A Design of Agent-Based Present Interface for Courseware (캐릭터 에이전트 기반 코스웨어를 위한 인터페이스 설계)

  • 교수 학습용 디지털 콘텐츠에서 상호작용은 매우 중요하며 이와 관련된 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 상호작용을 제공하기 위해서는 하위단계의 프로그래밍 및 시스템 설계를 위한 시간적 경제적 비용이 반드시 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 사용자에게 프로그래밍이 요구되지 않는 친숙한 'Pencil & Paper' 방식의 인터페이스를 제안한다. 제안 인터페이스에서는 디지털 잉크 인터페이스를 기반으로 교수자가 프레젠테이션 하기 위한 상호작용을 분석한다. 또한 교수자를 대신할 가상 프레젠터의 애니메이션 효과를 적용하여 교수자와 학습자간의 활발한 상호작용을 제공한다. 본 연구의 결과는 온라인 교육이나 전자 책, 지능형 교육 시스템 등 상호작용이 가능한 교육용 컨텐츠 개발에 확대 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • 본 고에서는, 리턴 채널을 이용하여 단일 시나리오 상에서 다수의 시청자들 상호간에 다양한 interaction 을 제공하는 Interactive-Book 을 제안한다. 기존의 e-Book 이 단순히 전통적인 종이 재질의 책 내용을 디지털 화한 뒤 이를 PC 혹은 PDA 상에서 접할 수 있도록 한 것이라면, 디지털 방송 환경에서의 Interactive - Book 은 기존의 Text 컨텐츠와 연관 있는 동영상, 애니메이션, 나레이션 등을 함께 제공하여 독자의 흥미를 유발시키는 동시에 컨텐츠에 대한 몰입감을 증대 시킨다. 또한, Interactive-Book 은 여러 사용자 들이 시나리오 상의 서로 다른 등장인물을 선택한 뒤, 리턴 채널로 연결되는 서버와 통신하여 시나리오상에서 자신이 선택한 등장 인물의 Role Playing을 제공한다. 그리고 각각의 사용자는 다른 시청자가 선택한 등장인물의 행동에 따라 자신이 선택한 캐릭터(등장인물)의 행동에 제약을 받거나, 혹은 반대로 다른 등장 인물에게 제약을 가할 수 있다. 아울러, 본 논문에서는 Interactive-Book 컨텐츠가 디지털 방송에서 현재 방송중인 채널의 컨텐츠와 관련 있는 연동형 애플리케이션 혹은 방송 채널과는 무관한 독립형 애플리케이션으로 제공 될 수 있음을 보이고, 효율적인 컨텐츠 개발, 수정, 제공을 위한 Interactive-Book 애플리케이션 개념 정립, 구조설계와 더불어 Xlet 을 이용한 애플리케이션 구현 방법에 대하여 논할 것이다.

Implementation of Digital Contents of the Ten Kings of Hell according to Keyword (주제어에 따른 시왕의 디지털 콘텐츠 구현)

  • In this paper, we implement a digital content that visualizes the ten kings of Hell kings appearing in Buddhist myths according to their keyword. The ten kings of Hell are called ShiWang, and can be found in ordinary temples as tangible cultural Heritage such as paintings of the Buddha. ShiWang is a great king who controls the underworld and has been passed on in various forms in shamanism and Buddhist culture. We analyze the ShiWang, who appears in ancient literature, analyzes its features by hell and categorizes keywords. When the public chooses keywords of interest from implemented digital content, digital content represents the ShiWang and Hell image and descriptions associated with the selected keywords. Applications of the digital content are as follows; development of games and cultural characters, digital storytelling using traditional culture, teaching Buddhist culture and doctrines, games, etc.

  • 방송의 디지털화에 따른 비장애인 대비 소외 계층의 정보 접근성의 부족은 소외 계층에 대한 정보 격차를 심화시킬 수 있다. 이에 캐릭터 수화 방송, 자막 방송 등 장애인을 위한 방송 서비스의 양적, 질적 개선에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 자막 방송 서비스의 경우, 관련 법령에 따라 서비스를 실시하고 있으며 지상파 UHD 방송의 경우에도 본 방송을 시작한 이래 폐쇄 자막 서비스 시스템을 구축하여 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이러한 기존 자막 서비스는 텍스트 형태의 단조로운 내용 전달 방식이어서 다양한 스타일로 풍부하게 내용을 전달하는 것에 대한 요구가 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지상파 UHD 방송을 대상으로 개선된 형태의 자막 서비스인 감성자막 서비스를 소개하고 이를 위한 감성 자막 편집기 기술 개발에 대하여 다룬다. 감성자막 서비스는 화자의 감정 정보를 자막 메타데이터에 추가적으로 제공하여, 감정에 따라 다양한 이모티콘이나 다른 종류의 폰트 스타일로 자막 서비스가 가능하게 하는 서비스이다. 감성자막 편집기는 이러한 감성 자막 메타데이터를 추가, 편집하고 감성자막 파일로 생성하기 위한 시스템으로, 지상파 UHD 송출 시스템 및 폐쇄 자막 표준을 고려하여 개발하였다.

