The Necessity of Independent Data Monitoring Committee in Domestic Clinical Trials (현재 국내임상시험에서 독립적 자료모니터링위원회의 필요성)

  • In adaptive designs important components of clinical trials may be changed based on the results of interim analysis. Several international guidelines point out that such interim analysis should be performed by independent experts who do not participate in clinical trials when adaptive designs are used in therapeutic confirmatory clinical trials, and if not, it may cause bias. The international guidelines recommend the establishment of independent data monitoring committee for conducting interim analysis independently.

  • In the past era, acquisition and utilization of useful information was the main origin of competition. Nowadays, unlike that era, is the era of knowledge information(management) in which we should create a new knowledge on the basis of information and apply it to the field of practice. And more acquisition of information is no more the competitive power of any person, any company and any nation because in such the era of knowledge management, anyone can access and get the information he needs, utilizing internet-based searching system. Such demands of the times of knowledge management change rapidly in each field through knowledge management system and researches about knowledge management are actively processed in various academic branches. However, in our field of design, researches about those demands(knowledge management) still remain on the level of one-dimensional searching service for general data about design. Therefore, in this study, we developed building database of researches on form, color, aesthetical elements, preference image word, satisfaction etc. about CI/BI of home electronics goods, living goods, apparels, and food goods companies, also suggesting searching system through which you can obtain useful data and information helpful for designers to process CI/BI works of new product by using that database. Especially, in case of developing specific CI/BI, various search results through help of suggested system will supply a useful design concept. And more, cross table which is the result of analysis two-dimensional categorical data about existing design factors(such as form, color, aesthetical elements, preference image word, and satisfaction) will make contribution for designers to create a new design knowledge.

멀티미디어를 이용한 정보기술 교육훈련의 효율성에 영향을 미치는 링크(Link)수와 노드(Node)크기에 대한 실증적 연구

  • 본 연구는 멀티미디어의 기본 구성요소인 링크와 노드를 처리변수로 하고 사용자의 편의성과 유용성에 대한 인식을 종속변수로 해서 링크의 숫자와 노드의 크기가 사용자의 인식에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대해 밝히고자 했다. 먼저 2x3 팩토리얼 디자인에 따라 각각 다른 처리변수의 조합을 가진 6개의멀티미디어 자료가 구축이 되었으며 경영대 학생들을 대상으로 실험을 하여 자료를 수집했다. 수집된 자료는 타당성 검사와 신뢰성 검사를 거친 뒤 통계적 분석을 하였다. 종속변수에 대한 상관관계가 검사되었으므로 변량 분산 분석으로 처리변수의 종속변수에 대한 통계적 유의성을 검사했으며 단변량 분산분석 중 이원배치분산분석으로 각각의 종속변수에 대한 처리변수의 영향을 검토했다. 인구통계학적 자료의 종속변수에 대한 상관관계가 발견됨에 따라 다변량 공분산분석과 단변량 공분산분석을 통해 인구통계학적 자료의 영향을 조사했다. 마지막으로 평균차이분석을 통해 실험 참가자들의 선호도를 조사했다. 본 연구의결과를 요약하면 처리변수는 사용자 인식 편의성과 인식 유용성에 영향을 미치고 링크 수와 노드 크기가 멀티미디어의 설계에 중요한 요인인 것이 밝혀졌다.

Differences in Consumption Patterns according to the Personality Types of Enneagram (에니어그램 성격유형에 따른 소비패턴 분석)

  • This study is a descriptive survey study conducted with the aim of analyzing differences in consumption patterns according to the personality types of the Enneagram and providing basic data that can be used for advertising and branding based on it. 43 people who explained the purpose of the study and agreed to participate were conveniently recruited. The research tools were investigated online with the type of personality of the Enneagram of Joo (2003) and the consumption pattern of Jeon (2013). The data analysis utilizes statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, and one-way ANOVA in the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program. For consumption patterns 1, 2, 3, and 6, there were statistically significant differences between personality types 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, and 9 (p<.050). Through this study, it was confirmed that consumption patterns vary depending on the type of personality of the Enneagram. The results of this study are expected to provide basic data in establishing effective strategies for branding and advertising of the design that consumers want.

A Study on the Present Conditions and the Characteristics of Design Courses of Cyber Universities in Korea (한국의 사이버 대학 현황과 개설된 디자인 강좌에 대한 연구)

  • This research describes the definition of the characteristics and the role of cyber education through examination of the general situations of sixteen cyber Universities which have been operated in 2003. This research argued about problems and improvements of cyber university in terms of present registration condition of each University. Through the analysis of the data of Korean Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development in 2002. This research also analyzed qualitative aspects of design education that consist in cyber university through comparative analysis of characteristics, department names, a curriculum, a taxonomy of lecture type which are related to design major in each University. As a conclusion, this research emphasized the importance and the meaning of interaction between an instructor and students for successful cyber lecture.

