  • 얼마 전까지만 해도 디지털은 그저 차갑고, 인간의 감정을 느낄 수 없는 것으로 간주되어 왔다. 하지만 디지털이 사람들의 생활 속에 깊이 파고들면서 콘텐츠는 점점 다양해지고, 그 안에서 감성적인 사고가 반영되어 사람들의 호기심을 자극하고 있다. 최근 이처럼 디지털 콘텐츠를 감성적 사고 중심으로 사용하는 마케팅이 유행하고 있는데, 디지털 스토리텔링 마케팅이 바로 그것이다.

  • The applications of psychology principles in marketing areas were pervasived. As the importance of digital marketing has increased, the cases of applications of psychology principles in digital marketing areas also has increased. This study analnyzed digital marketing cases based on the psychology principles of social proof, scarcity and loss aversion, reciprocity, commitment and consistency, anchoring. Cases were analnyzed amomg USA and Korea in digital marketing areas. This attempt will facilitating interdisciplinary research. It also will improve customer engagement, increase customer life value, and develope virtuous circle of customer journey through optimal user interface and message strategies.

  • 시대가 발전함에 따라 무선통신 기술인 사물인터넷이 점차 성장하고 있으며 모바일 중심으로 IT환경이 재편됨에 따라 전자상거래의 결제방식 또한 변화하고 있다. IT시대에 맞춰 개인의 실시간 위치정보를 기반으로 홍보할 수 있는 지능적 마케팅 수단으로 하이브리드 비콘을 활용하여 고객이 매장근처를 지나치거나 방문할 때, 프로모션 및 쿠폰 정보를 전송하여 실시간 마케팅이 가능하게 한다. 하이브리드 비콘은 고주파의 특성상 매장 안팎의 고객 위치를 정교하게 구분 및 제공할 수 있으며, 블루투스의 연결이 끊기더라도 일정시간 동안 마케팅 서비스를 제공하는 강점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 하이브리드 비콘의 고주파와 저전력에 대한 강점을 활용하여 오프라인 매장에서의 고객에게 프로모션 정보나 모바일 적립 서비스를 제공함으로서 오프라인 시장의 마케팅 및 O2O시장 성장을 목표로 한다.

  • A new word, “Prosumer”, refers to a person who develops and produces goods which they would like to purchase online in real time. Consumers do not simply rely on choosing the good provided by manufactures any more. They are involved in the process of manufacturing good and the creation of organized purchase groups. They aim to purchase the best quality good at the lowest price through reverse auction under the warranty system. If the consumer's way of thinking is controlled by company owners and corporate CEO's profit-centered policy making, the companies will fail to keep pace with the current stream of the digital marketing age, and be destined for failure. I will discuss the changing marketing environment, new marketing strategy, and marketing realization on the internet in this thesis.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify gamification techniques and characteristics of digital marketing based on the main information communication, learning, and play of the current consumer group, and to present effective gamification digital marketing plans for the MZ generation. The summary of the research process is as follows. First, the characteristics and definitions of MZ generation and gamification were described and the concept was clarified. Second, domestic and foreign gamification cases were compared and analyzed. Studies show that we should be wary of gamification digital marketing, which fails to reflect the characteristics of the fun-seeking MZ generation by failing to organically connect the mechanisms and structures of gamification, focusing only on visible elements, such as Point, Badge, and Leaderboard. In addition, customers who lose the fun of obtaining rewards and leave because they feel that the rewards (points, badges, leaderboards) they provide are worthless should be prevented.

  • This study focused on cases about user experience using digital media as a marketing. The recent convergence of various types of media is resulting in new types of content. In a situation where approaching consumers through digital and virtual means is no longer an alternative or an option but a necessity, customers must be influenced and stimulated using various types of digital media. Because modern consumers prefer to participate actively rather than to be passively exposed to information, there is a need to maximize and optimize the consumer's experience using digital media. In this research, consumer experiences that utilized digital media were examined, and these case studies were analyzed from an experiential marketing perspective. How the 5 different types of Experiential Marketing proposed by Bernd Schmitt and Digital medias were combined in the digital marketing campaigns was examined. The case studies analyzed in this research were chosen out of widely popular digital marketing campaigns ran by beauty brands that used various experimental marketing types, such as 'Make-up Genius' of L'Or?al, 'Google Glass Tutorials' of Yves Saint Laurent and 'Digital Runway Bar' of The Burberry Beauty Box. This study classified that case samples into paid media, earned media and owned media based on sense, feel, think, act and relate that are the strategic experiential modules of Bernd Schmitt. This study could be confirmed various customer experience as a sense, feel, think, act and relate through that cases using digital media technology and marketing element of digital media. Through the process of examining which digital media types each marketing campaign utilized and how these types of digital marketing were combined, this research is significant in that it helps for the understanding of the current state of digital marketing and in that it can serve as the foundation for future research of efficient digital marketing.

  • 1999년 한해 국내 각 필름 업체는 본격적인 마케팅에 뛰어들어서 가격 경쟁을 벌였으며, 전년 대비 $20\%$ 이상의 매출회복세를 이룬 것으로 알려졌다. 일부에서는 디지털 제품 보급의 급신장으로 전통사진의 위상이 축소될 것이라는 우려가 있으나 관계자들은 오히려 디지털사진과의 접목을 통해서 시장이 더욱 밝아질 수도 있다고 전망한다.

  • Many services are provided through big data analysis in various fields such as individuals, private sectors, and governments. There is a growing interest in training data scientists to provide these services. Particularly, interest in big data-based marketing curriculum is high. This study analyzed the domestic and foreign university big data-based marketing-related curriculum to utilize vast and diverse types of information from a marketing perspective in the era of big data. As a result of the analysis of 3,523 subjects related to digital marketing, big data marketing, data analysis, and developers collected according to the analysis criteria, it was analyzed that the specialized curriculum for training data scientists required in the era of the fourth industrial revolution was not appropriate. It is expected that the proposed curriculum in this study will be useful for the development of digital marketing and big data-based marketing curriculum.