  • Recently, the historical displeasure of celebrities caused a problem that the people were scolded by the people. On the other hand, people's historical consciousness is rising for a series of broadcasts organized by a famous entertainment program. We are now in the idea of our country people like this in history when history will not be left unsaid thing about realism. Inmates because there is a powerful force that is, that media is the 'immersion' players are interested more in the game, it is important to do it. Therefore, the history of games are made based on players to attract attention and interest or historical fact and to make a feature of the game and character.Does not occur to production. So correct history can have a sense of history the players are in fact this study, based on the development called an 'the mythology of the millennium' in 'hq team', manufactured. Choose the game. Scenario is based on thorough historical facts of the game 'the mythology of the millennium' authority order to conduct verification of the historians made it. These production process to appear in the game 'King Gwanggaeto,', 'Geunchogo of Baekje' and 'muyeorwang' design and comparative analysis to the historical facts.

  • Recently the crowd environment in the department of the animation is necessary to the digital industry. The goal of researching a proper crowd animation is to design character animation that is defined by the reality of scenes, performance of system and interaction with users to show the crowd vividly and effectively in cyber underwater. It is important to set up the crowd behavior patterns to represent for moving crowd naturally in cyber space. In the paper, we expressed the behavior patterns for flocks of fish in cyber underwater, and compared with the number of mesh, the number of fish, the number of frame, elapsed time, and resolution and analyzed them with the fish behavior simulating system.

  • The basic strategy of OSMU(One-source Multi-use) in digital image is a marketing that applying one source to other genres for leverage based on that cross-referencing in different genre enabled that one material(one-source) has synergy effect when reproduced to various products(multi-use) as cultural sources are available through on-line and digital format. Recently, according to the characteristics of culture industry with Window Effect, many culture contents such as movies, games, animations and characters are carefully planned at its design stage to get the maximum effect. Especially, the fact that one leading-trend source makes it easier to produce additional products with the least cost is observed and it enables organized management which resulted in low marketing and PR cost. This paper confirmed that OSMU strategy in Korea mainly get started from online to offline comparing to Japan and USA.

  • Garment modeling and simulation is now one of the important elements in broad range of digital contents. Though there have been recent products on garment simulation, general users do not know well enough how to design a virtual costume that meets some requirements about its specific clothing pattern. In particular, Hanbok - the Korean traditional costume - has many different characteristics against western ones in the aspect of its pattern design and of draping. This paper presents a knowledge-driven approach for virtual Hanbok modeling without knowing how to make real Hanbok. First, parameterized knowledge for several fabric types art solicited using visual similarity assessment from simulated and real cloth. Secondly, based on the analysis of designer's knowledge, we defined multi-level adjustment processes of Hanbok measurements with regard to body shape features for different virtual actors. An experimental system is developed as the form of a Maya plug-in and the result shows the applicability of the proposed method.

A Study on the Design of Korean Textbooks in Elementary Schools for Learning Interest (학습흥미 유발을 위한 초등학교 국어 교과서 디자인 연구)

  • It is the Korean language textbook of elementary school 1~2 grade that forms the basis of the textbook to nurture the creative convergence talent with the core competence required by the future society. In order to increase the learning effect based on the textbooks, the interest inducing factors were derived on the basis of the learning interest, and the textbook design was analyzed by the in - depth interviews and discussions of the expert group. As a result, Graphic elements using bright and soft colors, illustrations of peer groups related to learning contents, and resilient use of sans serifs. However, issues such as lack of proper mixing of photos and illustrations, further development of learning helper characters, configuration of spare margins, graphic image design, and lack of a structured layout that utilizes color and visual images were cited as problems.

  • Smartphone has become a part of many people's daily lives. The mobile messenger function on the smartphone in particular is the most frequently used services. The mobile communication tool in the age of digital media can be classified into two big categories: text messages and emoticons, the non-verbal expression tool of one's emotions. This thesis has studied the mobile communications made by the non-verbal tool of emoticons. The history of emoticons traces back to the text-based emoticon created by Scott Fahlman, from which graphical emoticons were developed and the sound and animation effects have been added. Many people use emoticons and diverse companies are developing the tool. In this study, the representative emoticon development case of Line Co., Ltd. is analyzed to see the concept, types, development process, collaborations and merchandising of the emoticons. Based on the case of Line, the development orientation and direction of domestic emoticons will be discussed to be culture contents.