A Study of Standardization on the Examination for a Diagrammatic Creativity (도형적 창의력 검사지의 표준화에 관한 연구 - 디자인 전공 학생을 대상으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide standardization on the examination that could measure students' diagrammatic creativity at design college. For this purpose, we tested college students, who was selected by educational system, regional, and grade groups to use the examination, and suggested the standardization criterion by analyzing these data. The data analysis procedures of this study consist of three step, the first that was to investigate the goodness of the examination paper, second step was to measure the reliability and the validity for the goodness of questions, the last step was to suggest the standardize scores for standardization on the examination. The results of the goodness and standardization analysis showed three structural factors(fluency, flexibility, originality) of this examination were proper to measure the diagrammatic creativity, and the proposed examination tool seemed to be good enough to apply in practice.

  • The purpose of this study is to maximize the development and utilization of digital innovation. First, analyzed the status of industrial development and digital innovation. Second, examined emotion and experience, looked into their types and properties. Third, attempted to develop a more creative and innovative user experience. The results of this study were presented as a theoretical basis, specification of research direction and research scope, and design analysis direction. It is expected to be used as a basic data that can help how to approach and interpret human emotions and behaviors in order to provide differentiated experiences by he essential concepts of emotions, experiences in various fields in the future.

  • 본 연구는 패밀리 레스토랑 맥락에서 패밀리 레스토랑 내 환경에 대한 젊은 남녀의 지각 차이를 검증하고자 하였다. 성별 주제에 대한 연구는 소비자 행동 연구에서 기본적인 조절 변수로 널리 사용되고 있으며, 패밀리 레스토랑 업게 에서도 점포환경의 마케팅 믹스 전략으로서 가장 일반적으로 사용되고 있다. 자료는 세 개의 패밀리 레스토랑을 방문한 382명의 고객들로부터 수집하였으며, SPSS LISREL 통계프로그램을 사용하였고 가설검증을 위하여 신뢰도분석과 확인요인분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 남성이 여성보다 식음료 요인에 대하여 더욱 민감한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이벤트 요인들은 여성보다는 남성이 레스토랑 내 환경을 판단하는데 유용한 기초를 제공하였다. 셋째, 디자인 요인들이 여성보다 남성에서 성별차이를 설명하는데 중요한 역할을 하였다. 요약하면, 본 연구의 결과는 레스토랑 내 환경믹스 전략들은 성별에 따라서 달라져야 한다는 것을 보여주고 있다. 최근 젊은 남성들의 기호는 전통적 패러다임에서 변화하고 있으며, 심미적으로 스타일적이며, 감성적 지향적 문화를 추구한다. 따라서 이러한 결과들은 식음료산업 트랜드에 중요한 방안을 제공해준다. 연구의 마지막 부분에, 이론적 기여도, 관리적 시사점, 연구의 한계점, 그리고 향후 연구방향이 제시되었다.

Analysis of Korean Design Study Tendency (한국 디자인학 연구 동향에 대한 분석)

  • Theoratical and academic research of korean design study started from 1979, the year of establishment of the Korean Society of Design Science. From that point, social contribution and academic research of design study through the academic exchange has been brought up. I collected 2,065 thesises from the 'Journal of Korean Society of design Science' and 'Journal of Korean Society of Basic Design and Art' to analyze the design study tendency during last 24 years. The purpose of this paper is to show the Design study tendency and the direction of the design study with the empirical analysis. The frequency analysis and descriptive statistics were used for the data analysis, and the $X^2$ has been used to verify the differences between the observed frequency and expected frequency of items. The Original articles of design study has been increased steadily because of the growing importance of the design study in the society. The analysis shows Design Foundation Study, Design Application Study and Design Basic Study are the most frequently studied area in the Korean Design Study. Design Study utilize the research methodology of social science to get the reasonable and objective result. Because of this, the number of empirical research method has been increased in the research methodology in Korean Design Study.

The Design Characteristics of Form of Jean Fashion in Fashion Collections (패션 컬렉션에 나타난 진패션의 형태적 디자인 특성)

  • This research was focused on jean jacket and jean pant design characteristics in the collection. To offer a basic proposal for the development of jean jackets and pants, pictures of fashion web pages from 2007 to 2011 were used, and data were analysed by the usage of the frequency and percentage of the SPAW Statistics 18. The results of the research were as follows. Men's jackets were mainly medium in length with a tetragonal silhouette and simple detail. On the contrary, women's jackets were mainly of an X silhouette, short in length, and with varied details. Men's jean pants were mainly represented by a straight, comfortable silhouette while women's jean pants were characterized by a variety of silhouettes, fit, and lengths.
