는 2012년까지 연료전지 자동차 3,200대, 가정용 1만기, 상업용 2,000기, 분산전원용 300기를 보급하다는 목표로 연료전지 보급을 추진하고 있다. 연료전지 전문가들은 이러한 보급을 통해 급속한 가격인하가 예상돼 경쟁력 있는 기술과 상품으로 거듭날 것으로 전망하고 있다. 특히 동양건설산업이 세계 최초로 경기도 남양주에 연료전지 공동주택을 2010년 준공할 예정이어서 건설업계의 연료전지 주택 보급 활성화의 계기가 될 것으로 예상된다. 연료전지 자동차의 경우 수소충전소가 필요하다. 이러한 점에서 중장기적으로 수소충전소 설비 건설 분야가 설비건설업계의 새로운 시장이 될 가능성을 기대해볼 수 있다. 이번 호에서는 연료전지 기술 및 동향, 시공사례를 살펴본다.

SMALL MASS RATIO CONTACT BINARY (질량비가 작은 접촉쌍성)

  • The contact binary system has been classified in five different types according to their physical properties. We suggest that extremely small mass ratio contact binary systems(q<0.2) could be classified as a new type of contact binaries in addition to the classification. According to the Svechnikov & Kuznetsova (1990)'s catalogue, the spectral types of primary components of newly classified contact binaries are distributed at A type, and also the distribution of their various physical characteristics is laid at the center region dividing the early-type contact binaries from late-type contact binaries.

  • 유비쿼터스 환경에 대한 관심이 증폭됨에 따라, 센서는 다양한 어플리케이션들에서 점점 더 많이 사용되고 있다. 이러한 센서 시스템에서, 최소 개의 센서를 가지고 대상 공간이 복수 개의 센서에 의해 완전히 센싱되게 하기 위해서는, 센서를 어디에 배치하느냐가 중요한 문제이다. 또한 복수 개의 센서에 의해 센싱된 데이터로부터 의미 있는 정보를 추출하기 위해서는 센서 서로 간의 거리가 너무 가까워서는 안 된다. (최소거리 요건). 이를 위하여 우리는 TRE-based approach 라고 하는, 최소거리 요건을 만족하며 3-coverage 문제를 해결하는 방법을 제안하며, 이를 기반으로 3-coverage 문제를 3 차원으로 확장시킬 때 가능한 센싱 coverage 모델과 그 확장 가능성에 대해 논의한다.

Spectrophotometric study of the cadmium (II) complex of 1-isonicotinyl-2-furfurylidene hydrazine (1-isonicotinyl-2-furfurylidene hydrazine-Cd(II) 착화합물에 관한 분석화학적연구)

  • A new organic reagent, 1-isonicotynyl-2-furfurylidene hydrazine synthesized from isonicotinic acid hydrazid and furfural, gives yellow liquid with cadmium (II). Cadmium complex of the reagent is soluble in water with yellow coloration. The complex has a maximum absorption at 363 m${\mu}$ and molar ratio of cadmium to reagent was estimated as 1:1 by continuous variation method and slope method. Molecular extinction coefficient and apparent formation constant of this complex was spectrophotometrically determined. K=4.48 $\times$ 10$^{3}$ (Babko's method) K=1.33 $\times$ 10$^{3}$ (Anderson's method)

  • An experimental study was conducted on the effect of compressor capacity control range of heat pump on the seasonal energy efficiency ratio with variation of the maximum and minimum compressor input frequencies. To obtain seasonal energy efficiency ratio, steady state test at the maximum, minimum and intermediate compressor speed and cyclic test at the minimum compressor speed should be conducted. Maximum input frequency was varied to 95Hz, 105Hz, and 115Hz, and the minimum input frequency was varied to 35Hz, 45Hz, and 55Hz. The seasonal energy efficiency ratio increased as the input frequency of the compressor decreased. The maximum input frequency had only slight effects on the SEER.

  • Two kinds of ginseng extracts were prepared and their brown color and radical scavenging activity were evaluated. The extract prepared by decoction after steaming exhibited deeper brown color and stronger radical scavenging activity than the extract prepared by decoction only. The difference in color and radical scavenging activity was greater in white ginseng than in fresh ginseng. Steaming white ginseng for 3 h was equivalent to 45 h of decoction in its brown color and radical scavenging activity. Consequently, we believe steaming process is better method than decoction to increase the biological activity of ginseng.

  • Some traditional herbal drugs have been used after processing to modify its activities. For example, roasted 'chiyu'(Sanguisorbae radix) has been used as antihemorrhagics while raw one used as anti-emetics. The composition of herbal drug is expected to be changed during this process. We tried to reveal the compositional difference between raw and roasted 'chiyu', and isolated a compound which is not present in raw one but in processed one. The structure of the isolated compound was elucidated as tomentosolic acid. The content of tomentosolic acid in roasted 'chiyu' was approximately 0.05%.
