Statistical Analysis of Design Parameter of Shaped Charge (성형폭약 설계변수의 통계학적 검토)

  • 성형폭약의 설계변수인 폭약 종류, 폭약 량, 라이너 각도, 라이너 두께, 라이너 재질들을 다원배치법으로 분석하였다. 교호작용이 있는 설계변수는 강건 설계를 통하여 기여비를 산정하여 정량적으로 평가하였다. 연구결과 폭약종류와 라이너 각도는 비교적 독립적인 설계변수였고 약량과 라이너 재질, 라이너 두께는 교호작용이 있었다. 강건설계에 의해 산정된 설계변수의 기여비는 약량이 73.3%, 라이너의 재질이 19.4%, 라이너의 두께가 7.3%이다.

A study on the adhesion of HTPB liner and PCP propellant (HTPB 라이너와 PCP 추진제와의 접착에 관한 연구)

  • The study of compatible liner with ADP-505 propellant based PCP was performed. HTPB/DDl was chosen as a binder of liner in order to prohibit migration of nitroester plasticizer from propellant. The possible formulations for liner were screened by peel test of EPDM insulation/liner, propellant/liner and insulation/liner/propellant. Also, the adhesion tests including tension and shear were conducted. The adhesion of liner and propellant fumed out to be very good. The peel value was shown 1.5∼1.8 daN/cm, tensile force was 5.5∼6.0bar and shear force was 4.2∼5.0bar. In the samples of insulation/liner/propellant, they also have shown good adhesion properties. The peel, tensile and shear strength were 1.8 daN/cm, 5.0∼6.0bar and 4.5∼5.0bar, respectively.

라이너 Premix 보관조건에 따른 반응성 비교

  • 본 연구는 추진제 연소관 내부에 도포 되는 내열재 라이닝 공정을 최적화하기 위해 라이너 Premix 반응성을 실험하고 그결과를 토대로 Premix 저장조건을 설정하였다. HX-계열의 Bonding agent를 사용하는 LH-2, LH-5, LH-6 라이너를 선택하여 각각 20, 30, $40^{\circ}C$하에서 5주간 저장후 경화제와 경화촉매를 주입하고 초기점도를 측정하여 반응성을 예측하였다. 그 결과 Bonding agent로 HX-868을 사용하는 LH-5, LH-6 라이너가 HX-752를 사용하는 LH-2보다 반응성이 빠르며, 경화제와 경화촉매로 DDI와 T-12를 사용하는 LH-5 라이너가 IPDI와 $Fe(AA)_3$를 사용하는 LH-6 라이너 보다 반응성이 빠르게 나타났다. 이러한 저장온도와 기간에 따른 반응성을 토대로 공정 적용시 급격한 점도 상승에 의한 작업의 불안정성을 피하기 위해 일정 점도를 초과하지 않는 라이너 Premix 저장조건을 설정하였고, 향후에는 Bonding agent로. HX-868을 사용하는 LH-5, LH-6 라이너는 보다 공정성이 양호한 HX-752로 바꾸어 주는 것이 바람직 할 것이다.

  • Cooling characteristics of a liner were investigated by a film cooling method using a gas nitrogen in a rocket engine. High temperature gas of this test was made by mixing liquid nitrogen with combustion gas of a liquid rocket. A supply system of gas nitrogen was additionally constructed to the existing test facility of liquid rocket engine, and a new test section consisted of a liner and a gas injection ring was manufactured. A 10 second firing test for finding cooling characteristics of the liner was successfully conducted and liner surface temperatures and hot gas temperature was obtained.

  • 대형 상용 엔진에서 발생하는 유효 도시 마력의 약 4~15%는 마찰 손실을 통해서 사라지며 마찰 손실 중 약 40~55%는 엔진 실린더와 피스톤 사이의 마찰에 의하여 발생하여, 엔진 전체에서 발생하는 마찰 손실 중 가장 많은 부분을 차지하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 엔진 실린더 라이너의 온도 분포 개선을 통해 라이너를 따라 유막을 형성하고 있는 윤활유의 적정 점성을 유지시키는 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 피스톤-라이너에서 발생하는 마찰 특성은 피스톤의 행정 위치에 따라서 접촉 마찰과 유막에 의한 마찰로 구분되며 이에 따라 요구되는 윤활유의 점성 특성 또한 달라진다. 먼저 해석 모델을 통하여 실린더 라이너 내부 온도 분포 특성을 확인한 후 피스톤 마찰 특성을 고려한 적정 온도 분포를 고찰하며 실린더 라이너에 열저항 코팅을 통해서 이를 구현하였다. 또한 실린더-피스톤 간의 마찰/윤활 해석을 통하여 열저항 코팅의 마찰 개선효과를 확인하였다.

