Application Method of Image Restoration based on Augmented Reality to Museum Education (증강현실을 이용한 복원영상의 박물관 교육분야 활용방안)

  • Interest in the augmented reality is growing and increase of Smartphone is changing people's life style. The purpose of this study is to explore application method of image restoration based on augmented reality to museum education. Museum is the proper place that audience, including students could learn culture and history of past time. This study suggests that using smartphone application which is used by image restoration with augmented reality is efficient to museum audience's understanding and interest. A game design for domestic museums is planned. Smartphone application which is used by image restoration with augmented reality also could be utilized for exploring historic sites or enjoying local festivals.

Suggestions for Advanced YouTube E-learning Service for MZ Generation (MZ세대를 위한 유튜브 이러닝의 고도화 서비스 제안)

  • This study is a study on the YouTube e-learning advanced service plan in the non-face-to-face era. The trends in education change were examined through literature research and prior research, and improvement measures were suggested through online surveys and in-depth interviews. As for the research method, the first online survey was conducted based on the Honeycomb model and the Likert 5-point scale targeting 90 MZ generation who have experience learning on YouTube for a total of 14 days from October 15 to 28, 2021. A second in-depth interview was conducted with 6 people who answered that the frequency of learning through YouTube is high. As a result of the experiment, users thought that there was an improvement point according to the purpose of learning, and they were able to derive elements that felt a problem in common. In addition, I proposed a new YouTube learning platform through additional questions. Through this study, it is expected that YouTube e-learning service reference materials can be used to respond to the post-non-face-to-face era.

The Construction and Internal Validation of Lifelong Education ISD Model (평생교육 교수체제설계 모형 개발 및 내적 타당화)

  • The purpose of this study is the construction and internal validation of DT ISD model that incorporates Design Thinking process into Instructional Systems Design. The study proceeded in 3 steps. Firstly, literature review was conducted to examine the process and components of Instructional Systems Design model such as ADDIE. Design Thinking models were also reviewed to determine the probability of integrating Design Thinking with ISD. Secondly, DT ISD model was constructed by adopting 3 principles of Design Thinking to ISD process. Thirdly, the internal validation research was conducted through 3 rounds delphi study and DT ISD model was finally validated by experts of instructional technology and lifelong education. DT ISD model is based upon constructionism in learning theory rather than behavioral or cognitive learning theory such as ADDIE. Hence, DT ISD model is an effective instructional design model for adult lifelong education program. It is suggested that action research is necessary to examine the external validation of DT ISD model.

In this paper, we propose the suitable design technical e-Learning which is involved in subject.   • Nowadays, novel and innovative technology including 3D printers, internet of things (IoT), and wearable devices are rapidly emerging. As we must constantly keep up with the most recent trends, words like convergence, multidisciplinarity, and design revolution indeed define society today. Due to the expansion of such diverse technological, industrial, and academic convergence trends, the role of design is becoming evermore essential in development of products as well as creative services. Even the government is pushing towards a 'creative economy' by encouraging ICT convergence to create novel industries as well as advanced jobs. In order to adapt flexibly to such changes in global trends, a solid academic curriculum centered around 'ICT+Design' must be developed. In the current research, we analyzed various literature and benchmarked the major universities both domestic and foreign. Also we utilized a survey-based approach against subjects who are experts or design specialists working in environments related to industry and research. In our proposed integrated ICT+Design educational curriculum, students familiarize themselves with design perspectives and methodology to creatively carry out the course. Moreover, experts from design and ICT came together in an act of 'Radical Collaboration' in which they shared their unique 'Design Thinking' in order to promote understanding and cooperation. Furthermore, industry experts have also taken part as mentors in order to create a workplace-oriented course with various integrated projects. Most importantly, the course was designed so that in addition to research, students can really get hands-on with their ideas in the creativity-integrated workplace.

A Developing a Teaching-Learning Model of Software Education for Non-major Undergraduate Students (비전공 학부생 대상의 SW 교육을 위한 교수-학습 모델 개발)

  • here are many cases that take a software education as a required course for non-major students in university curriculums. However, non-major students are experiencing various difficulties in the process of learning programming languages, and there is also the opposite opinion in terms of their effectiveness. In this study, we developed a design based software education model (DBSEM) and curriculum to solve these problems and applied it to undergraduate non-undergraduate students for the last 8 years. In the proposed method, we provide a specialized educational tool such as 'block-based programming tool', but developed 'core module' and 'concept learning module' for computational thinking and applied 'prototype design module' and coding strategy based on it. As a result, non-major undergraduates could easily learn block-based scripting tools and acquire core concepts of computational thinking.

