The Digital Divide and Challenges on the Elderly in Intelligence Information Society (지능정보사회 노인층의 디지털 정보격차와 과제)

  • The intelligent information society is expected to drastically change our lives. The purpose of this content is to derive tasks in the field of media education for the elderly for the realization of digital inclusion in an intelligent information society. To this end, the vision, goals, strategies, and tasks of the intelligent information society were examined through the 6th National Informatization Basic Plan(2018~2022) and the 2022 Education Informatization White Paper(2022). In addition, the current status of the digital gap among the elderly classified as vulnerable groups was identified through the results of the 2022 Digital Information Gap Survey. In order to ease the digital information gap between the elderly in the intelligent information society, it is believed that the development of intelligent media education services using intelligent information technology, provision of media education services for the elderly through learning online service channels, and support for digital intelligent media education for the elderly are necessary.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the implications for the domestic media education policy which is still in a state of pace by document research of the case in France which has a long history of media education. France has consistently maintained the tradition of the philosophical value of media education, such as 'the cultivation of consciousness and qualities as a democratic citizen' through legal, policy and educational improvement. At the same time, in the digital era, conceptual expansion was carried out that embraced the concept of 'information' rather than resting on classical media education. This was complemented by education legislation, enforcing information education programs in school, and the manage of CLEMI, the media and information education training organization. It will be necessary to construct software system for media education of Korea through the manage of governmental organization and the cooperation system with related institutes under the constant philosophic direction.

  • 창의성은 21세기 지식기반 정보사회를 살아가는 현대인에게 정보홍수에서 새로운 정보를 재창조하는 중요한 능력이다. 그리고, 디지털미디어는 현대인들의 가장 빠르고 쉽게 생각이나 느낌을 표현하는 도구이다. 현 교육현장에서는 학습자의 창의성과 문제해결력 신장을 위해 디지털미디어를 활용한 이미지와 영상을 투입하고 있다. 하지만, 본 연구는 교수자의 입장에서 디지털미디어를 활용한 교수학습자료를 투입하는 것이 아닌, 학습자 스스로가 디지털미디어를 활용하여 자신의 생각을 창의성있게 표현하는데 중점을 두었다. 특히, 디지털미디어 중에서 디지털카메를 활용하여 초등학교 5학년 국어과에서 적합한 학습차시를 선택하여 학습자의 창의력 신장을 위한 수업을 설계하여 적용해 보기로 하였다.

  • Integrated multimedia education in English language education shifts instructor-orientated education to be more learner-orientated. The goal of this research is to analyze the effects of multimedia such as software, power point, flash animation and video in English language education. Experimental research with student subjects and multimedia in English education were used for this study and divided into the following categories: instructor-focused analysis, student-focused analysis, and response-based analysis. Teacher-focused analysis is comprised of prediction analysis and backward induction methods. This study aims to analyze whether multimedia tools achieves its intended effects, and to describe what sort of effects are achieved by the tools. This research intends to confirm the effectiveness and helpfulness of multimedia tools in school classrooms.

  • 유비쿼터스 개념의 방송 및 통신 사업은 방송-컴퓨터-사물-사람 연계의 실현이 우선되어야 한다. 여기에 방송의 디지털 미디어 기술과 정보장치가 가정의 TV이든, 이동시의 휴대폰이든, PC나 노트북이든, 혹은 개인과 관련된 모든 사물이 통합 네트?p으로 연결 될 때 비로소 그 가치를 발휘하게 된다. 최적화된 유비쿼터스 방송 교육 운용 시스템이란 이러한 각종 미디어와 전자 감응 장치를 장착시킨 물건들을 u-컴퓨팅하여 개인과 특정 집단이 원하는 때와 장소에서 원하는 서비스를 제공받을 수 있는 전자 유기체를 가리킨다. 이러한 통합 학습 유기체란 개개인의 능력은 물론 성격이나 욕망까지 컴퓨팅할 수 있는 전자지능시스템과 개인의 내적욕망을 채워주는 다양한 콘텐츠, 그리고 주변기기나 장치 등, 모든 디지털 교육환경까지를 의미한다. 변화란 인간의 욕구에 따라 커스터마이징하는 것이다. 그러한 점에서 급변하는 세상의 변화에 다양한 가치를 추구하고자 하는 교육에 대한 인간의 욕망을 실현하기 위해 개인화된 통합 방송 디지털 미디어, 유비쿼터스 홈 네트워킹과 기술, 그에 따른 다양한 교육 콘텐츠의 통합 개발은 이제 절실한 과제가 되고 있다.

