A large part of the vast amounts of information produced in the world is born digital, and comes in a wide variety of formats: text, database, audio, film, image. During the meeting of the Organization's Executive Board in May 2001, Member States agreed on the need for rapid action to safeguard digital heritage. The interest of UNESCO in this situation comes as no surprise. UNESCO exists in part to encourage and enable the preservation and enjoyment of the cultural, scientific and information heritage of the world's peoples. The growth of digital heritage and its vulnerability could hardly go unnoticed. Our societies have witnessed the end of the paradigm of the written archive, a paradigm that had developed over hundreds of years. Throughout the twentieth century new media have wisely and modestly joined this prestigious tradition. This paradigm has already been transformed, and the devices in place are unable to deal with the brutal advance of information technologies, and the quantitative inflation which they cause. This goes beyond those institutions specializing in the management of memory: a whole new regime of information will have to be constructed, and quickly, completely transforming old memory and archiving systems. If this shift does not take place, our societies will suffer irremediable damage in their collective social memory.

In the digital age, the growth of AI and digital technologies brings opportunities and cybersecurity risks. At the forefront of this change are teenagers, referred to as 'digital natives'. However, they may have difficulty using technology safely without proper information security knowledge. This paper highlights the need for information security education for teenagers in South Korea by referring to cases in the UK, Australia, and the US. These countries are already providing education that prepares young people for cyber threats and future societal needs. Reflecting this trend, South Korea should also establish comprehensive information security education for teenagers to equip them for the digital age.

본 논문에서는 21세기 지식산업사회가 도래하면서 우리 사회에 가장 광범위한 변화를 몰고 온 인터넷을 기반으로 한국 애니메이션 산업의 현황과 미래에 대한 전망을 가늠 하고자 한다. 여기에는 최근 인터넷의 핵심 개념으로 떠오르고 있는 웹2.0을 재조명하여 새로운 미디어의 범주 안에서 애니메이션의 시대적 변화와 새로운 가능성을 살펴보고 디지털콘텐츠산업으로 재편되고 있는 국내외 애니메이션 동향을 살핌으로써 국내 애니메이션의 가치를 새롭게 창출하고자하는 의미도 포함되어 있다. 여기서 좀 더 주목하여 웹2.0의 개념을 국내 애니메이션 산업으로 의 적극적인 전이를 일으키기 위해서는 보다 구체적인 솔루션, 프로세스, 툴에 대한 개발이 보완되어야 할 것이다.

우정성은 통신백서(1998년 통신에 관한 현황 보고)를 5월 26일 각료 회의 후에 공표하였다. 이번 백서는 $\ulcorner$디지털 네트워크 사회 개막$\~$변해가는 라이프스타일$\~$$\lrcorner$이라는 제목의 특집호로 구성되었다. 본 특집에서는 급속히 보급되고 있는 인터넷, 휴대전화, CS 디지털 방송 등의 미디어가 일, 취미$\cdot$오락, 학습 등의 생활에 주는 영향을 분석하고 있다. 또 정보 literacy의 일$\cdot$미 비교 등도 실시하여 $\ulcorner$다양한 선택$\lrcorner$과 $\ulcorner$자유로운 참가$\lrcorner$의 기회가 제공되어,$\ulcorner$개성 발휘$\lrcorner$를 할 수 있는 보다 풍부하게 열린 $\ulcorner$디지털 네트워크 사회$\lrcorner$실현을 위한 과제를 제시하고 있다. 이외에 본 백서에서는 정보통신의 현황분석이나, 정보통신산업의 일$\cdot$미 비교, 사이버 비즈니스의 특성 분석, 도도부현의 정보화 분석 등을 나타내고 있다. 또한 작년에 이어, CD-ROM판을 첨부한 책자 및 DVD-ROM판 백서를 판매하고 있다. 금년부터 일본의 백서로는 처음으로, 인터넷상에 공표일 당일부터 백서 전문을 게재하였다. 1998년 백서는 3장으로 구성되어 있는데 각 장의 포인트를 소개하고자 한다.

