본 연구는 국내에서 제작 방송되는 골프 중계방송이 골프 스포츠와 관련된 현실을 어떻게 전달하는가에 관심을 가지며, 현실 재구성의 관점에서 TV 골프 중계방송의 이야기구조를 살펴보고자 하였다.

디지털방송이란 방송 콘텐츠의 제작, 전송 및 재현에 이르는 모든 과정을 디지털화 함으로써, 고품질의 방송 프로그램 및 다채널 서비스를 실현하고 통신방송 융합형 서비스를 포함한 다양한 부가기능을 제공하는 방송 기술로 정의된다. 디지털방송의 주요 특징은 다음과 같다. ㆍ현재 아날로그TV보다 5∼6배 선명한 고선명(HD) 영상과 CD급 고음질의 음향을 제공함 ㆍ기존의 방송 프로그램뿐만 아니라, 영상, 음성, 음향, 문자, 그래픽 등 다양한 형태의 멀티미디어 정보를 TV수상기, 컴퓨터 모니터, 휴대전화 등 여러 가지 수신 단말을 통하여 받아볼 수 있음ㆍ방송 통신망 연동, 방송 단말의 지능화 기능 등을 통하여 시간, 공간적 제약없이 언제, 어디서나, 누구든지 시청자 개인 취향의 프로그램을 자유롭게 이용할 수 있으며, 시청자가 방송에 직접 참여하는 양방향 서비스가 가능함 ㆍ양방향 데이터 방송, TV전자상거래, T-Government 등 멀티미디어 부가서비스를 이용하여 디지털 인프라간 통합의 구심점 및 정보플랫폼(Home Gateway) 역할을 수행함.(중략)

각종 디지털기기가 빠르게 보급되고 정보와 통신, 방송기기 및 컴퓨터 등이 하나로 연결되는 컨버전스 현상이 급속히 진행되면서 영화 속에서나 일어날 법한 일이 속속 현실화되고 있다. 이에 따라 10년 동안의 비즈니스 목표를 찾지 못하던 기업들도 저마다 새로운 승부수를 띄우고 있다. 특히 고부가가치 산업인 디지털콘텐츠는 글로벌기업들이 눈독들이는 분야다. 이미 애니메이션시장이 대표적인 제조업인 조선시장보다 훨씬 크고, 게임시장도 반도체 시장을 앞지르고 있다. 인프라 변화추이를 알아봤던 지난호에 이어 차세대 환경에서 각광받는 디지털콘텐츠 분야를 살펴봤다.

Digital broadcasting and digital CATV and IPTV will continue in the competition, regardless of how the content of the program was broadcast over the Internet distribution and the damage of piracy is also growing. Excellent quality of the content of the digital CATV sales of DVD and high-density storage media because there is no difference in content and quality is the problem of illegal distribution. However, users can record and reuse program in the position of the guaranteed rights, and the purpose of training in fair and illegal recording and distribution needs to be separate from it. In this paper using a digital certificate recorded by the user and the process to ensure the purpose of illegal distribution of pharmaceutical distribution system design and implementation of the program was broadcast.

지나고 나면 늘 그렇듯 다사다난하다. 경기한파 속에서도 디지털콘텐츠 산업의 성장기조를 이은 2004년을 뒤로하고 이제 새로운 도약을 준비할 시점이다.2005년은 지난해 형편이 좋았던 곳이나 그렇지 못했던 곳이나 모두에게 ‘성장 분기점’이 될 것으로 보인다. 휴대방송 등 두드러진 시장이슈도 유난히 많다. 또한 모진 풍파를 이기기 위한, 혹은 견디다 못한 M&A 바람도 더욱 거세질 전망이다.키워드를 중심으로 디지털콘텐츠 시장을 내다봤다.

반도체 기술의 발전에 따라 하루가 다르게 디지털 콘텐츠 시장이 변화하고 있다. 여기에 발맞추어 우리 소비자 니즈도 무지개의 빨주노초파남보처럼 다양하게 요구되고 있어 변화하지 않음이 이상할 정도이다. 그래서 다양한 목소리를 내고 있는 60억 지구촌 소비자를 위해 진수성찬을 준비하면서 지난 호에는 7대 메뉴가운데 방송, 영화, 게임 등 빨주노만으로 성찬을 만들었다. 이번호에서는 남은 초파남보로는 인터넷, 위성교육, 모바일 콘텐츠, 그리고 인터넷 광고 등으로 마저 잔치상을 준비할까 한다.

디지털 컨버전스 개념이 속속 도입되고 있다. 휴대폰은 어느덧 디지털 카메라 기능과 MP3기능은 물론 DMB수신 기능을 갖춘 방송 수신기기의 역할 까지 맡고 있다. 또 최근에는 혈당 및 체지방 등 건강 관련 수치를 측정하고, TV리모콘 기능에 하드디스크 기능 까지 갖추고 있다. 콘텐츠 분야에 있어서도 마찬가지다. 이제 콘텐츠 분야에서는 유선 콘텐츠와 무선 콘텐츠의 경계가 없어지는 양상을 보인다. 유선에서 사용하는 인스턴트 메신저를 무선에서 바로 이용하고, 유선 인터넷 사용자와 함께 게임을 즐긴다. 이러면서 유무선의 경계는 점점 옅어져 간다. 이제 소비자들은 콘텐츠의 종류를 가리지 않고 그저 같은 콘텐츠로 느끼기 시작했다고도 할 수 있다.

The birth of a new mobile medium of communication In 2005, the DMB (Digital Multimedia Broadcasting), was celebrated for the mobile and asynchronous personal medium. But now, the most film- & video-channels of this epoch-making medium of communication combine with the rebroadcasting of long play film for cinema oder TV series. The purpose of this study is thus to point out the disharmony between new mobile medium and the old, recycled contents and to propose as an alternative content the digital shortshort moving images.

This study analyzes factors that influence use diversity or usage of mobile video services. This study conducts multiple regression analysis to draw the major factors that affect use diversity or usage of mobile video services. The major findings of this study are as follows. First, IPTV membership status, DMB watching status, and TV contents broadcasting status affect the use diversity of mobile video services. Second, TV contents broadcasting status and video streaming quality affect the usage of mobile video services. This study provides some implications that TV contents broadcasting is a core element in mobile video services. The future research is discussed.
