  • In the rapidly changing high-tech society, lots of people are exposed to various kinds of stress and disease with an effort to adopt to the society, in spite of the benefits and abundance created by various technologies. Therefore, the health of modem people is our main concern and essential subject. The researcher would like to suggest systematical and intelligent medical diagnosis expert system that can give the effect same as the help from real experts with health check helper and scientific and objective knowledge that fit to the age and environment of changing.

Study on the system implementation for a reliable risk diagnosis regarding the lease deposit (신뢰성 기반의 전세위험진단 시스템 개발에 관한 연구)

  • This study suggests a reliable risk diagnosis system on the lease deposit, as one of main functions for a real estate information system. A previous system adopted a method where a user should input all required data and the program just performs a simple calculation to provide the results to users. Such a methodology makes a user feel uncomfortable and reduces the reliability for the risk diagnosis of the lease deposit. Therefore, the suggested method in this paper is to minimize the data input by users and to provide a proper sale price to users based on the existing raw data and the statistic court auction data. In addition to the risk diagnosis, it explains about some possible risk information and provides a way to control a risk so that a user can recognize any risk.

  • Reactor Coolant Pump (RCP) is core part of nuclear power plant to provide the forced circulation of reactor coolant for the removal of core heat. Properly monitoring vibration of RCP is a key activity of a successful predictive maintenance and can lead to a decrease in failure, optimization of machine performance, and a reduction of repair and maintenance costs. Here, we developed real-time RCP Vibration Analysis System (VAS) that web based platform using NoSQL DB (Mongo DB) to handle vibration data of RCP. In this paper, we explain how to implement digital signal process of vibration data from time domain to frequency domain using Fast Fourier transform and how to design NoSQL DB structure, how to implement web service using Java spring framework, JavaScript, High-Chart. We have implement various plot according to standard of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and it can show on web browser based on HTML 5. This data analysis platform shows a upgraded method to real-time analyze vibration data and easily uses without specialist. Furthermore to get better precision we have plan apply to additional machine learning technology.

  • Pervasive Multi-channel audio systems are being realized due to advances in digital technology. This paper proposes an efficient system that serially connects individual speakers with bidirectional digital communication capability by means of SoC design. In particular, each speaker can identify the bit stream assigned to the speaker and convert it into analog audio. Furthermore, the speaker can self-diagnose the speaker functionality by utilizing the designed capability to measure frequencies of various square wave test signals. The proposed system running on 200MHz clock yielded restoration of analog output signal with latency of only $500{\mu}s$ compared to directly driving the speakers in a traditional way.

  • Local decentralization and administration innovation is the most important problem the government confronted with at the present time. So local government must be follow them. Therefore, local government need to prepare whole process on this. From now on, local government must be develop own innovation model and strategy then, forward with innovation plan classified by step. This study reviewed the significance and necessary of local administration innovation and examined the necessary of level diagnosis of local administration innovation. And We diagnosed administration innovation of C province, then analyzed the result and proposed Altitude plans of administration innovation.

  • 디지털 복부 방사선검사에서 고관전압과 부가필터를 이용한 선량감소가 최근 큰 관심을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 복부 방사선 검사에서, 기존 방법(80 kVp without filter)과는 다른 고관전압(92 kVp)과 부가필터(0.1 mm Cu-filter)를 사용하여 적절한 진단학적 영상품질을 유지하면서 상당한 환자 선량을 감소 시켰다. 따라서, 본 연구에 방법을 적절하게 이용하면 진단학적 영상품질을 유지하며 환자선량도 감소하는데 유용하리라 사료된다.

  • Using Bloom's taxonomy model of thinking ability for learning (RBTT) and new ACRL information literacy framework (2016), this study demonstrates the meta-literacy competencies for library specialists and analyses current LIS curriculum of higher education. Some guidelines for reformation of LIS curriculum, emphasizing meta-literacy competencies which are required from Web3.0 information environment, are provided.

  • 치과 진료는 대부분 인간의 시각에 의존하여 진단과 진료가 이루어진다. 하지만 미세한 치아 손상의 경우 의사가 육안으로 확인하기 어려울 수 있으며, 의사의 실력 및 피로 누적에 의해 조기에 발견을 하지 못할 가능성이 높아진다. 만약 미세한 치아 손상을 조기에 발견하지 못할 경우 시간이 지남에 따라 손상 부위가 커지고, 이를 치료하기 위해 더 큰 비용과 고통이 따르기 때문에 치과에서의 조기 발견이 매우 중요하다. 한편, 인류는 디지털 헬스케어 기술을 개발하여 보다 정확한 진단을 할 수 있게 되었고, 의료 서비스를 효율적으로 제공할 수 있게 되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 위의 문제를 해결하기 위해 디지털 헬스케어를 사용하여 빅데이터와 딥러닝을 활용한 지능형 전자 루페에 대해 탐구하였다.

Development of a Blended-learning based Online Self-directed Learning Ability Measurement Scale for Youth (청소년을 위한 블렌디드러닝 기반 온라인 자기주도학습능력 종합진단검사 도구 개발)

  • The purpose of the study is to develop an online measurement scale for diagnosing self-directed learning ability for students in Korea. In order to achieve the goal, literature review, case analyses, and experts interview were carried out and finalized the blended-learning based SMMIS model. A total of 1,626 elementary, middle and high school students participated in the scale survey to validate the credibility and validity. Based on these results, an online measurement tool for self-directed learning was developed. The tool can be used in blended-learning environment to maximize its effectiveness. In conclusion, we discussed about implications and strategies for the blended-learning based on self-directed learning program model for young students, and suggested future vision and further research.

An RNN-based Fault Detection Scheme for Digital Sensor (RNN 기반 디지털 센서의 Rising time과 Falling time 고장 검출 기법)

  • As the fourth industrial revolution is emerging, many companies are increasingly interested in smart factories and the importance of sensors is being emphasized. In the case that sensors for collecting sensing data fail, the plant could not be optimized and further it could not be operated properly, which may incur a financial loss. For this purpose, it is necessary to diagnose the status of sensors to prevent sensor' fault. In the paper, we propose a scheme to diagnose digital-sensor' fault by analyzing the rising time and falling time of digital sensors through the LSTM(Long Short Term Memory) of Deep Learning RNN algorithm. Experimental results of the proposed scheme are compared with those of rule-based fault diagnosis algorithm in terms of AUC(Area Under the Curve) of accuracy and ROC(Receiver Operating Characteristic) curve. Experimental results show that the proposed system has better and more stable performance than the rule-based fault diagnosis algorithm.