포스트 코로나시대에는 다가올 디지털 인프라 사회에서의 안전하고 편리한 사이버 경제활동을 구현하기 위해서 비대면 인증수단으로서 텔레바이오인식기술의 중요성은 증가할 것으로 전망된다. 이에 따라 바이오인식 관련 국제표준화기구인 ITU-T SG17 Q10(ID Management & Telebiometrics)에서 추진중인 반려동물 개체식별 인증서비스, 헬스케어 응용서비스, 인공지능서비스에서의 생체정보 보호기술 등에 관한 텔레바이오인식기술 표준화 현황을 면밀히 분석하여, 향후 디지털 사회로의 대전환 시대가 도래함에 따른 동물 개체식별 인증서비스, 디지털 헬스케어 응용서비스, 주율주행 응용서비스 등 폭넓게 생활속에 적용되고 진화하고 있는 텔레바이오인식기술 국제표준화 추진현황에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다.

오늘날 세계경제는 아날로그 경제에서 디지털 경제로 급속히 전환하고 있으며, 디지털 혁명은 경제발전과 사회변혁을 주도하고 있다. 전력시스템에 있어서도 지능형 전력기기의 확산과 전력산업 디지털화가 확대되면서 전력공급자에 의한 중앙집중형 단방향 제어 및 정보의 흐름을 Plug-in-Play가 가능한 양방향 분산형 전력시스템 구조로의 전환을 요구하고 있다. 그러나 현재의 전력시스템은 과거 100여년간 산업사회를 지향한 하부구조를 지니고 있으며, 각 운영 제어시스템들 또한 독자적인 필요에 의해 상이한 플랫폼으로 개발되어 왔기 때문에, 시스템 상호간 연결과 필요한 정보의 원활한 교환을 통한 전체 전력망의 최적화를 이루는 데까지는 도달할 수 없었다. 본 논문은 전체 전력시스템에서 발생되는 데이터의 원활한 유통과 교환을 통한 자가 치유형 전력망으로 일컬어지는 지능형 전력시스템 구현을 위한 참조 아키텍처 개발에 대하여 기술한다.

This study aimed at analyzing the effects of economic and leisure activities and social supports on the life satisfaction level of the olders who live in the Seoul city and surroundings and finding out the differences in the variables such as the economic and leisure activities, social support and life satisfaction level according to the demographics variables of the older. And the results are as follows. First, the education level, the status of living with spouse, status of economic and health conditions have positive influences of life satisfaction lever of the older. But the participation duration and frequencies of the economic and leisure activities do not affect on the life satisfaction level of the older. Second, the social support has an influence on the life satisfaction level of the older. Third, the differences in the variables such as social participation social support and life satisfaction lever of the older according to the demographic variables were found out partially.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the regional distribution of the number of social welfare facilities per 100,000 population by using the concentration index(CI) and to evaluate the relationship with the local welfare environment. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the distribution of social welfare facilities between urban and rural area were distributed in rural areas. And concentration of rural area was gradually decreasing. Second, the concentration index of the social welfare institution was calculated as the negative index. Therefore, social welfare facilities are concentrated in rural areas. However, the absolute value of concentration index decreased. Finally, there are many social welfare facilities in areas with poor economic conditions, low incomes, low welfare budget input, and poor social demolition indicators. In the future, the relationship between inequality of regional distribution of welfare resources and the relationship between local welfare environment should be continuously monitored.

This study aims to examine the moderating effects of social support and subjective social status in the relationship between discrimination and self-rated health among foreign spouses. For the analysis, data from the 2015 National Survey of Multicultural Families was used and a total of 16,870 foreign spouses were selected using hierarchical regression analysis. The results of this study showed that discrimination was negatively related with self-rated health while social support and subjective social status were positively related with self-rated health of foreign spouses. Also, the moderating effect of subjective social status was identified, which means that it enhanced the positive effect of discrimination on self-rated health. This study provided empirical evidence for implementation of social integration policies. The authors suggested future qualitative research of discrimination and health, and social policies and services promoting equal opportunities for foreign spouses.
