A Study on the Driving Analysis of Tracked Robot (무한궤도 로봇의 주행 해석에 관한 연구)

  • A tracked robot has an excellent mobility on the rough terrain. Especially, a tracked robot for driving has to get structural function in the every field. In this paper, we propose a tracked robot of a small rear wheel typed. Also compared and estimated a driving analysis about the tracked robot in considered the general environment. Compared 2 models are different in size of rear wheels but front wheels are same size each other. From comparing model, the radius of front wheels is 100mm and the radius of rear wheels is 100mm. The radius of front wheels is 100mm and the radius of rear wheels is 70mm from proposed tracked robot. Depend on these radiuses of values we are known driving torque values of an actuating wheel using Recurdyn. And estimated stress of rotated track by an actuating wheel using Ansys. finally, the designed robot has size of $600mm\;{\times}\;330mm\;{\times}\;150mm$, weight is 27kg and the tracked robot is actuated by 2 geared DC motors.

Dynamic Analysis of a Flow Passage Opening Device in Flight Profile of a High-speed Vehicle (고속 비행체의 비행궤적별 유로개방장치 동역학 해석)

  • A flow passage opening device utilizing an acceleration follow-up technique allows fuel to flow continuously through a pressurized fuel tank system. It is very difficult to test the device in a real flight situation because of severe test condition and a cost problem. In this paper, therefore, the results of a basic negative g test conducted by low-speed airplane are compared with RecurDyn simulation. Dynamic behavior of the device in total flight profile of a high-speed vehicle is also analyzed by using RecurDyn to predict its performance.

Design Modification of Marine Turning Gear Based on Spur Planetary Gear (스퍼 유성감속기 기반 선박용 터닝기어의 설계 변경)

  • A marine turning gear controls the position of the piston-crank mechanism by rotating the flywheel of the marine engine at a low speed, which is the main auxiliary machine that enables the disassembly and maintenance of the engine. In this study, the safety factor for surface durability and tooth bending strength was improved by the design modification of the marine turning gear based on the spur planetary gear. Angular velocity, torque, and efficiency of the turning gear were measured using a reliability evaluation tester, and a multibody dynamics model for analysis corresponding to the test results was developed. Finally, it was confirmed that the design improvements improved the tooth surface damage of the sun gear in the 3rd reduction stage.

  • A special part such as a flow passage opening device is required to prevent the disconnection of fuel transfer in a pressurized fuel tank. To meet this requirement, the device utilizing an acceleration follow-up technique was invented. RecurDyn, a dynamic analysis tool, is introduced in this article to predict the device's performance and to determine parameters affecting it. In the analysis, it is shown that balancing weights can open the passage in accordance with fuel position.

인공위성 전개장치용 테잎힌지 특성 해석

  • 본 논문에서는 인공위성 전개장치용 테잎힌지 특성해석을 수행하고 그 결과에 대하여 분석하였다. 테잎힌지를 이용한 전개장치는 신뢰성이 높고, 형상이 매우 단순하며, 제작단가 또한 저렴하여 우주용 안테나 및 태양전지판에 널리 이용이 되고 있다. 테잎힌지를 이용한 전개장치의 전개특성은 테잎힌지 특성에 의하여 좌우가 되므로 안전성 있는 전개장치 설계를 수행하기 위해서는 가능한 정확한 해석이나 계산이 요구되어진다. 초기에는 쉘 이론등을 바탕으로 테잎힌지의 전개특성을 계산하는 식들이 연구되었으나 테잎힌지의 강한 비선형성 때문에 정확성이 많이 떨어지는 큰 단점이 존재하였다. 이후 많은 연구를 통하여 유한요소모델을 이용한 비선형해석을 통하여 비로소 정확한 전개특성을 해석할 수 있게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 다물체 동역학해석프로그램인 리커다인의 유연체 해석모듈을 이용하여 테잎힌지에 대한 특성해석을 수행하였다. 해석결과 신뢰성 있는 테잎힌지의 전개거동 확인 및 전개특성을 계산할 수 있었다.

