Local decline can be caused by business closures or the departure of the youth. Most countries have been striving to overcome regional inequality through local or community entrepreneurship using assets or contents obtained from differentiated and original embedded resources. The purpose of this study is to conceptualize local contents and local entrepreneurship. To reach the research goals, this paper utilizes the grounded theory as qualitative methodology. From the main findings, this paper suggests that entrepreneurship in the local is influenced by informal alley or specific location (regions) institution outputs so called as local contents which are local norm, culture, local identities. This paper conceptualizes local contents as 'product of creative scenario'. And this work also suggests the liner model for local content innovation. The contribution of this work are two: 1) showing how the local content creation process; 2) analyzing the how local entrepreneurship configures. It can be inclusive potential startups items rooted at the unique resources and assets of the locals and reflecting the originality of locality. In terms of local institutional perspectives, local development takes pace when advancing application of local entrepreneurship. In order for that, practical challenging is more needed by using informal local institutions. Also 'three step linear model' will be applied to educate the new creators. Local contents and local entrepreneurship can definitely rehabilitate locality.

There is a growing interest and importance in local-based products, especially agri-food globally, but systematic research on this issues is still insufficient. Recently, consumer interest in agri-foods is local based product and local brand. The research began on the relationship between local food and local food brands. This study examined the effect of local food products and brand image congruence on brand preference and purchase intention of local food. The results showed that the stronger the image congruence between local food products and brands, the more positively the brand preference. In addition, the stronger the brand preference, the higher the customer's intention to repurchase.

Regional communities have recently tried to change themselves in order to cope with rapidly changing circumstances. Giving attention to their strategic responses as well as consequences as a result of their countermeasures, this study attempts to suggest a theoretical framework to analyze the process of locality reconstruction in a dynamic and comprehensive way. To achieve this purpose, after figuring out the previous studies' methodological and theoretical limitations, we suggest that locality should be understood as a outcome of the mutual interactions between local, state, and global scale networks.

A local storage of HTML5 is a Web Storage, which is stored permanently on a local computer in the form of files. The contents of the storage can be easily accessed and modified because it is stored as plaintext. Moreover, because the internet browser classifies the local storages of each domain using file names, the malicious attacker can abuse victim's local storage files by changing file names. In the paper, we propose a scheme to maintain the integrity and the confidentiality of the local storage's source domain and source device. The key idea is that the client encrypts the data stored in the local storage with cipher key, which is managed by the web server. On the step of requesting the cipher key, the web server authenticates whether the client is legal source of local storage or not. Finally, we showed that our method can detect an abnormal access to the local storage through experiments according to the proposed method.

This paper aims to cast light upon the urgent problem philosophically the reason why local or locality can not help being raised as the problem of ontological 'between' in human life, in the post modern discourse trying to surmount the general modern system in modern times and it. Therefore, it is necessary that we should inspect the quality of human life, raising a basic question about the existence of human among many questions raised in the process of the discussion of modern and post modern(2). In addition, in the process, we should look into closely what relations local or locality has with the quality of human life, because only in the local, human can be the subject who is making meaning the time and the places, being tangled with the trace of various texture and wrinkles from life. Also, it is here, in the local that subjects can identify to live together through the intersubjective network(3). When these conditions are met, local or locality will emerge as the possibility of locality humanities, as ontological 'between' in human life, where true humane and social life is possible(4).

멀티데이터베이스의 기존에 존재하는 데이터베이스와 파일 시스템들의 최상위에 존재하는 데이터베이스 시스템으로서 사용자에게는 단일 데이터베이스의 모습으로 투명하게 보여주고자 하며, 반면에 사용자 데이터는 로컬 데이터베이스가 관리한다. 통합 스키마는 각각의 로컬 데이터베이스의 스키마 합병으로 구성되며 합병은 각각의 로컬 데이터베이스의 로컬 스키마 충돌을 중재하며 이루어진다. 한편 멀티데이터베이스 구조에서 각각의 로컬 데이터베이스의 데이터를 통합할 때에 각각의 스키마 정보에 대한 유사성이나 이질성 때문에 스키라 충돌이 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 OMG에서 제시한 ODBMS의 표준인 ODMG를 기반으로 멀티데이터베이스 시스템의 스키마 통합에 대한 방안을 제시했다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the perceptions of local food to activate the school meal service. This study examined the concept of local food in Korea and its usage the definition and benefit of local food has been done through experts who are food producers or distributors, and operators related in school meal. The result of this study could be provided a basic items of survey for further research to identify the consumers' perceptions on using local food.

The purpose of the study is to design a space-based locality documentation model. It begins with analysing the changes of directions and strategies of locality documentation through literature surveys. Based on the analysis, a new paradigm of locality documentation is suggested in digital environment. It then suggests space-based documentation model, i.e., 'spanDoc Model (SPAace-based Networked Documentation Model)' which represent the new paradigm. The model focuses on planning the framework of use and accumulation of locality documentation.

This study was conducted to provide basic information for future Anseong local food policy and local food activation by finding the key factor determining consumer purchasing for Anseong local food. First, we conducted a survey and derived consumer purchasing attributes for the local food. Logistic regression analysis was performed to find the main factors that determine the consumers' purchase intention for Anseong local food out of such seven attributes as 'excellent quality', 'safety', 'good for health', 'activation of local economy', 'low price', 'accessibility', 'variety of items'. The results showed that the most influencing attributes on consumers' purchase decisions for Anseong local food were 'excellent quality' and 'low price' followed by 'accessibility' and 'activation of local economy'.

The purpose of this study is to study the community narrative ethics of China·Taiwan film. in the context of globalization and locality. I especially wish to look this part through narrative·hermenutical approach and communitarian ethics against contemporary liberalism and individualism. In particular, this article focuses on the works of Hou Hsiao-Hsien, Zhang Yimou, Lee Ang, Tsai Ming-Liang, Chang Tso-chi and Chen Kaige. China and Taiwan's main directors show family and country's community narratives through the self understanding and identification that we call narrative conception of the self. The idea of local community and identity is related with inheritances, history and tradition from the past of my family, my city, my tribe, my nation. Main directors make and have the story of those communities which I derive my identity. And community narratives from the life histories that define us form local community's solidarity should have the openness to other communities. Community narratives shouldn't be separated from the aspect of globalization and locality. After all, I examined whether the local community narratives reveals meaningfully from the standpoint of globalization and locality through China·Taiwan film.
