  • The Digital Right Management from illegal copy protects the various digital contents, the use self-admiration which is lawful does to make the contents use, payment leads about use and is a system which protects a copyright voluntary right and a profit the contents free reproduction permits, illegality use the fact that closes thoroughly is goal. Portability rating will lead and as the technique will be able to induce the quality increase of Digital Right Management S/W the strategic engineering development which accommodates an international standard there is a possibility which an objectivity and an application degree will raise. In order to evaluate Portability of Digital Right Management S/W from the research which sees proposed the tentative metric. Also, measured a quality and the result according to the standard which is appropriate accomplished presented clearly presented a research about the method which decides and an evaluation instance and a evaluation method.

  • The e-book technology is developing day by day with the expansion of e-ink technology. However, consumers' complaint over contents which are relatively deficient compared to paper book, the issue of compatibility of file between bookstores is not improved as yet. This means that present e-book market needs study in the viewpoint of consumer who intend to accept requirement of market instead of viewpoint of technical development. Thus, this study intends to measure the quality of three main attributes such as system, contents and service based on IS Success Model which compose e-book to identify the influence on readers' purchase intention. Result, System quality is to device purchase intention, and Contents quality is to e-book pruchase intention, it showed a significant damaging effect on.

  • This paper studied the effects of service quality and system quality that affect customer's satisfaction and continued usage intention regarding mobile network conditions. The hypotheses and research models were completed using research factors of service quality(reactivity, empathy) and system quality(connectivity, ease of use, channel-mobility) borrowed from previous studies on DMB and IPTV. The hypotheses and research models were verified through experiments and surveys. The key finding showed that customer's expectation on service quality and system quality under fast network(Wifi) was higher than that of under slow network(3G). Furthermore, it showed that users react more sensitive to service quality than to system quality such as network speed. Based on the results, this study has the implication for expanding the understanding of the factors used in previous DMB and IPTV studies by applying them in N-screen domain.

  • Needs for copyright protection of multimedia content are getting increased because of the internet growth. In this paper, a new technology which protects the content copyright to provide different content services by user level using the digital watermarking technology was proposed. The service can be provided by two layers of a paid user and a free user. By the proposed method, the paid user can use the high quality content and the free user only can use the low quality content. The digital watermarking technology was used to hide information to be able to improve the content quality.

  • Digital broadcasting and digital CATV and IPTV will continue in the competition, regardless of how the content of the program was broadcast over the Internet distribution and the damage of piracy is also growing. Excellent quality of the content of the digital CATV sales of DVD and high-density storage media because there is no difference in content and quality is the problem of illegal distribution. However, users can record and reuse program in the position of the guaranteed rights, and the purpose of training in fair and illegal recording and distribution needs to be separate from it. In this paper using a digital certificate recorded by the user and the process to ensure the purpose of illegal distribution of pharmaceutical distribution system design and implementation of the program was broadcast.

  • 디지털방사선영상시스템의 영상 품질을 비교하기 위해 영상의 정량적인 분해능을 나타내는 변조전달함수(MTF), 노이즈 특성을 나타내는 잡음력 스펙트럼(NPS)을 이용하여 영상 품질평가를 하였다. IEC61267 선질을 사용하여 IEC62220-1에서 제시하는 기하학적인 조건과 실제 임상에서 사용되어지는 기하학적인 조건을 사용하여 그리드 및 부가필터, 임상선량을 이용하여 edge 팬텀을 사용하여 MTF, NPS값을 측정하였다. 그리드사용 유 무, 부가필터사용 유 무, kV, 임상선량(mAs), 영상검출기까지의 거리에 따른 MTF 결과는 임상조건 100cm, 180cm과 IEC62220-1 기하학적인 조건 150cm에서 MTF 공간주파수 측정값은 비슷하게 나타났으며, 오히려 임상조건 100cm에서 공간주파수가 높게 나타나는 경우도 있었다. NPS 결과는 선량(mAs)이 증가함에 따라 감소함을 나타내었다. IEC61267 선질을 이용한 영상품질평가에서는 IEC62220-1기하학적인 조건을 이용한 품질평가보다 임상조건 기하학적인 조건을 사용한 영상의 품질이 좋았다. 본 논문의 영상특성 평가 연구 결과들을 바탕으로 향후 IEC 표준의 영상평가에서 제시하는 평가방법보다는 임상 조건을 적용한 영상특성 평가방법을 적용한다면 실제 임상의 디지털방사선영상시스템의 영상품질을 적절하게 유지할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

  • According to the evolving of IT technologies, the amount of data we are facing increasing exponentially. Thus, the technique for managing and analyzing these vast data that has emerged is a distributed processing system of big data. A quality evaluation for the existing distributed processing systems has been proceeded by the structured data environment. Thus, if we apply this to the evaluation of distributed processing systems of big data which has to focus on the analysis of the unstructured data, a precise quality assessment cannot be made. Therefore, a study of the quality evaluation model for the distributed processing systems is needed, which considers the environment of the analysis of big data. In this paper, we propose a new quality evaluation model by deriving the quality evaluation elements based on the ISO/IEC9126 which is the international standard on software quality, and defining metrics for validating the elements.

  • In digital contents industry there is a high demand to convincingly mimic the appearance and behavior of natural phenomena such as smoke, waterfall, rain, and fire. Particle systems are methods adequate for modeling fuzzy objects of natural phenomena. It is clear which parameter of which action in a particular effect should be modified for a particular visual result. The generator is usable for offline animation and for real-time special effects in digital contents and virtual reality. The application programmer is able to specify different accuracy needs for different effects. This paper design special effect generator for make low-price and high-quality digital contents in reflection industry and virtual reality applications.

  • Digital signage is referred to as a smart electronic display system that delivers multimedia-based information and advertisements to customers. Typically, the digital signage starts its playback after downloading a list of multimedia contents from network storage to its local disk. However, a way of downloading the entire contents before its playback entails a long initial delay time. In this paper, we formulate a problem of the initial delay time and provide a solution to compute a minimally demanded initial delay time according to a given network bandwidth and qualities/sizes of the multimedia contents. In addition, we analyze the performance of the proposed solution with various multimedia contents on digital signage.

  • The increase of social interest for the e-Learning industry leads to the increase of e-learning contents and the system providers which are targeted at private education companies and public institutions. As the e-Learning is used in various areas, the evaluation for evaluation criteria and suitability are needed to provide a high-quality service and reliability. Previous works suggested the evaluation criteria for quality certification, however, the technical evaluation criteria are not provided. In this paper, we suggest the technical evaluation criteria for quality certification of e-Learning contents and describe the detailed features. Through the proposed work, we can establish the technical evaluation criteria and suggest detailed evaluation items for them by providing examples. It is expected that the proposed study is able to be utilized in e-Learning industry, if the policy is reflected and notified according to the feedback of the results of the trial service.