A Study on the Development of Media Information Literacy Concept and Educational Contents (미디어정보 리터러시 개념과 교육내용 개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to define the concept of media information literacy and to develop educational content. To achieve the purpose of the study, literature analysis, interviews with field experts, and surveys with teacher librarians were conducted. The field experts recognized the media as a tool to use information and recognized information problem-solving skills, reading comprehension ability, media functions, case activities, and affective domain as the areas of media information literacy education. The teacher-librarians thought that information and media literacy which include its competency and educational content are more important than the digital literacy. As a result of the study, the concept of media information literacy was defined as knowledge, skills, and attitudes including the concepts of literacy, media literacy, information literacy, and digital literacy. In addition, educational contents of media information literacy were developed so that 'participation in democratic society', 'classification of media tools and contents', 'basic human rights', 'skills', 'digital tool manipulation' and 'information problem solving process' can be combined and applied in context.

소상공인의 사업 역량과 디지털 역량이 경제활동 지속 의도에 미치는 영향: 1인 미디어 교육참여도의 조절효과

  • 2022년 7월에 열린 'ON미래, 산업디지털전환 국회 포럼' 에서는 기업과 기업의 데이터들이 연결되고 산업에 활용 가능한 환경조성이 필요하며 이러한 데이터 생태계를 위한 거래 활성화로 비즈니스 모델 창출이 중요한 이슈로 떠올랐다. 소상공인시장진흥공단은 소상공인 디지털 특성화대학을 열고 소상공인 디지털 역량 강화를 위해 전국의 10개 대학과 연계하였다. 4차 산업혁명의 진전과 코로나19 팬데믹의 영향으로 인한 비대면 문화의 확산 등과 이에 따른 소상공인의 디지털역량이 사업을 영위하는데 중요한 이슈로 등장한 것이다. 본 연구는 소상공인의 사업 역량과 디지털 역량이 경제활동 지속 의도에 미치는 영향관계를 실증 분석하기 위하여 이루어졌다. 이를 위해 사업 역량을 세분화해서 소상공인의 업종 전문성, 고객관리 전문성으로 나누었다. 디지털 역량은 SNS 활동성, ICT 사용 용이성, ICT 사업 활용성으로 세분화하였다. 이들 요인들이 경제활동 지속 의도에 영향을 미침에 있어서 1인 미디어 교육참여도에 따라 어떻게 달라지는지를 동시에 살펴보았다. 이를 실증 분석하기 위해 1인 미디어 교육을 받은 사람을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 조사하고자 하며 디지털 역량의 중요성이 증대되는 시점에서 소상공인에 있어서도 이러한 역량이 경제활동 지속 의도에 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 분석하는 측면에서 의의가 있다.

  • The topic of 21st century's culture is the appearance of digital media. It made changes as big as the industrial revolution, and our society is now ruled by the digital media. The main objective of this study is to forecast the direction of current visual design education by researching and analyzing how the introduction of digital media is influencing the evolution of visual design's identity, which is an ever changing and developing science. Also, since the rain target of digital media is the young generation, the change in the method of expressing visual language is inevitable In fact, there have been a lot of changes in the methods of creating and distributing visual communication due to the introduction of digital media. In the past, most educational institutions of design had similar objectives, curriculums and teaching methods to provide education that prepares students for practical business. However, in this digital media era, the application and utilization of visual design are uncomparably diversified, and it is generally classified as interaction. The purpose of this study is to find a wat to train visual design professionals in this digital era. For this purpose, this study will identify a new educational system that fulfills the demands of this society by fusing the traditional education and the new digital education, and will suggest what an design education institute that is ahead of the demands of society should be like.

  • This study aims to propose an effective user experience of online class in the non-face-to-face through case analysis, focusing on school-linked education programs with art museums for elementary classes. To analysis domestic and international cases of school-liked education programs with art museum and to measure user experience, we were conducted with task test, in-depth interviews and surveys with experts. As a result, there were the pros and cons about the programs. Based on this, we propose a better method to increase the satisfaction of user experience for children. This study is significant in activating digital technology-based online education. This study expected to used as data on the user experience of a non-face-to-face online art education program in elementary schools in the future.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the level of digital literacy, which is the future core competency of new civil servants who will support the services of the public while most of the civil service processing is replaced by the information technology. To do this, we analyzed the recognition and level of technical literacy, code literacy, media literacy, news literacy, and social media literacy by dividing 180 people including new appointees, prospective students, and practitioners into 5 digital literacy subjects. Based on this, we developed an improved social media curriculum. This study suggests that the civil service education and training program can be turned into a learner - centered curriculum.
