Quality standard of Agaricus bisporus in a market and changes of mushroom quality during storage (유통 양송이버섯의 등급별 품질규격 및 저장기간별 품질 변화)

  • This study was carried out to improve standardization of agricultural products and investigate quality changes during preservation at various treatments. The standardization does much to improve merchantable quality, distribution efficiency and fair dealings by shipping of the standard agricultural products. Mushrooms notified as the standard are five; Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus eryngii, Flammulina velutipes, Agaricus bisporus and Ganoderma lucidum. But many farmers are suffering from strict standards. Therefore, modification of these standards is required to fit farmhouse situations. Fruit-body weight of A, B and C grades of the marketed Agaricus bisporus was 19.3g, 12.2g and 10.4, respectively. Average pileus diameter of A grades was 43.3mm but B and C grades did not show significant difference. Average stipe length of A, B and C grades was 9.8mm, 13.1mm and 11.6mm, and stipes thick was the highest in A grades. The weight loss rate of stipe cutting of Agaricus bisporus was 12.6% in harvested mushrooms and the rate of stipe cutting length was 60.8%. The diameter of Agaricus bisporus stored for 5 days was 3.5~4.5cm but decreased rapidly in 15 days. The weight loss rate of the high temperature samples lowered rapidly than that of the low temperature samples. Conversely, the L value of the low temperature samples was higher than that of the high temperature samples.

NDVI analysis of downtown using satellite image and GSIS (위성영상과 GSIS를 이용한 도심의 식생지수 분석)

  • 인공위성 데이터를 이용한 원격탐사 기술과 지형공간정보시스템의 통합에 의한 도시에의 활용은 도시 계획뿐 만 아니라, 환경정비와 유지 관리 측면 등에서 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 대상지역의 Landsat TM 영상자료를 이용하여 보정과정을 수행하고, GSIS 시스템의 NDVI(Normalized Difference Vegetation Index)식을 이용하여 식생지수를 추출하였다. 산출된 식생지수를 5개 등급으로 분류하여 비 식생지역과 식생이 활발한 지역을 구분하여 분석하였고, 인공위성 데이터의 밴드간 비연산 처리를 실시하여 식물의 건강상태를 나타내는 NDVI를 위성 데이터를 이용하여 추출함으로써, 시가지내의 녹지분포에 대한 시계열적 변화를 분석하였다. 이 결과 도심주변지역에 분포하는 낯은 구릉지에서 점차적으로 도시화가 이루어짐을 알 수 있었고, 전체 면적별 녹지분포가 높은 구릉지 및 산악지역의 3, 4, 5등급지역 면적 비율이 68.9%에서 37.2%로 감소한 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 논문에서는 주문형 데이터 방송 환경에서 다양한 정보를 요청하는 클라이언트에게 원하는 정보를 보다 빠르게 제공하며, 우수 사용자 그룹이 일반 사용자 그룹보다 신속하게 서비스를 제공받을 수 있도록 하는 멀티채널 스케줄링 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 제안하는 스케줄링 방법은 클라이언트의 요청데이터를 요청 빈도와 클라이언트의 우선순위에 따라 등급별 큐에 적재하고 채널 할당 알고리즘에 따라 채널을 할당한 후 주기적으로 방송하는 것이다. 우선순위 큐를 이용함으로써 일반 클라이언트 그룹과 우선순위 클라이언트 그룹에 대한 차별화된 서비스를 제공할 수 있었으며, 동적인 채널 할당 비율실험을 통해 각 사용자 그룹에 대한 평균 접근 시간의 변화를 비교 분석할 수 있었다.

