A Study on the Influence of Servant Leadership in Hotel Organization on the Attitude of Employees (호텔기업의 서번트 리더십이 리더만족과 추가적 노력에 미치는 영향)

  • This study suggest a model to find out relationships among the servant leadership as a preceding factor, the trust in higher officers as mediating factors, and leader satisfaction, additional efforts as a resulting factor. Then, empirical study testify the relationship among these factors. This study confined the subjects of empirical analysis to the employees in super-deluxe hotels located in Seoul, Gyeongju, Busan, and Daegu areas. In order to clarify the utility of this study, This study took only hotel employees as the subject of measurement because only hotel organization is able to reveal sensitively the behavioral response between the leader and the members of organization. The preceding study has systematized a basic theory on the servant leadership, and provided factor structure in regard to the servant leadership, but this study has searched the factor structure of the servant leadership with the hotel employees as the subjects of study. Also, from the side of the personnel manager of hotel business, this study can be a criterion for clarifying a leadership program. Especially, in order to cultivate their servant leadership, it is necessary to testify morality and pride as sub-behavioral characteristics of new employees. Also to change the mid-managers' leadership for the effective achievement of the object of organization, this study can be utilized for the development of servant leadership.

  • 최근 스마트폰에 탑재된 NFC를 통한 결제 서비스의 시장이 각광을 받고 있다. 사용자는 자신의 신용카드 정보와 같은 지불 수단을 스마트폰에 탑재된 NFC 장치에 기록하여 리더기에 그 정보를 보냄으로써 간편하게 결제를 할 수 있게 되었다. 하지만 무선 신호의 특성상 사용자의 정보가 외부로 노출될 가능성도 배제할 수 없으며, NFC 데이터를 읽는 리더기가 신뢰 가능한 리더기인지 알 수 없는 보안 취약성이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 NFC를 통해 안전하게 데이터 통신을 할 수 있도록 정의된 NFC-SEC 표준에 대해서 살펴보고, NFC-SEC 프로토콜에서 피어 간의 상호 인증의 필요성에 대해서 말한다.

The Mediation Effect of Trust in Homeroom Teacher in the Relationship of his Transformation Leadership and the Students' Emotional Stability (담임교사의 변혁적 리더십과 학생의 정서적 안정감 관계에서 담임교사신뢰의 매개효과)

  • This study was conducted to confirm the mediating effect of the teacher's trust in the relationship between the classroom teacher's transformative leadership and the students' emotional stability from the organizational perspective. For this, the data from 290 middle school students in Seoul were collected and analyzed. As a result of the study, the transformative leadership of the homeroom teacher had a positive (+) effect on the trust of the leader. In addition, the teacher's trust in the leader had a positive (+) effect on the learner's emotional stability. In addition, it was confirmed that the teacher's transformational leadership had a positive (+) effect on the learner's emotional stability. Finally, in the relationship between the homeroom teacher's transformative leadership and the learner's emotional stability, teacher trust has a partial mediating effect. This study is meaningful in that it has objectively verified what kind of leadership the homeroom teacher should aim for in order to operate the classroom as the peripheral unit of the school organization, and what emotional and psychological effects such leadership can have on students who are members of the organization.

  • This study introduced trust dimension as a mediating variable and analyzed in order to investigate the empirical mechanism on the process of leader's emotional intelligence which is a emotional factor to produce organizational effectiveness. Based on the empirical analysis, first of all, this study found whether the team leader's emotional intelligence gives an influence on the subordinate's trust in leader. Secondly, this study examined the multidimensionality of trust by selecting subordinate's cognition-based trust and affect-based trust on the team leader as mediating variables between team leaders's emotional intelligence and subordinate's affective commitment, organizational citizenship behavior. I found the theoretical implications based on this study; first, from the view on cognition-based and emotion-based trust, the integrated verification of the process of the trust in leader as a mediating role, second, verification of the relationship between leader's emotional intelligence and trust in leader which was not studied before, third, the methodological try to prevent from the common method bias problem through the evaluation of a team leader on a subordinate's organizational citizenship behavior. This study also suggested the ways to apply those theoretical implications to human resource management.