The Effects of Design Thinking in High School Chemistry Classes (디자인씽킹 기반 고등학교 화학 수업의 효과 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine 'Design Thinking' based Chemistry Class program as an education strategy for core competence of creative convergence talent. The program stages were modified and supplemented into eight stages, including 'Knowledge Understand', 'Empathy', 'Sharing perspective', 'Ideate', '1st Prototype', '1st Test', '2nd Prototype', and '2nd Test', so that the 'Design Thinking Process in Science Education' can be applied to the chemistry class. Considering the linkage between the 2015 and 2009 revised national curriculum, the achievement criteria were selected, and the lesson plans and student activity sheet were developed according to the themes to be met. Four thematic educational programs were developed and applied to Chemistry I for the second grade of high school students from March to August. The results were verified through qualitative data analysis of the class scene and pre- and post-test based on inventories of 'Empathy' 'STEAM educational competence', 'Problem solving process'. As a result of applying the developed program, 'empathy' showed a significant improvement in empathy with others and empathy with the problem situation. In 'STEAM educational competence', there was a significant enhancement in science and design competence. In the 'problem finding process', the problem definition, problem solution design, and problem-solving review were significantly improved in the 'problem-solving process'. The results of this study provided implications for the applicability of design thinking - based chemistry classes and its educational effect.

Deep learning based image retrieval system for O2O shopping mall platform service design (O2O 쇼핑몰 플랫폼 서비스디자인을 위한 딥 러닝 기반의 이미지 검색 시스템)

  • This paper proposes a new service design which is deep learning-based image retrieval system for product search on O2O shopping mall platform. We have implemented deep learning technology that provides more convenient retrieval service for diverse images of many products that are sold in the internet shopping malls. In order to implement this retrieval system, real data used by shopping mall companies were used as experimental data. However, result from several experiments have confirmed deterioration of retrieval performance due to data components. In order to improve the performance, the learning data that interferes with the retrieval is revised several times, and then the values of experimental result are quantified with the verification data. Using the numerical values of these experiments, we have applied them to the new service design in this system.

  • The emergence of knowledge-sharing live streamers provides more diversified content to the live streaming platform. Analysis of the factors affecting the intention to use knowledge sharing live streaming users can allow the live streaming platform to understand better the adoption characteristics of users who follow this type of content. Help platform operators provide better services and help live streaming platforms innovate. Based on the TAM model, this research uses questionnaire surveys and structural equation models to construct a conceptual model of the influencing factors of users' intentions in the knowledge sharing live streaming and conduct an empirical analysis on the influencing factor models. The results of data analysis show that a significant influence of users' attitudes of knowledge sharing live streaming is perceived usefulness, followed by flow experience; perceived value has a positive impact on users' attitudes and intention to use, and the positive influence of users attitude significantly affect the user's intention.

Effect of User Experience of Smart Learning App on Intention to Continuous Use (스마트러닝 학습앱의 사용자경험이 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study, for learners using online and offline tools, understood the structural relationship of user experience of smart learning app on continuous use intention through the technology acceptance model, and classified the learning type characteristics. In addition, based on the experience of using the smart learning app, we explored ways to improve the design of the user experience design for learning tools and contents. For this purpose, the usage perception of 84 middle and high school students of the developed smart learning learning app was investigated after using it for 2 months, and the data were analyzed using the PLS structural equation technique. The main results of this study are as follows. First, system and content user experience had a significant effect on perceived usability and perceived ease of use, and the effect on continued use intention through attitude was significant. Second, there was a significant difference in the effect of system user experience on perceived usefulness in multi-group comparative analysis and gender group. In the preferred learning group, it was the path from perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness to attitude and intention to continue using that showed a significant path difference. Third, as a result of classifying the most commonly used learning types by the multidimensional scale method, the types separated into low dimensions were found to be four types: offline sync type, online sync type, ubiquitous learning type, and self-direct learning type.