  • 알루미늄 자동차 엔진은 알루미늄 엔진 블록에 라이너가 삽입되어 접합된다. 접합시 라이너와 엔지 블록의 간격이 5$mu extrm{m}$이내이어야 하며 접합률이 30% 이상이면 접합상태가 양호하다고 한다. 라이너의 접합상태를 검사할 수 있는 비파괴 검사장비는 국내에서 개발되어 상용화된 것이 거의 없는 상황이다. 6개의 라이너의 접합상태를 자동으로 검사하는 컴퓨터 내장형 초음파 검사 시스템을 개발하였다.

  • This paper described the structural design and the fabrication procedure of KSR-III composite pressure tank. The type of the composite pressure tank was COPV(Composite Overwrapped Pressure Vessel). A non-load sharing liner was made of aluminum 6061-0 and the liner provided a helium gas seal. The composite pressure tank was winded using T700 carbon/epoxy on the liner. Because the aluminum liner was thin, multiple cure cycles were applied to the filament winding technique. The multiple cure cycles prevented the liner-cylinder from losing a circular shape. A fitting force at the metallic boss was spread to the carbon fiber by a boss ring. The boss ring also prevented a local deformation at the boss part.

Cycling life prediction method considering compressive residual stress on liner for the filament-wound composite cylinders with metal liner (금속재 라이너를 갖는 복합재 압력용기의 라이너 압축잔류응력을 고려한 반복수명 예측 방법에 대한 연구)

  • In manufacturing process of composite cylinders with metal liner, the autofrettage process which induces compressive residual stress on the liner to improve cycling life can be applied. In this study, a finite element analysis technique is presented, which can predict accurately the compressive residual stress on the liner induced by autofrettage and stress behavior after. Material and geometrical non-linearity is considered in the finite element analysis, and the Von-Mises stress of a liner is introduced as a key parameter that determines pressure cycling life of composite cylinders. Presented methodology is verified through fatigue test of liner material and pressure cycling test of composite cylinders.

Effect of Liner Component Coatings by Oxidized Starch on Properties of Corrugated Board (라이너지의 산화전분 코팅이 골판지의 물성에 미치는 영향)

  • Coating was carried out on liner components of B flute, single-wall corrugated board(SK180/S120/K200) to examine the effect of liner component coatings by oxidized starch on the properties of corrugated board. Both bursting strength and edgewise compression strength(ECS) of corrugated board were improved by coating of its liner components with oxidized starch. Bursting strength of corrugated board rapidly increased with an initial increase of coating weight, but as the coating weight further increased, there was no increase in bursting strength. The results showed 30.3% improvement for $2.32g/m^2$ coating on outside liner component, 36.8% improvement for $4.84g/m^2$ coating on inside liner component and 39.9% improvement for $7.16g/m^2$ coating on both liner components in bursting strength of corrugated board. Regardless of treated liner components, ECS of corrugated board was improved by coating of oxidized starch, and especially greater improvement was accomplished when corrugated board was coated on inside liner component or both liner components at low level of coating weight - 11.3% improvement for $1.58g/m^2$ coating on Inside liner component and 11.9% improvement for $2.99g/m^2$ coating on both liner components.

Effect of Coatings of Oxidized Starch on Properties of Linerboard (산화전분 코팅이 골판지 원지의 물성에 미치는 영향)

  • Two linerboards consisting of corrugated board were coated with oxidized starch solutions to investigate the change of their properties and analyze the effect of coating on them. The coating of linerboards with oxidized starch resulted in improvement in the properties related to corrugated board properties by increasing fiber bonding and rigidity. The improvement of ring crush strength by coating was greater in inside linerboard than in outside linerboard. Burst index of linerboards rapidly increased with an initial increase of coating weight, but as the coating weight further increased, there was no increase in burst index. Coating on linerboards with oxidized starch at low coating weight improved stiffness of them. There were no significant changes in tearing resistance of linerboards by coating of oxidized starch. The coating resulted in increase in air resistance and sizing degree of linerboards.