Study on the Taxing Mode Control of MR Damper Landing Gear (MR 댐퍼 착륙장치의 택싱모드 제어기법에 대한 연구)

  • The aircraft vertical acceleration from the excitation of the road surface in the taxing mode is a main factor with a negative effect on the boarding quality of pilots and passengers. In this paper, we propose an appropriate control method to improve the boarding quality of the MR damper landing gear. The proposed control method is Skyhook Control Type 2, which feeds the aircraft vertical acceleration back in addition to the aircraft vertical velocity. Since Skyhook Control Type 2 factors the velocity and acceleration of the upper mass, it can be expected to exceed the control performance of the existing Skyhook Control that factors only the upper mass velocity. For the simulation, the bumper type road surface was selected as a ground surface, and the landing gear model constructed with RecurDyn and the controller designed with Simulink were co-simulated. The control effect of Skyhook Control Type 2 was verified by comparing and analyzing the RMS and maximum value of the upper mass acceleration according to the taxing speed and control method.

  • This paper aims to realize additional axes, which increase the processing efficiency of a robot by controlling in harmful environments. Ultimately, this is to create time and energy savings in industrial sites with 6-axis articulated welding robots (RS2). Using $RecurDyn^{(R)}$ a simulation technique is applied. The motion paths of the welding rod are compared for two cases in order to verify the necessity of the additional axes: 1) when there are no additional axes and 2) when there are additional axes during welding using the RS2. For this purpose, the angle variations of the RS2 axes required for the simulation are compared, on the assumption that each of the four points of the welding bed installed on the additional axes of the welding rod in $Solidworks^{(R)}$ is point-welded. Then, actual additional axes equipment is grafted on to the RS2 and the process times compared using $LabVIEW^{(R)}$.

  • In this study, the VCB(Vacuum Circuit Breaker) has been developed using the Recurdyn that is widely used on multibody dynamics analysis. The VCB consists of three main circuits with the VI(Vacuum Interrupter) and the main frame with the operating mechanism. This analytic model is validated by comparing the simulation results and the experimental results. Generally, in order to reliably cut off the breaking current, the opening speed of the VCB after contact separation has to be a 0.9~1.1m/s. Therefore, the study of the design parameters of the VCB is needed. To improve the opening velocity, Taguchi design method is applied to optimize the design parameters of a VCB with a lot of linkages. In addition, to evaluate the improvement of the operating characteristics, the simulation results are compared with the Recurdyn and experimental results with improved prototype sample.

  • The purpose of this article Is to review the problems in using Hazan & Shaver,s adult attachment inventory as spousal attachment inventory. In summary, Hazan & Shaver's forced-choice inventory is required to caution in using for spouse attachment inventory because of the disproportionally higher secure-attachment type ratio(72% - 89%). It was previous reseaches that used multi-item Likert inventory instead of Hazan & shaver's forced-choice inventory for result analysis because of disproportionally higher secure-attachment type ratio. Although Hazan & shaver's forced-choice inventory was mostly used for young unmarried adults, Using Hazan & shaver's forced-choice inventory as spouse attachment inventory for married adults seem to be inappropriately. Hazan & Shaver's multi-item Likert inventory has the problem of poor reliability in insecure-avoidence factor especially. Hazan & Shaver's one item Likert inventory has the problem of social desirability.

A Study on Matching Pursuit Interpolation with Moveout Correction (시간차 보정을 적용한 Matching Pursuit 내삽 기법 연구)

  • The recent research aim of seismic trace interpolation is to effectively interpolate the data with spatial aliasing. Among various interpolation methods, the Matching Pursuit interpolation, that finds the proper combination of basis functions which can best recover traces, has been developed. However, this method cannot interpolate aliased data. Thus, the multi-component Matching Pursuit interpolation and moveout correction method have been proposed for interpolation of spatially aliased data. It is difficult to apply the multi-component Matching Pursuit interpolation to interpolating the OBC (Ocean Bottom Cable) data which is the multi-component data obtained at the ocean bottom because the isolation of P wave component is required in advance. Thus, in this study, we dealt with an effective single-component matching Pursuit interpolation method in OBC data where P-wave and S-wave are mixed and spatial aliasing is present. To do this, we proposed the Ricker wavelet based single-component Matching Pursuit interpolation workflow with moveoutcorrection and systematically investigated its effectiveness. In this workflow, the spatial aliasing problem is solved by applying constant value moveout correction to the data before the interpolation is performed. After finishing the interpolation, the inverse moveout correction is applied to the interpolated data using the same constant velocity. Through the application of our workflow to the synthetic OBC seismic data, we verified the effectiveness of the proposed workflow. In addition, we showed that the interpolation of field OBC data with severe spatial aliasing was successfully performed using our workflow.