The Analysis of Relevance of Vocabulary Used in the 'Water' unit of Chemistry I Textbook (화학 I 교과서의 "물"단원에 사용된 어휘의 적절성 분석)

  • This study analyzed the vocabulary level in the 'Water' unit of chemistry I textbook. It also analyzed its relevance to the 11th graders' vocabulary level. The main tool for analyzing vocabulary level was SWA(Science Word Analysis) program which was referenced the Standard Korean Dictionary and Graduated Vocabulary of Korean Language Education. The results in this study turned out to be as follows: The distribution of scientific vocabulary level increased from Level-1 to Level-3 and showed a tendency to decrease from Level-3 until Level-5. The average percentage of Out of level is the largest as 37%. The highest percentage of non-scientific vocabulary was Level-1. The distribution of non-scientific vocabulary level decreased progressively. The Level-5 and Out of level are used 18% averagely. So, there are 6 vocabularies of Level-5 and 82 vocabularies of extra-level inappropriate in scientific vocabularies. And there are 53 vocabularies of Level-5 and 145 vocabularies of Out of level inappropriate in non-scientific vocabularies. Therefore, the overall state of textbooks for grade 11 students are reasonable. But there are a great many vocabularies inappropriate for them. Those should be used minimum, and to be changed to the 1-4 of level vocabulary as stated in the student's level of understanding of appropriate vocabulary.

Study on the Trend Analysis according to Grade of G-SEED for University Facilities (대학시설의 녹색건축인증 등급별 득점경향에 대한 조사연구)

  • This study analyzes the average acquisition ratio between the 1st and 4th grade and the distribution and characteristics of the acquisition between the assessment items based on the case of Green Building Certification System(GBCS) for the educational facilities on the university campus. By evaluating the difference between the best scored grade (Green 1st Grade) and the general grade (Green 4th Grade), we classified the cases where the difference between grades with little or big difference. By doing this, we were able to analyze the trend that were difficult to distinguish between difficult to score and an easy task. G-SEED should be used not only as a formal system for certifying certification, but also to provide environmentally-friendly technology for buildings as well as meeting market needs. To do this, it is necessary to further refine the evaluation criteria. In addition, it is necessary to establish a qualitative evaluation system by providing detailed criteria for items that are not distinguishable among grades. It is expected that this study will be used to improve the detailed evaluation items by analyzing trends in the average acquisition rate presented in this study.

Effect of Antioxidant on Development of Embryos in Korean Native Goats (한국 재래산양의 체외수정란 생산에 대한 항산화제의 효과)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 고유의 유전자원인 재래산양의 체내수정란 생산기술을 확립하고자 수행하였다. 흡입법(aspiration)과 세절법(slicing)에 의해 난소 한 개당 회수된 난자의 수는 3.9개와 4.1개를 나타내어 slicing방법이 aspiration방법보다는 많은 숫자의 난자를 회수하였으나 유의적인 차이는 나타내지 않았다. 회수된 난자의 등급별 분포는 aspiration방법에서 Grade I, Grade II, Grade III, Grade IV의 비율이 10.3%, 20.5%, 38.5%, 30.8%를 나타내었으며, slicing법에서는 9.8%, 22.0%, 39.0%, 29.3%를 나타내어 Grade III과 Grade IV의 비율이 70% 이상을 차지하였다. 회수된 난자를 체외성숙 시킨 결과 Grade I과 Grade II에서는 85% 이상이 metaphase H (MII)까지 도달하였으나, Grade III과 Grade IV는 40% 이하의 체외성숙율을 나타내었다. 체외수정용 배양액으로 BO를 사용하였을 경우 Grade I 및 II에서 84.4%의 난분할율을 나타내어 TALP를 사용하였을 때의 58.8%보다 높은 난할율을 보였다. 또한 배양액의 종류별 체외발달율에 있어서는 상실배 및 배반포기배로의 발달은 mSOF를 배양액으로 이용하였을 경우 15.0%의 발달율을 나타내었으며, 체외배양 시 항산화물질인 glutathione (GSH)을 첨가함으로서 26.8%의 상실배 및 배반포배로의 발달율을 나타내었다.

