An Interface Automatic System on the Control Board using Hardware/Software Co-Design (통합설계 방식을 이용한 컨트롤 보드의 인터페이스 자동화 시스템)

  • This paper manufacturing one system and use this separatively, plan, and embody system that apply integration design method in research about characteristic of internal core of 8051 micro-processors and system reusability so that can use as module of other system. The proposed system itself by object style so that reusability may be possible in proposed method and object style for connection between this systems is required. Set on these request and when systems have own information and were linked with other systems, by supplying own information automatic movement itself is realized and system itself embodies ashes so that can be applied to other system. The proposed method in this paper analyzes and compares with existent Z-80 education board, as well as system that propose offers extensibility, it handles most function to software and development period, expense and baud dimension confirmed advantage of and so on that reduce. Also, design for object style system architecture and showed feature that extensibility and portability are augmented.

A Student Grouping System for Cooperative Learning in Small-Groups (소집단 협력 학습을 위한 학생 그룹핑 시스템)

  • The success of cooperative learning in small groups heavily depends on how the small groups are set up. When small groups are formed, the factors such as the objectives and characteristics of the work and the capabilities and interests of the group members should be considered to maximize the interaction among the group members. However, it is not easy for teachers to manually divide their class to small groups to satisfy such conditions. In this work, we developed and implemented a student grouping system that divides the class as appropriate as possible, when given multidimensional student data and a set of conditions for forming small groups. The grouping conditions can be heterogeneous, homogeneous, and both. The grouping system can easily be used by teachers since the system can be accessed by clicking a menu button embedded into Microsoft Excel. The system has also a wide range of application areas where object grouping by various conditions is needed.

  • In recent, the interests of multi-user systems have been increased. Multi-user systems allow a number of users to access the system simultaneously. Security is one of the key issues to be addressed in a multi-user environment. We propose a solution based on the NTFS file system that provides the personal data security and considers the convenience of users. The system increases the convenience of users by simplifying the complexity of the security setting on NTFS. We also propose a variety of policies that prevent from the conflicts incurring when different users set up the personal folders simultaneously and do not set up the important folders such as the window system folders as personal folders. In addition, our system supports the function of setting up the prohibition folder lists so that no one can not set the folder to their personal folders.

  • A electronic business user is increased rapidly, and load of a electronic business system and network traffic are increased rapidly. Also, the data which included an audio and video is increasing in a electronic business system gradually, and According to this an Internet service businessman is paying for an enormous cost for management of a system and a maintenance of a line. It is brought a delay of a response speed about a service wish of a Web customer this system load and network traffic raise. Also, this decreases customer satisfaction and becomes an important factor to decrease competitive power of an e-business enterprise. In this study, we proposed the electronic business system that improved answer delay time about a Web customer in an e-business system based on the .net which was a the latest version of Microsoft company, and analyzed performance of a proposal system through an experiment. In the experiment result, the system that proposed it can have response time to have been improved and fast adaptability about various requests of a Web customer. Also, in a proposed system, a decrease gets a delay of a response speed to occur because of the multiple user done.

  • Recently, the necessity of the autonomous mobile robot is emphasized in order to enlarge the scope of activity and actively cope with the change of work environment. This paper proposes the algorithm which enables the mobile robot to avoid obstacles and lead it to the destination by the shortest path. And we verify the usability by a simulation. We made the algorithm with micro-GA and $\lambda$-geometry MRA. The area of simulation is limited to 320(width)$\times$200(length) pixels and one pixel is one centimeter. When we planned the path with only $\lambda$-geometry MRA, we could find the direction for path planning but could not find the shortest path. But when we planned the path with $\lambda$-geometry MRA and micro-GA, we could find the shortest path. So the algorithm enables us to find the direction for path planning and the shortest path.

