This study is about the experience of committing suicide's family and the purpose of study is to understand the essential structure of their life experience and to erect the grounded data for the restoration of committing suicide's families. The research was conducted by phenomenological case their family by suicide participated to study data were collected by in-depth interview. The authors interpreted the data in terms of Van-Menen's analysis framework. The result as follows: The essential themes of participant 1 were "digging seclusion site", "whirling around cryptograph" and participant 2 were "resuscitational catastrophe", "sowing seed on destroyed land", and participant 3 were "living Anonymous", "pumping priming water", and participant 4 was "taking on the burden of tragedy", and participant 5 was "stopen life time". The typical theme was "living person's life is died person's remaining category".

The concept of license sales and its business model, which was introduced by Dolby 40 years ago, was implemented by Intel in the form of their promotional strategy "Intel Inside" and became the basis for Sharp's Plasmacluster. This strategy proved to be useful in securing stable profitability and competitiveness in the market, as it is designed to (i) license technology, which is an intangible asset, and (ii) combine various communication activities and management strategies to create a brand for the licensed technology. Although the concept and theory of "Technology Brand Marketing" are not fully understood, we know that they exist and are fully functional. Many corporations have branded their technology, though their intention may not be as clear as that of Dolby or Intel. This paper introduces the technology brands of advanced Japanese corporations in different sectors that have striven to earn credibility through "Technology Brand Marketing" and the possibilities this has opened up for them.

2019년 3월 기획재정부 장관은 관계부처 합동으로 제2벤처 붐 확산전략을 발표하였다. 신산업 고기술 스타트업 발굴을 통해 기술인재 고기술창업 특히 대학 및 연구소등의 우수 인재가 기술혁신형 창업을 하고, 이에 투자 멘토링 기술 지원하는 사업을 강화하는 한편 지원규모를 확대한다는 계획이다. 2019년 9월 국내 벤처기업 수는 3만6759개이고, 액셀러레이터 투자도 벤처투자로 인정한 '벤처기업육성에 관한 특별조치법' 개정안을 마련하고 있으며, 엑설러레이터 기준을 새로 마련하고 있다. 벤처 투자액은 올해 4조원을 돌파할 거라 예상하고 있는 가운데, 특히 창업의 마중물 역을 하는 액셀러레이터 시장이 크게 성장하고 있다. 대학부터 지자체, 기업, 기존 투자사들까지 뛰어들면서 관련제도가 도입된 지 3년이 채 되지 않아 200곳이 설립됐다. 전 세계적인 스타트업 붐에 더해 진입문턱이 대폭 낮아지자 초기 기업에서 기회를 엿보는 곳들이 늘어난 것으로 보인다. 2017년 54곳에 불과했던 액셀러레이터는 2년이 지나지 않아 4배 가까이 증가했다. 이처럼 시장이 급성장하는 이유는 대기업 중심의 경제 성장세가 둔화되고 우버와 같은 회사들이 새로운 산업을 구축하며 전 세계적으로 스타트업에 대한 관심이 고조되었고, 정부 역시 제2벤처 붐을 일으키겠다며 다방면의 벤처 육성책을 내놓고 있기 때문이다. 이러한 엑셀러레이터에 대한 관심은 학술적이 연구로도 나타나고 있는 바, 엑셀러레이터로부터 투자를 유치한 스타트업의 성과와 관련하여 다양한 원인을 찾고자하는 노력이 시도되고 있다. 스타트업 관계자가 인식하는 엑셀러레이터의 평가지표에 대한 수용성 정도와 그들의 성과 간의 관계에서 엑셀러레이터 조직에 대한 신뢰의 역할을 연구할 필요성이 제기된다고 할 것이다. 제기된 연구 필요성의 해결을 위하여 본 연구에서는 최근 3년 이내 엑셀러레이터로부터 투자 유치를 받은 스타트업 관계자를 대상으로 평가수용성과 엑셀러레이터의 조직신뢰 그리고 성과에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 바탕으로 스타트업 성과를 극대화할 수 있는 엑셀러레이터의 평가지표 구성과 조직측면에서 전략적 방안 모색의 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다.

This study analyzed students' mathematical noticing in high school sequence classes based on students' two perceptions of sequence. Specifically, mathematical noticing was analyzed in four aspects: center of focus, focusing interaction, task features, and nature of mathematics activities, and the following results were obtained. First of all, the change pattern of central of focus could not be uniquely described by any one component among 'focusing interaction', 'task features', and 'the nature of mathematical activities'. Next, the interactions between the components of mathematical noticing were identified, and the teacher's individual feedback during small group activities influenced the formation of the center of focus. Finally, students showed two different modes of reasoning even within the same classroom, that is, focusing interaction, task features, and nature of mathematics activities that resulted in the same focus. It is hoped that this study will serve as a catalyst for more active research on students' understanding of sequence.

정보 통신 프로토콜의 한 구현물이 표준에 맞는지를 조사하기 위해 적합성 시험을 수행해왔다. 그러나, 정보통신 환경의 급격한 변화로 인해 적합성 시험에 합격한 장비 및 서비스들간에도 상호 운용시에는 제대로 동작하지 않는 현상이 종종 발생하게 되었다. 이로 인해 정보 통신 서비스 및 제품 개발에 있어서 상호운용성 시험의 요구가 증대함에도 불구하고, 국내외적으로 권고하고 있는 국제적인 표준이나 시험체계 및 방법 개발이 미진한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 상호운용성 관련 연구 동향 및 기존의 국제 표준(안)을 분석하여 상호운용성 시험 방법에 대한 연구의 방향을 설정하고, 상호운용성 시험 방법 및 체계를 마련하여 표준안을 제안한다. 본 논문은 상호운용성의 분류, 상호운용성 시험 구조, 상호운용성 시험 절차에 관한 내용을 포함한다.