  • The Election paradigm can be used as a building block in many practical problems such as group communication, atomic commit and replicated data management where a protocol coordinator might be useful. The problem has been widely studied in the research community since one reason for this wide interest is that many distributed protocols need an election protocol. However, mobile ad hoc systems are more prone to failures than conventional distributed systems. Solving election in such an environment requires from a set of mobile nodes to choose a unique node as a leader based on its priority despite failures or disconnections of mobile nodes. In this paper, we describe a solution to the election problem from mobile ad hoc computing systems and it was proved by temporal logic. This solution is based on the Group Membership Detection algorithm.

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of coaching leadership on organizational effectiveness of dental hygienists. A survey was conducted on dental hygienists in Busan and Kyungnam from December 7, 2016 to January 15, 2017. A total of 215 questionnaires were included in analysis. The influence factors of coaching leadership on the rapport-building between the leaders and the members included the leader's direction (p<0.001) and relationship (p<0.001). The influence factors of coaching leadership on organizational commitment included the leader's relationship (p<0.001), direction (p<0.05), development (p<0.05), and accountability (p<0.05). The influence factors of coaching leadership on job satisfaction included the leader's relationship (p<0.001) and development (p<0.01). The coaching leadership of dental hygienists has been found to make a positive influence on the organizational effectiveness. It is believed that systematic and comprehensive coaching leadership training for dental hygienists must be conducted to build up trust between the leaders and the members, facilitate communication, and enhance job commitment and performance.   • RFID 기술은 모든 사물에 태그를 부착하여 전파를 이용하여 사물에 대한 정보를 자동으로 인식하고 이를 실시간으로 네트워크에 연결하여 정보를 관리하는 기술이다. RFE에 기반한 어플리케이션은 사용자의 요구에 의한 응용프로그램과 달리 태그의 인식이 프로그램 실행을 발생하게 하므로 실시간이벤트 처리, 실시간 이벤트 모니터링을 처리가 가장 중요하다. 하지만 리더로부터 인식된 태그 데이터가 아무런 정제 작업 없이 직접 응용어플리케이션에 전달되게 된다면 불필요한 연산을 수행하게 되어 성능이 저하되는 요인이 된다. RFID 미들웨어의 주된 역활은 리더기와 응용시스템 사이에 데이터들을 전송하는데 있다. 따라서 태그 데이터 처리 기능을 통해 응용 시스템에 신뢰성 있는 정보제공은 미들웨어에서 중요한 기능을 수행하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 응용시스템에 신뢰성 있는 데이터 전송에 필수 기능인 불필요한 이벤트를 제거하는 필터링 기능을 위한 프레임워크 설계, 구현하였다

The Effect of Military Leader's Behavioral Integrity on the Subordinate's Change-Oriented OCB : Focusing on the Moderating Effect of LMX (군 조직 리더의 언행일치가 구성원의 변화지향적 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 : LMX의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • This study aims to examine the effect of leader' behavioral integrity on subordinate's change-oriented OCB via their team commitment along with the moderating effect of LMX. For this, 395 soldiers from military organizations where external factors were relatively well controlled besides their personal characteristics were selected and surveyed using hierarchical regression methods. First, the results showed that leader' behavioral integrity was positively related to subordinate's change-oriented OCB. Second, the positive relationship between leader' behavioral integrity and subordinate's change-oriented OCB was mediated by team commitment. Third, the aforementioned mediated relationship was moderated by LMX. Although this study targeted members of military organizations with more restrictions on behavior than private organizations, such as corporations, it could be meaningful in that it confirmed that the leader's behavioral integrity lead to subordinate's voluntary behavior of change-oriented OCB, which should be followed by efforts to make it more general by comparing a variety of public and business organizations.
