콘텐츠 관리 시스템(CMS:Contents Management System)은 '자료 수집, 등록, 검색, 배포'의 기본 흐름을 가진다. 콘텐츠의 등록 및 검색/배포를 위하여 각 시스템은 콘텐츠에 대한 별도의 메타 파일들을 가지고 있으나, 이러한 메타파일들은 데이터 요소의 중의성이나 모호함 때문에 일관되고 객관화 된 스키마를 가지지 못하여 체계적 분류 및 최신 업데이트를 위한 메타데이터 자체의 효율적 관리 및 연관 검색 기능을 가지고 있지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 기존 연구되고 있는 MDR과 토픽맵을 자체 개발 중인 콘텐츠 메타파일 관리 시스템(CMMS:Contents Metafile Management System)에 적용하여 메타파일의 체계적이고 효율적인 관리를 통해 기준요소로서의 메타파일 역할을 극대화하고 향후 타 체계와의 연동 및 확장성의 향상을 도모한다.

국토해양부는 건설공사 부실방지를 위해 시공감리제도를 도입하고 이를 민간 감리전문회사가 수행하도록 하였다. 당초 감리전문회사의 등록 관리를 국토해양부에서 처리하였으나, 2005년 서울특별시 등 16개 광역자치단체로 이관하였다. 이에 따라 행정구역을 달리하는 주소지 이전, 양수 양도 및 합병 등 광역자치단체간 상호 업무협의와 관련서류의 이관이 지연되고, 관련 정보의 분석 및 통계관리 등을 수작업으로 시행함에 따라 업무효율성이 저하되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 16개 광역자치단체에서 분산 관리하고 있는 감리전문회사 등록관리 업무를 전산화하여 통합관리할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고, 프로토타입 시스템을 개발함으로써 행정업무의 투명성 확보와 행정 편익비용을 절감하는 등 감리전문회사 등록 업무의 효율성 제고를 도모하고자 한다.

본 논문은 대형 ATM 스위칭 시스템인 HANbit ACE2000 시스템의 소프트웨어를 개발하고 시스템 개발 시 필요한 각종 소프트웨어 컴포넌트들을 효율적으로 개발 및 등록, 관리하기 위해 도입된 미들웨어와 객체지향 설계 개념을 이용한 UML을 적용하여 프로그램의 에러를 줄이고 개발자와 관리자간의 규약에 의한 체계적인 종합개발 및 관리 방안에 대한 특성과 각 기능에 대해 살펴본다. 또 이것을 활용하여 ACE2000 시스템에서 개발, 등록 관리되고 있는 소프트웨어에 대해 소개함으로써 대형 시스템 개발에 유용하게 이용되도록 한다. 특히, 대형 시스템 개발에 적용된 개발체계 및 개발환경을 언급함으로써 유사 프로젝트 수행 시 추가 개선사항이나 개발환경 개선에 참고가 되도록 하였다.

Nowadays, according to the change of educational environment, an alternative educational system, called cyber university system, is appeared. The appearance of the new system requires the new executive supports for administrative purposes. From this point of view, this paper tries to design and develop an XML-based document management system for the cyber university system. In order to manage and present the multimedia documents for Cyber university effectively, the proposed document management system is divided into 3 hierarchy structures: Generation of Documents, Storage of Documentation, and Search of Documentation. Based on our proposal for the system, the actual implementation is done for the demonstrative purpose. Both the construction of document manage system for the cyber university and modules for portal page are implemented using XML.