전략적 제휴와 독점금지예외조항에 관한 연구

  • 전 세계적으로 항공시간 전략적 제휴가 확대되고 있는 가운데 우리나라의 국적항공사들도 2001년 대한항공이 SkyTeam에 가입하였고, 2003년 아시아나 항공이 Star에 가입하였다. 그러나 국내에서 독점금지예외조항이 없어 양 항공사가 전략적 제휴 그룹 내에서 일부 활동에 제약을 받고 있는 것으로 추정된다. 미국은 항공자유화 정책의 확대 추진 전략에 따라 미국 항공사들이 외국항공사들과 전략적 제휴를 맺는 경우, 자국의 시장에서 독점금지법 조항을 면제시켜주는 제도를 실시하고 있다. 이제도로 인하여 외국 항공사들과 폭 넓은 협력 관계를 유도하고 경쟁력 있는 항공운송산업을 이끌어 가고 있다. 본 연구는 미국의 독점금지예외(ATI ; Anti-Trust Immunity)에 대한 분석을 통해 국내환경에 적용 가능한지를 살펴보고자 한다. 과거 우리 정부는 경제성장을 위해 소비자로부터 생산자에게로 경제 잉여를 집중시키는 정책을 취하였다. 개발연대 동안 우리 기업은 정부의 정책 및 제도의 도움으로 또는 묵인 하에 국내시장에서 독과점적 지위를 유지하곤 하였다. 그러나 80년대에 접어들면서 “독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률”과 공정거래위원회의 발족으로 시장구조를 경쟁적으로 만들고, 소비자 후생을 증대 시키는 정책목표가 보다 중요시 되고 있다. 그러나 미국에서도 소비자 후생을 증대 시키는 정책목표가 보다 중요시 되고 있다. 그러나 미국에서도 소비자 후생과 시장구조를 경쟁적으로 만들기 위해 제정된 독점금지법의 과도한 적용이 오히려 소비자 후생을 희생시킨다는 지적이 제기되고 있다. 또한 최근의 마이크로소프트사의 판례를 통해서도 나타났듯이 우월한 효율성과 규모의 경제에 의한 독점력은 인정되어야 한다는 추세이다. 이러한 관점에서 국내항공사가 외국의 항공사와 전략적 제휴를 맺어 효율성을 유지하고 규모의 경제성을 가지므로 인하여 지닐 수 있는 경쟁력은 국내의 항공운송삼업의 육성차원에서 지원이 되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. 향후 정부는 국제항공정책에 대한 장기적인 비젼과 함께 국내 항공법에 독점금지예외조항을 도입할 필요가 있다고 본다.

Development of Theme Park Management Automation System Using RFID (RFID를 이용한 공원관리 자동화 시스템 개발 연구)

  • Theme park automation system is developed by using the RFID sensor reader, IIS web server, ASP.NET and MSSQL database in this paper. Its operation is that park entrance people checked automatically when he who possessed the ta8 passed the reader acquisition bound and its tag information is sent to the host computer through the RS-232 data acquisition system. Tag information and time data will be stored in the RFID database tables and reused to extract and distribute the entrance people for the purpose of each arrangement of each entertainment devices. First of all, we developed interface program between host and reader and then, programmed the related web site and database connection function using ASP.NET with $C\#$ and MSSQ. We also design and make an production of external Ant. to extend the acquisition range up to $30\~40$ cm using copper PCB plate. We confirmed the performance through the RFID test bed site.

  • This paper describes ASIC design of multimedia SoC Platform. The implemented Platform consists of 32-bit OpenRISC1200 Microprocessor, WISHBONE on-chip bus, VGA Controller, Debug Interface, SRAM Interface and UART. The 32-bit OpenRISC1200 processor has 5 stage pipeline and Harvard architecture with separated instruction/data bus. The VGA Controller can display RCB data on a CRT or LCD monitor. The Debug Interface supports a debugging function for the Platform. The SRAM Interface supports 18-bit address bus and 32-bit data bus. The UART provides RS232 protocol, which supports serial communication function. The Platform is design and verified on a Xilinx VERTEX-4 XC4VLX80 FPGA board. Test code is generated by a cross compiler' and JTAG utility software and gdb are used to download the test code to the FPGA board through parallel cable. Finally, the Platform is implemented into a single ASIC chip using Chatered 0.18um process and it can operate at 100MHz clock frequency.

Real-Time Virtual-View Image Synthesis Algorithm Using Kinect Camera (키넥트 카메라를 이용한 실시간 가상 시점 영상 생성 기법)

  • Kinect released by Microsoft in November 2010 is a motion sensing camera in xbox360 and gives depth and color images. However, Kinect camera also generates holes and noise around object boundaries in the obtained images because it uses infrared pattern. Also, boundary flickering phenomenon occurs. Therefore, we propose a real-time virtual-view video synthesis algorithm which results in a high-quality virtual view by solving these problems. In the proposed algorithm, holes around the boundary are filled by using the joint bilateral filter. Color image is converted into intensity image and then flickering pixels are searched by analyzing the variation of intensity and depth images. Finally, boundary flickering phenomenon can be reduced by converting values of flickering pixels into the maximum pixel value of a previous depth image and virtual views are generated by applying 3D warping technique. Holes existing on regions that are not part of occlusion region are also filled with a center pixel value of the highest reliability block after the final block reliability is calculated by using a block based gradient searching algorithm with block reliability. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm generated the virtual view image in real-time.

  • Recently, various industrial embedded systems including vehicles controlled electronically are evolving to distributed multi-micro controller system. Accordingly, there is a need for standard CAN(Controller Area Network) protocol that ensures high stability and reliability of communication and is simple to construct object-oriented system with high control efficiency. CAN communication interface used general-purpose processor doesn't have many limitations in various application development because of fixed hardware architecture. This paper design and implement a CAN communication interface system based on FPGA. It is verified function and performance of system through monitoring communication with existing AT90CAN128 controller. Implemented CAN communication interface can be reused in development of application systems based on FPGA. And it provides low-cost, small-size and low-power design advantages.
