In this paper, we suggested plan that utilize the mobile mapping system data for constructing 3D cadastral information of roads and buildings effectively. 3D cadastral information means conflation of existing cadastral information and spatial information. It also means 3D land management that can register and manage various spatial information with land information effectively. Technically, geometry information and attribute information by image or radar scanner and location information of geographic features calculated by GPS/INS integration technology are useful for constructing 3D cadastral information included in buildings and features on the ground. As a result, the application of mobile mapping system for constructing 3D cadastral information will make a scientification and enhancing of the land information.

Korea is surrounded on three sides by the sea, through the maritime transportation accounts for close to 90% share in the total cargo volume. In addition, there are amount of small and medium-sized fishing vessels registered. These days, a number of maritime accidents caused many casualties and having an adverse effect on the marine environment. Therefore, there is a need for a maritime traffic control has been increasing. Information about the ship is divided into AIS information for VTS, Port Management Information System (Port-MIS) operated by the Port and vessels pass (VPASS) that are installed on fishing. However, there is a problem that is not achieved the information exchanged between each other. That is, information on the vessel are stored in diverse inefficient in the management, operation and utilization. This paper discusses the ways to efficiently manage and integrate vessels information for VTS, and proposes the method for implementation and application.

As the Covid-19 outbreak spreads and prolongs around the world, visitor lists are prepared in various ways when entering the facility to prevent infection and identify confirmed people. In this study, we propose an access management system using beacons to solve the problems with the preparation and management of existing visitor lists. The research method searches the laws related to the collection of personal information and compares the current status of personal information collection and trends in the beacons. The proposed system compares and analyzes existing methods and security and efficiency, which confirm accurate and rapid access registration. By using Beacon access management system, it is effective in preventing and responding to the spread of new infectious diseases in the future.

This paper describes a development of system that enables the user to manage and display from 3D viewer after at real-time saves attribute informations in DBMS using RTK systems and 3D game engines. The 3-dimensional game engines for this system will be input a attribute values of underground utilities which is measured from RTK systems with wireless network. This system which sees does to make be a possibility of managing creation, elimination, modification for the underground utilities from 3-dimensional viewer. The coordinates about the underground utilities measures with GPS. The base reference point for RTK systems uses one in reference points which are measured in existing. GPS coordinates revised a reference point in standard. The 3-dimensional game engines are having the function which manages the underground utilities with 3-dimensions. The function is the same as wireless network of RTK systems, 3-dimensional display for terrain and underground utilities, input and registration for attribute of underground utilities, etc. The system which sees will be able to prevent the various accident which is caused by in the spatial location coordinate which underground utilities is inaccurate. And the system which sees is accurate is a possibility of managing and the application possibility is high very. Finally, this system could be applied very usefully from the point of view which starts a new town development.

This study reviewed how the appraisal process of the research records of the cases of Australia and the United States can be planed and managed. As the records schedule includes the list of core records and the appropriate disposal instructions, as well as the fact that it is a critical records management tool, the records schedule was considered for the basis of the research records appraisal system. The results of this study are as follows. First, the research records have to be appraised by research project because research is carried out into project units, and records management is effective when combined with the business practice and basic structure of the operating system. Second, the research institutions have to plan and manage one general disposal schedule and plural disposal schedules in the different research divisions. Finally, the characteristics of research style and the research record of each research institution should be recognized. Moreover, there is a need to link the research appraisal process of each research institution and the national records management system because the research records of public research institutions are public goods. Although various cases were not analyzed, this study is significant that the meaning and role of the research records schedule was reorganized. Also, a discriminatory records schedule according to the characteristics of research records was suggested.

The advantages of Web Based Training(WBT) are flexible delivery of training, easy distribution, security through registration and ease of content update. And WBT also provide a powerful instructional environment. An obvious instructional advantage of WBT is the ability to provide for the delivery rich multimedia to learners. In this paper, we have proposed the curricula for the Subjects of Computer Education in University. And We implemented the Web Based Training System for the Subjects of Computer Education including the proposed curricula. The Proposed system are composed of student's learning part, lecture's teaching part, and operator's management part. And we show the Effectiveness and Weakness of proposed system, based on the students answering about various questions related proposed system's effectiveness.