Jakarta-Slide는 Tomcat 웹서버의 WebDAV 프로토콜 지원 모듈로서 인터넷을 통하여 다양한 콘텐츠의 비동기적인 협업을 지원한다. CoSlide 협업시스템은 이러한 Jakarta-Slide를 사용하여 효과적으로 협업을 지원하는 시스템이다. CoSlide 협업시스템은 협업을 위한 가상공간을 제공하며 다양한 클라이언트를 통하여 가상공간에 자원을 등록하고 관리할 수 있다. CoSlide 협업시스템을 많은 사용자나 그룹이 사용하게 될 경우 가상공간과 자원에 대한 효과적인 관리가 필요하다. 하지만 현재의 CoSlide 협업시스템에서는 이러한 가상공간과 자원에 대한 전문적인 관리 기능을 지원하는 도구가 지원되고 있지 않기 때문에 관리 작업이 비효율적으로 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CoSlide 협업시스템의 관리 도구 개발에 대하여 기술한다. CoSlide 관리 도구는 Tomcat Administrator Tool을 확장하여 구현되었으며, 효과적인 가상공간과 사용자 관리 기능을 제공한다. 시스템 관리자는 CoSlide 관리 도구를 통하여 협업에 참여하는 사용자를 추가하거나 삭제할 수 있으며 이러한 작업에 따라 개인 가상공간이 자동적으로 관리된다. 또한 그룹 가상공간의 정보를 제공하며 참여하고 있는 사용자들을 파악하고 등록된 가상공간에 대한 정보를 제공하여 효과적인 관리 기능을 제공한다.

Creative works such as webtoon and web novel are part of property rights. However, illegal copies of them are distributed on the internet easily, which raises social issues in today's society. In order to tackle these problems, this paper proposes and presents a blockchain based copyright management system that ensures forgery prevention, robust security features, improving trading performance, cost-effective, and enhanced visibility. The system allows a user to register creative works formally just the same as before registration and also to register simple creative ideas just anytime. In the latter case, if an idea or a thought flashes across through somebody's mind, he or she can register it to the system immediately without formal registration process and afterward, can utilize a way to prove its originality through the system. Regarding large size images and video files of creative works, the system reduces data size and storage volume sharply to be processed by network entities by storing original creative works separately and including only the hash result of creative works to the transactions.

정보통신 분야에서의 최근의 기술적인 발전에 힘입어 인트라넷을 기반으로 한 조직내 업무를 자동화하고, 또한 정보 공유를 통해 생산성을 향상하기 위하여 많은 정보시스템이 구축되고 있다. 이러한 정보시스템은 조직의 성격에 따라 유연성있게 변화하면서 기술문서 등 여러 가지 종류의 문서들을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있도록 지원하는 것이 바람직하다. 본 연구에서는 각종 기술문서 등의 다양한 문서를 효과적으로 관리하기 위한 정보시스템을 설계하였다. 설계된 웹 문서관리 시스템은 체계적인 사용자인증을 통하여 조직내의 다양한 문서들에 대하여 계층적으로 문서 정보조직을 구성하고 이를 이용하여 문서를 등록하고, 등록된 문서 정보를 통하여 문서를 검색하는 기능을 지원한다.

Recently, the conference is increase continuously, and the public relations and administration are increasing. Therefore, the many expense of small academic society and official overhead are generated for supporting the service of conference registration and announcement. Accordingly, in this paper, the building tool designs and implements for the registration and public relations of a small-scale conference on Internet. This tool supports an automatic building of a conference homepage and easily operation of the conference. And, the building tool provides the paper submission function, the pre-registration function and the email sending function using the conference homepage on Internet.

된 논문에서는 다중 도메인 환경에서 사용자의 이동 디바이스가 효율적으로 등록 할 수 있는 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안한 등록 프로토콜은 공개키 암호 시스템에 기반하여 다중 도메인에 접근 시 인증기관을 통하여 도메인들 안에서 인증을 포함하는 등록 과정을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있게 하는 티켓을 받게 된다. 사용자의 다바이스는 획득된 티켓을 이용하여 다중 도메인 환경에서 여러 도메인을 관리하는 프락시와 효율적인 등록 수행을 할 수 있게 된다. 제안만 기법은 여러 도메인 환경이 되는 여러 홈 네트워크 및 회사 네트워크의 환경을 지원한다.
