The purpose of this paper is to examine the factors influencing on loyalty in US online shopping malls. The study proposed a model to investigate the relationship among quality of sites, satisfaction, attitude, and loyalty. The hypotheses were examined by analyzing a structural equation model. 280 US samples were used for the final analysis. The results show that this model demonstrates good fit for the samples. The ease of use was found to be a significant variable in their satisfaction, while it did not have the direct effect on attitude toward the sites. The information quality was found to be a crucial variable in consumers' satisfaction and attitude toward the site. Satisfaction directly affected attitude as well as loyalty, and attitude also directly affected loyalty. Thus, the structural relationship among the variables of customers' loyalty was verified. This research provides practical insights into US consumer behaviors that would be beneficial to marketers when they make decisions for the US e-commerce market.

The purpose of this study is to specify a probabilistic tracking mechanism for customer luxury purchase implemented by hidden Markov model, Bayesian inference, customer satisfaction and net promoter score. In this paper, we have designed a probabilistic model based on customer's actual data containing purchase or non-purchase states by tracking the SPC chain : customer satisfaction -> customer referral -> purchase/non-purchase. By applying hidden Markov model and Viterbi algorithm to marketing theory, we have developed the statistical model related to probability theories and have found the best purchase pattern scenario from customer's purchase records.
With the spread of Corona virus l spreading to the uncertainty of society, consumers request more active social responsibility programs. In other words, it is manifest that corporate brands are required to pursue the public interests. Consumers go beyond the corporate social responsibility programs and support corporate's involvement to solve the social problems and they consume the brand accordingly. Thus, the companies respond to the consumers' request as a form of brand activism, or the new social marketing form in which the companies set the brand as an individual and seek the solutions of social issues. In this study, five experienced experts in the area were recruited to conduct in-depth interviews and how brand activism was practiced worldwide. The results reveal that brand activism is actively practiced with the support of consumers in the area of support for the small business, anti-racism efforts, gender diversity and equality, and sustainability.
Where should a plant or service facility be located? The decision is crucial since the capital investment in land, factory construction, and facility is enormous. Once a firm has sunk a large sum of money into a factory, it lives with the decision for a long time. In this age of global markets and global production, this is a key decision problem for contemporary manufacturing and/or service. Using data from Korean and Chinese managers and the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), this paper did study on the actual condition for identifying the differences of opinion between the two group's(Shanghai and Shenyang managers) in how to make decisions on the location problems. Since this study was carried out during recent global economy recession, and the limitation of the collected questionnaires, it is hard to avoid the possibility for those managers to show different view from their ordinary times. Nevertheless, this paper will provide managers with useful informations on successful facility location in China.
This second survey, which collected 2392 disclosing grades data for 2012~ 2017, nearly twice the first survey, was conducted to supplement the result of the first survey on the reuse of 4-digit passcodes(PCs) data. In addition of second survey, we found that the more number of used PCs, the higher reuse rate, up to 4 numbers of PCs were used for reusing and there may be personal differences even on the single site. The results of this paper that were not available in the first survey were close to the those of foreign research on the reuse of passwords using a mixture of numbers, letters and special characters. This second survey provided an inference that an opportunity to indirectly approach the domestic situation of re-using password, where data collection is impossible and that domestic regulation such as periodic change of password may increase the re-using password.
The current study investigated multiple dimensions of brand personality for kids' fashion brands according to the brand personality scale of Aaker (1997) through an online survey of 500 women in their 20s to 40s raising children. The extracted brand personality factors, such as sincerity, competence, and excitement, showed positive and direct effects on brand loyalty. However, while sincerity and excitement turned out to have indirect effects mediated by brand identification on brand loyalty, competence did not have significant indirect effect. However, as a result of examining the moderated mediating effect according to the child's gender on the brand personality's mediating effect, in case of daughters, the effect of competence was strengthened, whereas the effects of sincerity and excitement were turned out to be increased in case of sons.

We analyzed efficiency and productivity of the Indian non-life insurance market affected by the COVID-19 pandemic from 2020. Using data envelopment analysis(DEA), we examined non-life insurance companies selling health insurance products in India from FY2013 to FY2019. We found the followings. First, average efficiency of the entire non-life insurance industry worsened in the beginning yet improved later. Second, analyzing the efficiency measures by group, we found that private insurance companies had the highest efficiency, followed by state-run insurance companies and pure health insurance companies. Third, average annual productivity growth rate of companies operating distance selling channels including telemarketing is higher than that of traditional face-to-face channels. During and after the COVID-19 pandemic, therefore, Indian non-life insurance companies should focus their resources and efforts on the development of distance selling channels when establishing business strategies. Besides, it would be interesting to extend our analysis to the post-coronavirus period and we leave this for future research.

This study aimed to identify the knowledge structure of researches on 'untact' and derived implications for directions for the studies using text mining. The study included network analysis and topic modelling of keywords and abstracts from 171 thesis published until October 2020. Centrality analysis showed that 'untact' studies had been focused on service, usage, consumption, technology and online. From the topic modelling, 6 topics such as 'COVID-19 and socio-technological change', 'needs and utilization of education contents', 'technology and service for user convenience', 'product marketing and sales', 'service design of the company', 'influence factors of usage and consumption' were extracted. Keywords that connect each topic were technology, service, usage, consumption, needs and factor. Exploratory analysis of 'untact' researches using text mining provides useful results for development of 'untact' studies.
