Factors Influencing the User's Satisfaction on Biosafety Portal Sites (사이트 사용자 만족도 및 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증연구;바이오안전성포탈을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this research is to examine the major determinants affecting the user's satisfaction and usage intention on Biosafety Portal Site. The development of the research model is based on the empirical studies on the web site. Five hypotheses are derived and tested using regression analysis. The results from regression analysis suggest that technology, content, design and navigation all contributed significantly to the user's satisfaction. In addition, user's satisfaction with portal had a very significant influence on the continuance intention.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 한일 온라인게임 시장의 고객을 세분화하여 국내기업이 일본 온라인게임 시장에 진출할 때 고려해야 될 전략을 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위해 MCFA와 SOM을 이용하고자 한다. 먼저 MCFA를 통해 한일 온라인게임 시장의 고객 몰입에 영향을 주는 요인들이 무엇이며, 이러한 요인의 측정 동질성이 같은지를 먼저 검증하였다. 이러한 방법을 통해 검증된 요인으로는 도구, 보상, 디자인, 정보제공, 공동체를 들 수 있다. 다음으로 SOM을 이용해 위에서 구한 요인을 기준으로 한일 온라인게임 시장의 고객을 세분화하고자 한다. 이후 이렇게 세분화된 고객의 특성을 도출하기 위해 Decision Tree를 이용하고자 한다.

  • This research investigates the factors of participatory activities in coalition between industy firms and research universities. An empirical analyses research was conducted with 375 sample small and medium sized firms in Kwangju-Chonnam area. The present conditions of the object firms' product design were explored in terms of competitive positions in markets. The results show that the object firms have not much engaged In the coalition with regional universities, but want to have a close relationship for the purpose of product design development. Several t- test analyses were employed to discriminate the groups of pro-colation and con-coalition between firm and university. The results indicate that the perception of design importance as competitive means and business success, the level of present design capability, and the possession of design patent were the important variables to differentiate the two groups. This research draws the implications to enhance the coalitions between firm and universities by utilizing the empirical results.

Exploratory Study on Buyer-Supplier Relationship in Dongdaemun Market: From Buyer Perspectives of Fashion Stores (동대문시장의 구매자-공급자 관계에 관한 탐색적 연구: 동대문 패션 점포의 구매자적 시각을 중심으로)

  • Dongdaemun fashion market has been successfully positioned as a main hub for non-brand fashion product distribution in Korea. One of important competitive advantages of Dongdaemun market often quoted by retail researchers is an efficiently managed network system among supply chain members. This study aimed to examine the importance of buyer-supplier relationship elements and supplier properties from buyers' perspectives (small & very small-sized fashion stores in Dongdaemun market), and to identify the determinants of the relationship length between suppliers and buyers. Survey responses of 233 stores were analyzed using EQS 6.1 for Window and SPSSWIN 10.0. The findings could be summarized as follows: First, fashion stores perceived that right delivery as the most important factor, and geographically closeness, design capability, quality, and lower price followed in order. Second, the characteristics of stores such as location, wholesaling versus retailing focusing, monthly sales, and total business length all affected the perceived importance of buyer-supplier relationship. Third, design capacity, communication, power was identified as determinants of actual relationship length with a supplier, while communication and trust were found to be determinants of future expected relationship length.

  • In this study, I tried to provide the basic data for planning the public library space to meet the new needs of the users in digital generation by survey and literature review on factors in planning the digital space of public libraries. In 2000, a separate space for digital materials has been prepared at the most of the libraries as a part of informatization program of public libraries. However, it is not sufficient to provide a number of different needs of the users due to the identical design of all the libraries. For the prioritization, 50 factors have been deducted by review of preceding studies, evaluation factors and criteria of library of each institution. Factorial analysis was performed on the factors with the importance which was higher than average. Also, the relationships among the factors with similar properties were understood to categorize the factors in space planning by each factor. Based on these factors in planning the digital space, further space evaluation of the public library and user satisfaction survey could be followed to provide a fundamental basis for the specific space planning.

