In this paper, the definition and overview of digital health care that has emerged recently, core technology, and We would like to propose a plan to establish a next-generation information protection system that can protect digital healthcare devices and data from cyber attacks. Various vulnerabilities exist for digital healthcare devices and data, and cyber attacks are possible for those vulnerabilities. Through an attack on digital health care devices and information and communication networks, it can directly adversely affect human life and health, Since digital healthcare data contains sensitive and personal information, it is essential to safely protect it from cyber attacks. In the case of this proposal, for continuous safe management of data and cyber attacks on equipment and communication networks for digital health devices, It is expected to be able to respond more effectively and continuously through the establishment of the next-generation information protection system.

헬스케어 패러다임이 정밀, 예측, 맞춤, 예방의료 중심으로 변화하면서 개인의 건강관리에 대한 관심과 중요성이 커지고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어 산업은 4차 산업혁명 정보통신기술 발달과 함께 수요자 중심의 고부가 가치형 의료서비스 제공이 가능할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어 산업의 한 영역인 개인건강기록(PHR) 서비스는 개인의 모든 건강기록 데이터를 기반으로 하여 예방과 관리 목적에 맞추어 맞춤형 건강관리를 가능하게 한다. 본 연구에서는 개인건강기록 서비스의 가치사슬을 정리해보고, 가치사슬 핵심요인 중심의 산업구조분석을 통해 주요 환경변화에 있어 경쟁자들과의 경쟁우위를 확보하는데 필요한 차별화 전략의 우선순위를 모색하고자 한다.

In a broad sense, the definition of digital health care is an industrial area that manages personal health and diseases through the convergence of the health care industry and ICT. In a narrow sense, various medical technologies are used to manage medical services to improve patient health. This paper aims to provide design guidelines so that artificial intelligence technology can be applied stably and efficiently to more diverse digital health care fields in the future by introducing use cases of artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques applied in the digital health care field. For this purpose, in this thesis, the medical field and the daily life field are divided and examined. The two regions have different data characteristics. By further subdividing the two areas, we looked at the use cases of artificial intelligence algorithms according to data characteristics and problem definitions and characteristics. Through this, we will increase our understanding of artificial intelligence technologies used in the digital health care field and examine the possibility of using various artificial intelligence technologies.

As the paradigm shifts from treatment and provider-centered healthcare to prevention and consumer-centered healthcare, the integration of ICT convergence technology is calling for an era of digital healthcare industry revival in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It is possible to provide individual customized medical services utilizing various medical data, and it is possible to provide various medical services that transcend time and space through integration with other industries. Such digital healthcare includes health, nutrition, exercise, and patient care, while the digital healthcare industry includes healthcare and IT related to medical devices, medical information systems, and healthcare platforms that can provide personal health and medical information. Due to the social demands of the aging and the increase of chronic diseases, digital healthcare is considered as an important policy in the fourth industrial revolution in Korea. In order for the digital healthcare industry to contribute to the prolongation of human life and the improvement of quality of life, it is urgent to develop related infrastructures, legal institutions, and prepare policies. In addition, it is important to activate convergent education to foster talents who will lead the digital healthcare industry. The purpose of this study was to examine the trends of the digital healthcare industry in the era of the fourth industrial revolution and the direction of government R & D policies, and to derive directions and suggestions for future development.

최근 4차 산업시대 도래, 정보통신기술(ICT)의 발전, 코로나19의 여파로 전 세계적으로 디지털 헬스케어 산업의 중요성과 산업의 전망이 높아지고 있다. 한국에서도 디지털헬스케어관련 정책들이 지속적으로 발표되고 있으나 아직까지 많은 중소기업과 스타트업 기업들이 연구 인력, 인프라, 자금 부족 등으로 새로운 정책을 따라가기 어려운 실정에 놓여 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존 문헌 연구를 통해 디지털 헬스케어 관련 세계 및 국내 변화요인을 파악하고, SWOT분석을 실시하여 국내 중소기업을 위한 경영전략을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 중소기업이 산업 경쟁력을 제고하기 위한 전략적 대응 및 우선순위 수립 시 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

In these days the patient can be easy to see the treatment results at home without going directly to hospital. Despite the many advantages that the patient is got optimum service timely, the currently used personal healthcare devices have no compatibility because the manufacturer use the proprietary software and hardware protocols. For these issues, standardization is required between the set-top box and the individual healthcare devices. In this paper, we designed the healthcare set-top box possible to biometric data transmission by using a standard IEEE P11073 between the device and the set-top box. Because the set-top box using IEEE P11073 standardization can transfer data independently, we are expected to make it contribute significantly to the healthcare business.

최근 중대재해처벌법 등 근로자의 안전 및 건강관리를 위한 인식이 확산되며, 기업들의 근로자 건강관리 솔루션으로 디지털헬스케어의 건강관리서비스 플랫폼이 주목받고 있다. 그러나 국내 디지털헬스케어 시장에서 건강관리서비스 플랫폼은 사업화 단계에서 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개인건강기록에 기반한 맞춤형 건강관리서비스 플랫폼의 성공요인의 우선순위를 도출하여 효과적인 운영을 위한 실질적 전략의 시사점을 제시하였다. AHP 방법론을 통한 플랫폼 공급자와 수요자 측면 전문가 집단 연구 결과 법/제도, 데이터 분석 및 플랫폼 설계, 시스템 보안성, 시스템 안정성순으로 나타났다, 본 연구의 우선순위 결과를 통해 건강관리서비스 플랫폼, 나아가 국내 디지털헬스케어의 활성화 및 경쟁력 제고에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.

Recently, the healthcare field is trying to develop a model that can improve service quality by reflecting the requirements of various industrial fields. In this paper, we propose an Internet of Behavior (IoB) environment model that can process users' healthcare information in real time in a 5G environment to improve healthcare services. The purpose of the proposed model is to analyze the user's healthcare information through deep learning and then check the health status in real time. In this case, the biometric information of the user is transmitted through communication equipment attached to the portable medical equipment, and user authentication is performed through information previously input to the attached IoB device. The difference from the existing IoT healthcare service is that it analyzes the user's habits and behavior patterns and converts them into digital data, and it can induce user-specific behaviors to improve the user's healthcare service based on the collected data.

According to the rapid population aging and the increase of the number of people with chronic diseases, the digital healthcare services are getting more and more attention. Recent improvement in information technology has expanded the consumers of digital healthcare service from the patients to the general population. Therefore, there is a growing need for studies on the status and needs of digital healthcare users in general. This study conducted a survey of 1,000 people on their perception and attitude about four areas of digital healthcare: internet health information service, smartphone healthcare application, wearable device, and u-health. The questionnaire asked the respondents about their past experience of using digital healthcare services, the purpose of use and point to be improved. The respondents were also asked about new type and contents of digital healthcare service which they would like to use. The survey results will help developers of digital healthcare service by improving their understanding and identifying unmet needs from the general population.
