Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the size of the e-commerce has been increased rapidly. This pandemic, which made contact-less communication culture in everyday life made the e-commerce market to be opened even to the consumers who would hesitate to purchase and pay by electronic device without any personal contacts and seeing or touching the real products. Consumers who have experienced the easy access and convenience of the online purchase would continue to take those advantages even after the pandemic. During this time of transformation, however, the size of information source for the consumers has become even shrunk into a flat screen and limited to visual only. To provide differentiated and competitive information on products, companies are adopting AR/VR and steaming technologies but the reviews from the honest users need to be recognized as important in that it is regarded as strong as the well refined product information provided by marketing professionals of the company and companies may obtain useful insight for product development, marketing and sales strategies. Then from the consumer's point of view, if the ratings of reviews are widely diverged how consumers would process the review information before purchase? Are non-converged ratings always unreliable and worthless? In this study, we analyzed how consumer's regulatory focus moderate the attitude to process the diverged information. This experiment was designed as a 2x2 factorial study to see how the variance of product review ratings (high vs. low) for cosmetics affects product attitudes by the consumers' regulatory focus (prevention focus vs. improvement focus). As a result of the study, it was found that prevention-focused consumers showed high product attitude when the review variance was low, whereas promotion-focused consumers showed high product attitude when the review variance was high. With such a study, this thesis can explain that even if a product with exactly the same average rating, the converged or diverged review can be interpreted differently by customer's regulatory focus. This paper has a theoretical contribution to elucidate the mechanism of consumer's information process when the information is not converged. In practice, as reviews and sales records of each product are accumulated, as an one of applied knowledge management types with big data, companies may develop and provide even reinforced customer experience by providing personalized and optimized products and review information.

인터넷 블로그를 이용한 맛집 마케팅은 외식 산업에서 상당한 영향력을 발휘하고 있다. 사람들은 블로그를 이용해 많은 맛집 리뷰를 작성 및 검색하고 있다. 그런데 사람들이 맛집 리뷰를 검색하면, 검색 엔진에서는 검색어에 대한 정확도 및 시간순으로 검색 결과를 정렬해 주기 때문에 같은 식당에 대한 포스트들이 분산되어 검색된다. 따라서 사람들은 수많은 맛집 리뷰가 섞여있는 검색 결과를 보고 그중 한 식당을 선택하는 것에 어려움을 느낄 수 있다. 이때, 같은 식당에 대한 리뷰를 모아서 보여준다면 어떤 식당에 대한 리뷰가 존재하는지 일목요연하게 볼 수 있으며, 한 식당에 대한 다양한 의견을 참고하여 가고자 하는 식당을 선택하는데 도움이 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 블로그의 맛집 포스트를 클러스터링 하는 시스템을 제안하였다. 시스템을 통해 생성된 클러스터의 평가 결과, 정확률, 난수 색인, 순수도는 90% 이상의 높은 값을 보였다.

The purpose of this study is to research the effects of the same brand item sold online at different prices. To that end, the exploratory study is focused on four factors that influence price dispersion online is suggested. First, the products are divided into utilitarian products and hedonic products in line with the product concept, and laptops, washing machines are included in the utility concept products. Also the backpacks and sneakers are included in the hedonic concept products. A total of 400 effective objectives were selected and analyzed for each concept products, 200 objectives. The research analysis revealed that the price dispersion is significant relationship with an average price, the highest price, the lowest price, the year of release, the number of retailers, and the number of reviews in case of the utility concept product. On the contrary, in case of hedonic concept products, average price, highest price, lowest price, year of release, retailer, and reviews and ratings is found to be positively related to price dispersion. Based on these results, theoretical and practical implications are discussed about the influence price dispersion on marketing.

Recently, development of nanocomposite materials for applying in various fields has been actively underway. Of the two-dimensional nanomaterials, graphene nanoplatelets (GnPs) are highly utilized because of their excellent properties, but a problem of strong aggregations is occurred when GnPs are fabricated with polymer nanocomposites, so there is a growing demand for research on the methods of dispersion. In this review paper, the research on GnP nanocomposites with improved properties through various dispersion methods of GnPs. The welldispersed GnP nanocomposites will be applied in more diverse fields in the future.