  • 컴퓨터 게임 산업의 급속한 성장에도 불구하고 소수의 게임 타이틀만이 과도한 생산비를 감당하면서 수익을 내고 있는 실정이다. 기존 마케팅 이론 에 의하면 제품의 성공과 실패는 고객의 선호도, 필요, 기대에 대한 만족도 에 의존한다고 한다. 이와 마찬가지로 게임에서도 사용자의 만족을 극대화 하기 위해서는 사용자들이 무엇을 원하고, 좋아할지를 파악하여 이를 게임에 반영할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목표는 MMO 게임 디자인을 위한 사용성 평가 핵심 요인을 고찰하는데 있다. 본 연구는 기존의 게임 관련 HCI / 사용성에 대한 문헌 고찰을 통하여 사용성 평가 핵심 요소를 도출하고 게임 플레이 과 제와 사후 설문결과를 통하여 MMO게임 사용성 평가를 실시하여 18가지 사용 성 문제 점과 그 권장사항을 제시하였다. 그 결과 게임 인터페이스, 게임 플 레이, 게임 서사, 게임 메커니즘으로 구성된 54 개의 사용성 평가 핵심 요 소를 도출 하고 MMO 게임을 위한 새로운 사용성 평가 체계를 개발하였다. 본 연구 결과는 MMO게임 디자인 프로세스의 초기 단계에서 효과적인 디자인 의 사결정을 지원하고 게이머의 행동을 이해하는데 중요한 시사점을 제공 할 것 을 기대 된다.

  • 본 연구는 웹이라는 환경에서의 감성에 대해 연구하고자 하였으며, 크게 2단계로 진행되었다. 첫 번째 단계로, 웹에서의 감성요인과 감성구조모형을 개발 하였다. 두 번째 단계에서는 위 연구를 바탕으로 웹 디자인에서의 감성요인과 조형요소 간의 상관관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 감성구조모형 내에서 4 가지 대표적인 감성을 분석하고, 그 표본 사이트를 선정하여, 감성이 다른 이 4 가지 사이트가 조형요소의 변형을 통해 어떻게 감성이 달라지는지를 조사 분석하였다. 감성요소와 조형요소 간의 상관관계를 밝힘으로서, 디자이너가 감성적 디자인을 함에 있어서 제작과 평가에 보다 이성적인 가이드 라인을 제시, 성공적인 감성디자인 구현에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

  • Biophilic design is an approach that attempts to connect people with nature to promote health, recovery and restoration processes. The purpose of this study was to systematically analyze restorative factors and characteristics of Soswaewon by applying a biophilic design analysis framework. To this end, a biophilic design classification system was established and content analysis and frequency analysis were conducted for 『Soswaewon 48 Young』. the ratio of plant words including bamboo, pine, and plum was the highest, and words related to dynamic water flow or interaction with water as well as various water types such as streams, waterfalls, and ponds were also high. appeared in rank. In addition, multisensory factors, seasonal changes, microclimatic factors, emotional elements that allow people to indirectly experience nature were expressed in various ways. The space layout and circulation provide opportunities to appreciate and experience the rich sensory resources of Soswaewon. In conclusion, this study confirmed the healing and restorative value of Soswaewon from the perspective of biophilic design, and it needs further research on the restorative factors of traditional spaces.

A Study on Effective Website Implementation through Comaprison Analysis of the Shopping Mall Websites in Korea and China (한국과 중국의 쇼핑몰 웹 사이트 비교분석을 통한 효과적인 웹 사이트 구축 방안에 관한 연구)

  • This paper mainly focuses on comparison analysis of the quality factors targeted at one shopping mall web site in Korea and China. There are a total of 14 hypothesis, and we use the SAS 9.2 statistical package tool. The survey to verify those hypothesis is filled out by 519 voluntary participants. The following describes the results that are found. The shopping mall web site of two countries shows a difference in terms of design, communication, community, commercialization, security, customer satisfaction, repurchase intention, contents, e-commerce, customer loyalty, interaction, technology, reliability, and size. Therefore, we suggest how to implement more effective shopping mall websites based on those 14 factors.

  • This study was done to analyze the relationship among the characteristic elements for a evaluation factor(design, function, quality, price, conveniency, personnel factor), the evaluation factor satisfaction, repurchase intention and recommend intention that the China cellular phone users perceived by group. The survey was divided into "design, function, quality, price, conveniency, personnel factor, repurchase intention and recommend intention". As a study result, every characteristic elements for a evaluation factor excepting price had an effect on independent variables such as design, function, quality, conveniency, personnel factor satisfaction. And all evaluation factors had an effect on repurchase and recommend intention. In conclusion, in order to increase the repurchase and recommend intention in China cellular phone market it would be necessary to improve the characteristic elements satisfaction for design, function and personnel factor. And after the design, function and personnel factor satisfaction were improved, we could improve the repurchase and recommend intention.