Methanol extract of plants in Jeju were investigated for biological properties related to whitening cosmeceuticals such as melanin contents on melanoma cell, mushroom tyrosinase activity inhibition. We found that extracts of leaves of Hypochoeris radicata, Solanum nigrum, Solidago serotica Gynostenmma pentaphyllum and Taxus cuspidata inhibit melanin synthesis in B16F10 melanoma cells. However they have no tyrosinase inhibitory activity.

The Korean government has been encouraging 'continuous' post-pump priming project management through relevant local personnel planning, action, and management, upon the selection of 68 sites for urban regeneration as part of the New Deal Project. This study assessed the utilization characteristics of containers, the socio-experimental temporary occupation facilities, as a tool for 'sustainable' urban regeneration. This is to identify the potential limitations of urban regeneration by the utilization of containers as public sector temporary occupation facilities and to provide adequate directions based on its efficacy. By comparing three Korean cases with the Japanese WaiWai project, in terms of 10 elements, the preoccupations with the social trend and scenery, and undifferentiated functions of the facilities focusing on the commercial or working aspects have been identified as limitations of Korean cases. Based on the analyses, the following are suggested as plausible approaches to utilize socio-experimental containers for sustainable urban regeneration: 1. Planning and management should be done by the same organization because the absence of the planning party's participation in the management likely leads to the pursuit of only profits. 2. Diversification and combinations of different utilization purposes of a single site and numerous planning of experimental container uses are in need. 3. Accommodations of heavy commercial uses lead to a decline in the continuity of follow-up projects and a change in the urban regeneration directions. Therefore, it is important to include a public socio-experimental program rather than a simple commercial or promotion program for the following urban renewal project.

The powdery mildew, a fungal plant disease found in varieties of plant cultures, is occurred by attack with Fusarium sp., Sphaerotheca sp., Leveilluna sp., and Eryshipe sp.. In this study we investigated the control of Fusarium graminearum, a barley powdery mildew fungus, by natural plant extracts. Among the 900 plant extracts tested, Zanthoxylum schinifolium, Ligusticum acutilobum, Bidens frondosa L., Dictamnus dasycarpus, Evodia officinalis, Disporum sessile, Scopolia japonica Max., Styrax japonica S. et Z., Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz., Sinomenium acutum Rehder et Wils., Eugenia aromaticum, Rubus parvifolius L., Reynoutria elliptica, Coptis chinensis, Paeonia lactiflora Pall., Rheum undalatum, Paeonia suffruticosa, Oenothera odorata Jacq., Euphorbia pekinensis Rupr., and Nepeta cataria were selected based on spore germination inhibition assay. Further mycelial growth inhibition assay with economical and safety considerations led us to finally select Z. schinifolium (sancho) for control of F. graminearum. To produce antifungal sancho extract, methanol was suitable for extraction and subsequent fractionations of the extract showed that the water residue mainly had antifungal activity. The sancho extract and its fractions showed minor antibacterial activity against different pathogenic or food spoilage bacteria, but they did not show any harmful effects against young tomato plant by treatment of $1,000\;{\mu}g/ml$ in green chamber test. These results suggested that the extract of sancho has high potentials on control of a powdery mildew fungus, F. graminearum.

For the purpose of developing new anti-HIV agents from natural sources, the extracts of Solanum nigrum L. were tested for their inhibitory effects on HIV-1 replication and its essential enzymes as the reverse transcriptase (RT), protease and ${\alpha}$-glucosidase. In the assay of HIV-1-infected human T-cell line, water extracts inhibited the HIV- 1 -induced cytopathic effects with IC (inhibitory concentration) of 100 ug/ml. Moreover water extracts (100ug/ml) of aerial parts showed strong activity of 32.6% on anti-HIV-1 PR using the activity of the enzyme to cleave an oligopeptide. In the HIV-1 reverse transcriptase inhibition assay, aqueous extract a inhibited 17.4%, but no glucosidase inhibitory activities. We found out this result, for these samples it is possible that the inhibition of the viral replication in vitro is due to the inhibition at least one of PR and RT. It would be of great interest to identify the compounds which are responsible for this inhibition, since all therapeutically useful agent up to date are PR, RT and ${\alpha}$-glucosidase inhibitors.

Functional properties of Solanium nigrum-ethanol extract were investigated, nitrite scavenging ability(NSA) and antioxidant activities based on thiobarbituric acid(TBA) value were measured. The contents of potassium in fruit and root, calcium in leaf were the highest mineral components in each parts of Solanium nigrum. Total aromatics contents(TAC) was order of fruit>root>leaf, total flavonoid contents(TFC) in leaf was 6 and 10 times, total phenolic compounds contents(TPC) in leaf was 15 and 30 times of those in fruit and root, respectively, and TFC was high with TPC increase. NSA of leaf-ethanol extract was 61.9% on pH 1.2, 53.5% on pH 3.0, 54.8% on pH 4.0 and 14.3% on pH 6.0, where as NSA of root and fruit-ethanol were considerably low to 3.5~7.9% over pH 1.2~6.0. TBA value of soybean oil with the dosage of leaf-extract showed few differences from control within 3 days, but it fairly decreased with considerable antioxidant effect to 47.6% of the control in 8 days.