In this paper we have developed an image security system based on Internet Web in order to overcome the problem of existing systems that use the dedicated network. The developed system resolves the safety problem of the centralized control model by adapting the distributed control model based on Web, and has the functions of remote control and automatic monitoring for grouped multiple sites on remote Web browser. And the system can operate various computers or operating system because it' s operating software was designed by the concepts of Java Virtual Machine and Virtual Instrument. Also, our system has not need of additional cost for network construction by using Internet and can greatly improve the managemental efficiency of system because the maintenance and publishing of software updates can be performed through Web Server.

최근 WWW의 기하급수적인 성장과 더불어 인터넷 서비스를 통한 정보 획득과 공유 및 원격 시스템 접속을 통한 인터넷 응용 처리 서비스에 대한 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있고, 이는 학습과 교수 업무지원 분야에서도 용용되고 있다. 특히 교수를 위한 복잡한 학교 업무의 관리와 학습자료 및 업무 자료를 지원하기 위해서는 확장성과 호환성, 편의성을 제공하는 XML 형태의 전자문서가 제공되어져야 한다. 따라서 웹을 기반으로 다수의 교수자들이 교수 업무 지원을 위해 XML 문서를 효율적으로 작성하고 공유할 수 있는 적절한 교수 지원 시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 이는 웹 상에서 XML 문서의 효과적인 생성과 검색 및 의도된 문서를 재사용 가능하도록 제공함으로써 교수자의 다양한 요구 사항을 융통성있게 수용할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 상에서 XML 문서 제공을 위한 교수 지원 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 시스템을 통해서 교수자들은 XML 문서를 효율적으로 생성, 등록, 수정하고 또한 문서를 대화적으로 검색하고 이해하며, 다양한 형태의 문서를 획득할 수 있다. 따라서 교수 지원시 업무처리의 효율성과 작성된 XML 문서의 재사용성을 증대시킬 수 있다.

DSMS는 USN과 같은 환경으로부터 스트림데이터를 실시간으로 입력 받아 등록된 연속질의를 처리하는 시스템이다. DSMS는 등록된 연속질의 처리를 위해 필요한 데이터를 버퍼에 관리하며, 스트림데이터의 저장기법에 따라 연속질의 처리 성능 및 버퍼 저장비용이 개선될 수 있으며, DSMS에서 연속질의는 특정 스트림데이터에 대해 일정한 기간 동안의 평균 값, 최대 소 값, 누적 값 등의 집계 연산을 요구하는 경우가 많다. 기존의 DSMS에서는 이러한 집계 연산이 필요한 연속질의의 효율적인 처리를 위해 LINT, BINT등의 자원 공유 집계 처리기법이 제안 되었다. 하지만 기존의 자원공유 집계 기법들은 위치 값을 포함하는 GeoSensing 데이터에 대한 고려를 하지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 공간 DSMS에서 공간영역질의 기반의 연속질의를 효율적으로 처리하기 위한 R-tree기반의 집계기법을 제안한다. 이는 각각의 연속질의에 포함된 공간 영역을 R-tree 인덱스로 구성하고, 연속질의에 필요한 공간 스트림데이터에 대한 집계값을 저장하여 연속질의를 처리하는 것이다. 제안기법은 공간 DSMS에서 공간영역 기반의 연속질의 처리 성능을 개선할 수 있으며, R-tree 기반으로 해당 영역에 대한 데이터 만을 버퍼에 관리하여 저장비용을 줄일 수 있다.

The information of university entrance examination is important information to examinees as well as each universities. And this information can be used various fields. By using this information, examinees can choose the university which is most suitable regions through oneself's grade, and universities can decide the entrance policy and public relations of university. Furthermore, this information can be used important data to promote student's welfare. Therefore the introduction of College Matriculation System which can share between examinees and universities is keenly required. This study has developed the College Matriculation System which is Web2.0- based by using Naver Map API. By using this system, the information about candidates, and successful candidates and registrants for admission can be analysed, also the ratio of successful candidates in comparison with candidates and the change ratio of candidates during these three years can be analyzed. Besides, it can be supported the entrance public relations policy of universities by managing the public relations history, and it can be provided the information of university by grade to examinees on matriculation information based. Therefore, it was possible that manage and practical use of various data through connected with map based on web 2.0 which is opened. And it is considered possible to express more various information based on map constructing GIS system of user center that is not GIS system of existent offerer center.