ERC-20, the standard API for Ethereum token smart contracts, was introduced to ensure compatibility among applications such as wallets and decentralized exchanges. However, many compatibility vulnerability problems have existed because there is no rigorous functional specifications for each API nor conformance review tools for the standard. In this paper, we proposed a new review procedure and a tool to perform the procedure to review if ERC-20 token smart contract programs for the Ethereum blockchain conform to the de facto standards. Based on the knowledge from an analysis on the ERC-20 API functional behavior of the top 100 token smart contract programs in the existing Ethereum blockchain, a new specification for the de facto standard for ERC-20 API was explicitly defined. The new specification enabled us to design a systematic review method for Ethereum smart contract programs. We developed a tool to support this review method and we evaluated a few benchmark programs with the tool.

블록체인 기술체계의 핵심 중 하나로 스마트 계약이 각광받고 있다. 이에 따라 국제적으로 스마트 계약과 관련된 표준안 또는 기술 규격을 마련하고자 하는 시도가 이어지고 있다. 본고에서는 국제표준화기구(ISO)의 TC 307(블록체인/분산원장기술위원회)에서 작성되어 간행을 앞두고 있는 TR(기술리포트) 23455의 주요 내용을 리뷰하여, 스마트 계약과 관련된 국제 표준 분석의 기초를 제공하고자 한다.

최근 온라인 원격실험이 하나의 이슈로 되면서 지역적으로 분산된 실험 장비, 데이터베이스, 작업현장 등을 접근 하는 다양한 방식이 제안되고 있다. 다양한 모니터링 시스템이 존재하고 또한 개발 되고 있는 현황에서 본 논문은 분산 시스템 환경과 실시간 시스템을 어떻게 접목을 시키고, 여기에 Grid환경에서 제공하는 인증체계를 도입하는 모델을 구상하고 있으며, 실질적인 사용가치를 갖는 멀티 타겟 실시간 원격 모니터링 시스템을 제안한다. 실시간 시스템은 보다 정밀한 시간을 제공함으로서 실시간 적인 모니터링과 차후 저장된 데이터에 의한 세밀한 리뷰가 가능하게 한다. 본 시스템은 실시간 미들웨어(TMO)에서 제공하는 시간적 정확성 및 실시간과 Grid인증의 접목에 착안점을 두고 있으며 환경분야 실험모니터링 시스템이라는 현실적 모델의 구현을 통하여 본 시스템을 검증한다.

Bitcoin is one of the cryptocurrencies, which is decentralized and transparent. However, due to its anonymity, it is currently being used for the purpose of transferring funds for illegal transactions in darknet markets. To solve this problem, clustering heuristic based on the characteristics of a Bitcoin transaction has been proposed. However, we found that the previous heuristis suffer from high false negative rates. In this study, we propose a novel heuristic for bitcoin clustering using off-chain data. Specifically, we collected and analyzed user review data from Silk Road 4 as off-chain data. As a result, 31.68% of the review data matched the actual Bitcoin transaction, and false negatives were reduced by 91.7% in the proposed method.

지난 3월 4일 국내 일부 금융기관과 포털 사이트 등이 분산서비스거부 공격으로 접속이 중단되는 사태가 발생했다. 이번 사건뿐만 아니라 세계 곳곳에서는 범죄적 양상을 띠는 다양한 사이버 범죄 발생이 증가하고 있다. 이에 앞서 미 정부는2009년 "사이버스페이스 정책 리뷰(cyberspace policy review)"를 발표해 사이버보안의 책임 공유, 사이버보안 사고 발생시 긴밀한 대응을 위한 유관기관 간의 정보 공유 및 사고 대응을 위한 체계 구축 등의 전략을 내세운 바 있다. 이러한 전략의 연장선으로 예상되는 사이버보안에 대한 국제표준화 활동이 ITU-T SG17 Q.4에서 진행되고 있어 사이버보안 분야표준화 동향과 함께 Q.4의 주요 의제인 사이버보안 정보 교환 기술에 대한 정보를 제공하고자 한다.
