The communication systems and characteristics of transmit are very importance a serious view of ubiquitores society. The high rate systems have to construct for data of voice, graphics and moving-video with the multimedia to transmit on the low frequency band. The rate of data are relation that there are the bandwidth of line and channels, the bit per second and communication-systems. This paper study for the error performance of 2, 4 8 level FSK to transmit amount of data in the communication systems and design to FDM system.

In the recent war between Ukraine and Russia, low-orbit satellite communication played a major role, and Korea laid a foothold for low-orbit satellite communication services with the successful launch of Nuri in May 2023 and entered a full-scale civilian space age competition. In order to create an ecosystem for ICT digital transformation and data convergence in the field of low-orbit satellite communication, this paper conducts user sentiment analysis by importing posts from Reddit, one of the world's SNS, and extracts need-related sentences through need mining to identify user needs, performs topic modeling to classify topics, and prepares an action plan according to these topics. We hope that this study will be used as a policy resource for the development and innovation of new business models in the field of low-orbit satellite communication, bridging the digital information gap and solving social problems, contributing to sustainable digital transformation and enhancing soft power.

There is no internationally accepted codified definition of digital trade because of the wide variety and scope of related industries and transactions(product + service + data) in general. Recently, innovative changes are taking place in digital trade due to the development of technologies such as IT due to the 4th industrial revolution, and advanced countries such as the US, EU, and Japan are including digital trade issues such as data movement liberalization in the negotiation agenda of the digital trade agreement. The issue with the liberalization of cross-border data movement is that freedom of data movement is necessary to vitalize digital trade, but it also increases the risk of information security and privacy violations. Looking at the directions of advanced countries, the US favors minimization of regulations, Europe favors regional single marketization, but passively opens up to the outside world, and China promotes independent markets through regulations. Therefore, measures to strengthen restrictions on cross-border data movement are an issue that has recently been implemented by each country or an international aggrement is scheduled to be reached soon, and Korea also needs a close response.

The HF band SSB communication of coast radio station had operated with principal axis of maritime communication until early in the 1990. But, that is changed with development of data communication and satellite technique, which have operated a few by rapidly decrement of user with accomplishment of the CMDSS. Recently, the radio system of HF band is expanded to globe maritime communication, which is support to maritime safety information and data traffic service by low charge with the SSB high speed modem. This study have proposed the digitalize method for maritime communication system using HF band in domestic.

전국대비 90%를 웃도는 홈 패스율을 유지하는 케이블 방송망은 본격적인 디지털방송 전환과 맞물려 빠른 속도로 스마트 방송 서비스를 전 국민적으로 확산할 수 있는 유력망으로 거론되고 있다. 케이블 방송망은 고품질 방송 서비스뿐만 아니라 양방향 고속 데이터 서비스를 동시에 수용하는 통합망으로 발전되어 왔으며, 최근에는 신규 융합방송 서비스 및 실감방송 서비스 등의 도입이 가속화됨에 따라 IP 기반 고용량 데이터 송수신에 대한 연구개발이 진행되고 있다. 본고에서는 디지털 케이블 방송망 인프라를 기반으로 미래의 방송 통신 융합 서비스 환경을 제공하기 위한 디지털 케이블방송의 전송기술 개발 및 표준화 동향에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

인터넷 정보의 디지털화가 사회 각 분야에 빠르게 진행되고 있다. 인터넷 기술을 기반으로한 정보사회가 도래함에 따라 멀티미디어 정보를 생성 가공해 저장 분배하는 서비스가 광범위하게 생활화되고 있다. 방대한 데이터를 가공하고 저장하는데 있어 효율적이고 경제적으로 처리할 수 있는 혁신적인 정보서비스 솔루션이 필요한 시점이다. IP 기반 클러스터 스토리지는 방송, 통신, 컴퓨터, 가전 등을 포함한 다양한 미디어 및 디지털 데이터를 융합하는 디지털 컨버젼스 플랫폼 환경에서 양방향 디지털 이이템 거래를 최적화 시키는데 필요한 고성능/고가용성/고신뢰성을 갖는 스토리지 플랫폼이다. 본 논문은 IP 기반 클러스터 스토리지 관리를 위한 클러스터 스토리지 관리 소프트웨어 개발에 관한 연구이다. 클러스터 스토리지 관리 소프트웨어는 SNMP나 EWS와 달리 XML을 기반으로 효율적인 구성 관리 및 정보 표현 등 XML의 장점을 최대한으로 이용하여 설계하였으며 XML 및 XML-RPC를 통하여 분산된 스토리지 시스템의 효율적인 관리 방법 및 개발 방안에 대해 기술한다.

우리나라에서 방송과 통신을 통틀어 아직도 아날로그 방식에 머물러 있는 유일한 매체는 지상파 라디오방송이다. 20년 전에 시작한 디지털 라디오 논의는 수년째 중단된 상태다. 유럽과 미국에서는 디지털 라디오 방송뿐 아니라 하이브리드 라디오까지 출현하여 디지털 부가정보가 오간다. 우리나라는 여전히 아날로그다. 디지털 전환은 요원하지만 음성, 음향에 연계하는 정보 서비스 수요는 늘어나고 있다. 아날로그 라디오에서 당장 구현 가능한 디지털 데이터 서비스 방안을 찾아본다.

세계적으로 에너지 요구량이 날로 증가함에 따라, 새로운 오일과 가스에 대한 탐사, 개발 및 생산에 필요한 기술들이 도전적인 과제로 부상하고 있다. 반면, 오일과 가스 분야와 관련된 규제는 더욱 강화되고 있어 기존의 경험이 많은 인력에 의존하는 방식만으로 문제를 해결하기는 쉽지 않다. 따라서, 주요 오일 및 가스 메이저 업체들은 IT를 기존 업무 프로세스와 연계하여 오일 탐사시간 단축, 생산성 향상 및 높은 수준의 안전성을 제공할 수 있는 디지털 오일필드(Digital Oil Field) 구축을 위한 통합운영(IO: Integrated Operations) 시스템을 활용해 나가고 있다. 특히, 최근 오일 및 가스 산업 프로세스의 데이터 집약적인 특성을 반영하여 빅데이터 분석기반의 IT 융합 기술을 적극적으로 도입을 시도하고 있다. 따라서 본고는 디지털 오일필드의 요소 기술과 빅데이터 분석기반 IT 융합 기술 동향에 대해서 살펴본다.

The smart grid is an intelligent electric power network in which a digital communication network is integrated into the existing electric power system. This enhances the efficiency of the electric use by supplying and controlling the electric power through the two-way communication between the utility and the electric customer. In this paper, to support the smart grid, a computer-based solution which collects the three-phase electric power data based on the LPT Communication is designed, and then its prototype is made.

최근 데이터 웨어하우스 구축붐이 일면서 데이터 마이닝 시장이 서서히 부상하고 있다. 데이터 웨어하우스 시장을 기반으로 특히 고객 성향 분석을 필요로 하는 유통, 카드, 보험, 통신 업체 등을 중심으로 데이터 마이닝 시장이 확산되고 있다. 이제 도입단계에 들어선 데이터 마이닝의 개념과 국내 시장 동향을 살펴본다.
