Analysis and Flight Test Verification of T/A-50 Engine Horsepower Extraction Capability (T/A-50 엔진 축마력(Horsepower) 능력 해석 및 비행시험 검증)

  • The aircraft engine is to generate thrust for the maneuver of aircraft and to provide the power to the related hydraulic system and electrical system. Since the power provided to the systems is extracted from the high pressure compressor of aircraft engine, the extracted power is called horsepower extraction (HPX). If the HPX provided from the engine is smaller than the HPX required from the related systems, there could be abnormal engine behavior, like engine rollback or stall. Analysis on comparing the required HPX and the engine HPX capability had been performed during the T/A-50 FSD (Full Scale Development) period. The analysis results make the engine schedule changed, and T/A-50 flight test has been performed with the changed engine schedule. The analysis results and changing the engine control schedule were verified to be valid with the flight test results.

  • 본 논문에서는 하이브리드 차량 내부 전기모터의 등판 마력값과 회전 RPM, 흡기온도 센서의 온도 변화와 공기 및 연료의 혼합비율인 공연비에 대해 퍼지 제어 기법을 적용하여 차량의 연료 소비를 제어하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법에서는 초기 가속부분에서 등판 마력간과 회전 RPM을 퍼지제어 규칙에 의해 전기모터와 엔진의 사용비율을 제어하고, 엔진이 가동될 때 각각의 공기유입량과 연료 분사량을 이용하여 공연비 수치를 구한 후, 공연비, 흡기온도, 최종 연료 보정량에 대해 설정된 피지 소속 함수와 퍼지 추론 규칙에 따라 차량 연료를 제어한다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 실험한 결과, 제안된 퍼지 제어 기법을 이용한 엔진 및 연료 제어 방법이 퍼지기법을 적용하지 않은 제어방법보다 평균연비가 개선되어 제안된 연료 제어 방법이 효율적임을 확인하였다.

  • The regulator system has been modeled and combined to a swashplate type axial piston pump. Linear approximation has been performed for nonlinear coefficient terms of an axial piston pump-regulator model without significantly affecting accuracy. Based on the mathematical model of an axial piston pump-regulator system, a couple of characteristic curves of negative flow control and horsepower control are drawn, which show a good correlation with those of experimental results. So the simplified axial piston pump-regulator model in this paper is expected to be utilized not only for the design and analysis of hydraulic circuit of excavator but also for prevention of engine overload.

  • Turbo compressors need high speed rotating impeller in structure, high rate gearbox and conventional induction motor. This mechanical system increased moment of inertia and mechanical friction loss. Recently turbo compressor has adopted a super high-speed motor and driver and have made its size smaller and mechanical friction loss at minimum. In this paper, variable super high - speed motor controller, compressor controller and MMI controller are implemented with only one DSP (TMS320VC33) chip for a 150HP, 70,000rpm direct drive turbo compressor. It was required hardware and software integration. The result of integration, Controller hardware became simple and all control software are developed same developing tool. The implements turbo compressor meets the requirements.

In this study we tried to develope variable super high speed motor controller, compressor controller and MMI controller under one DSP based systems for 1500Hp, 70,000rpm direct drive Turbo compressor. It have to do unitification of each controller"s hardware and software. The result of study is applied to a 150Hp direct turbo compressor and makes it goods.oods.

  • The purpose of this paper is to construct a computer simulation system which can analyze and design the hydraulic excavator Theoretical analyses are performed on the hydraulic circuit and attachment of excavator with load sensing system. Databases are constructed for control valve opening areas, horsepower control and for load sensing regulator. For hydraulic components modularized programming techniques are applied which is expected to be utilized for software development of fluid power system. Through simulation an information of any point in hydraulic circuit can be obtained.

  • In this paper a development of shaft power measuring system for a small vessel is discussed. It is important that the exact power measurement of marine engine which is used for ship's propulsion since the engine power is related to ship's usage and its shaft design. Two gearwheel and magnetic sensors are adopted to measure torsional angle on the shaft. High resolution encoder is also applied to compensate the output signal from gearwheel. The calculation of shaft power is executed using measured signal and angular velocity of rotating machine and the result is plotted on the monitoring screen.

  • 상변환에 의한 농형유도전동기의 1/3, 2/3 속도제어 방법에 대하여 연구하였고, 종래의 국수변환 방법과 비교하였다. 1마력, 36슬롯을 모델로 하여 1800, 1200, 600rpm을 얻어 내었으며, 국수변환 방법에 비하여 고정자의 크기, 슬롯수, 동량을 줄일 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 고조파 저감을 위해 사용하는 수동필터를 부하의 운전조건에 따라 자동으로 $개\cdot폐$할 수 있는 DSP 기반의 제어시스템을 개발하였다. 수동필터 제어시스템은 부하에서 발생하는 전압, 전류, 고조파, 무효전력, 역률 등을 측정 및 감시하여 수동필터 $개\cdot폐$ 장치에 신호를 보내어 부하의 운전조건에 따라 필터의 각 분로를 자동으로 $개\cdot폐$하게된다. 이러한 제어시스템은 100마력 직류전동기 구동장치를 사용하는 계통에 수동필터와 함께 설치하고 고조파 및 무효전력등을 측정함으로써 성능을 입증하였다.
