고진공 수산물 조미통조림의 향기성분 분석

  • 일반적으로 시중에 유통되고 있는 일반통조림 제품은 조미액, 시럽, 물 등의 액즙을 함유하고 있어 이로 인해 제품의 중량의 증가, 가용성 성분의 희석, 액즙의 흡수와 팽윤으로 인한 조직감의 연화, 원료의 고유의 향기성분 손실 등과 조미액은 대부분 버리게 되므로 제품의 경제적 손실도 크다. 따라서 본 연구에는 종래의 통조림보다 가볍고, 조직감이 있으며 원료 고유의 향미를 살린 제품을 만들기 위한 기초적인 연구로 packing medium이 없는 고진공 통조림제품을 제조하여 일반통조림 제품과의 향기성분을 비교분석하였다.   • Different criteria for evaluating vulnerability of debris flow hazard proposed by various institutes such as Korea Forest Service(KFS), Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources(KIGAM), Ministry of Public Safety and Security (MPSS) and Korea Expressway Corporation (KEC) were reviewed and discussed. Assessment of debris flow hazard for natural slopes around land for house development was carried out on the basis of the report about results of performing in-situ survey. Results of evaluating vulnerability of debris flow hazard by using these methods were compared to each other to discuss appropriateness of their evaluation and to recommend improvement.

  • We have done the insulation diagnostic test of generators in domestic five power plants since 1987 and tested A.C. current increasing rate($\Delta$I), $\Delta$tan$\delta$ and partial discharge in generator winding insulation. This study is described the correlation between nondestructive result(A.C. current increasing rate, $\Delta$tan$\delta$ and partial discharge) and lapse of time in generators.

  • The IEEE std 738 and Cigre Electra documents are well known as the standard of calculating the ampacity of overhead conductors. Although these two standards use the same basic heat balance concept, they use different applicable methods to calculate ampacity ratings. This paper examines the concept of basic heat balance equation and the differences of each term of basic heat balance equation.

  • Developing fault location system for underground power cable which can detect its fault location exactly require very high speed data acquisition and signal processing capability. We are developing fault location system which is different from conventional fault locator. This fault location system monitor underground power cable by using on-line speed current sensor and if there are an accident, it record its transient signal and calculate fault location by analyzing it. Signals which acquired when power cable fault arise, showed transient characteristics and its frequency band is very hish. So, to develop fault location system, we designed special high speed data acquisition and signal processing board. In this thesis, we describe on data acquisition and signal processing H/W design for fault location system on underground power cable.

  • This paper presents the results of an investigation and assessment of the direct short term impacts of electric service interruption incurred by livestock customers. The study used a direct visit survey to determine the customer assessment of electric service interruption and characteristic. The variation in interruption cost with the characteristics of interruptions such as duration, time of day, frequency, and day of interruption was also investigated.

  • As the power industry moves towards open competition, there has been a call for methodology to evaluate power system reliability by using customer interruption costs. This paper presents an evaluation of interruption costs by industrial customer type in Korea using customer survey methodology When various research results are examined, the customer damage survey methodology becomes much more generalized. Especially, in the case of industrial customers, it is known that the evaluation by customer damage survey is more useful. Accordingly, this paper selected the customer damage survey method to evaluate interruption costs by industrial customer type in Korea considering interruption and customer characteristics.

  • When power cables cross regions with unfavorable thermal conditions, conductor temperatures higher than the design value can occur. This paper proposes the calculation algorithms of the permissible current-carrying capability of dissimilar power cables installed in thermally dissimilar soil materials.