두과 사료작물 종의 생산성과 사료가치 및 가축사육능력

  • 1) 두과작물의 생초수량과 건물수량은 작물별로 차이가 컸다. 지상부는 Red clover가 생초수량 38.6 ton/ha, 건물수량 7.86 ton/ha로 가장 많았으며, 지하부 또한 Red clover가 생초수량 30 ton/ha, 건물수량 6.2 ton/ha로 가장 많았다. 2) CP 수량 및 TDN 수량은 Red clover가 각각 1 ton/ha, 4.6 ton/ha로 유의하게 높았으며 NDF와 ADF는 수확시기가 늦을수록 높은 경향을 나타내서 Galega와 Cicer milk vetch가 가장 높았다. 또한 상대사료가치(RFV)는 공시품종 대부분이 100 이상을 나타내어 사료가치가 우수하였으며 Yellow blossom sweet clover, Crimson clover, Hairy vetch 등은 151% 이상으로 1등급에 속하였다. 3) 가축사육능력은 $K_{cp}$(2.18 head/ha/yr) > $K_{TDN}$(1.25 head/ha/yr) >K(0.04 head/ha/yr) 순으로 높게 나타났으나 이는 상당히 낮은 수준이었으며 이는 두과작물의 적은 수량으로 인한 결과라 판단되어진다. 4) 두과작물과 화본과작물 혼파시 $K_{cp}$ $K_{TDN}$ 모두 두과작물 평균 2.18, 1.25보다 높았다. 또한 Rye-Galega 8:2 비율, Rye-Winter pea 7:3 비율에서 건물수량, $K_{cp}$ $K_{TDN}$이 화본과 단파시보다 증가하여 혼파효과가 인정되었다. 특히 건물수량과 $K_{TDN}$ 관계에서 혼파 비율에 따라 건물수량에 큰 차이를 보이지 않은 반면 $K_{TDN}$은 모든 비율에서 증가하여 사료가치가 상승하였다.

Analysis on characteristics of person with disability using ratio of the lengths of the second to fourth digits (손가락 비율을 이용한 장애인 특성)

  • Recent research has been mostly focused on the differences of prenatal sex hormone could affect the ratio of the lengths of the second to fourth digits (2D:4D) as well as the rate of several physiological characteristics. It has been suggested that digit ratios are thought to be associated with either higher prenatal testosterone levels or greater sensitivity to androgens, or both. However, a study of person with disabilities are rare in Korea. The purpose of this study was to compare patterns of the ratio (2D:4D) of the lengths of the second and fourth digits in persons with disabilities and students without disabilities. Also, we empirically analyze the characteristics of persons with disabilities. We found that finger length ratio (2D:4D) of men with disabilities and student without disabilities were lower than women with disabilities and student without disabilities. Therefore, it could be confirmed that finger length ratio (2D:4D) is sexually dimorphic trait. There were no correlations between finger length ratio (2D:4D) and age group in persons with disabilities. Therefore, as with person without disabilities, the 2D:4D ratio was negatively associated with a growth process of persons with disabilities. Finally, There was no difference correlations between finger length ratio (2D:4D) and level of disability in persons with intellectual disabilities. From this, one possible explanation for this is that if finger length ratio (2D:4D) is related to person with disability then current classification of the level of disability deserves further investigation.

Evaluation of Standing Tree Characteristics by Development of the Criteria on Grading Hardwood Quality for Oaks Forests in Central Region of Korea (활엽수 입목형질등급 기준 개발을 통한 중부지역 참나무림의 입목특성 평가)

  • This study was carried out to improve the forest management method considering the use of high value added timber in the natural broadleaf forests. For this purpose, the criteria for evaluating the quality grade of standing trees were established and applied to the oak stand in the central region of Korea. The evaluation factors of the grade were bending of stem, branch, stem damage, and other defects. If the logs are divided into 2.1 m units and three logs up to 6.3 m are available, they are classified as Grade I (G-I). If two logs are available, they are classified as Grade II (G-II), If only one log is available, it is classified as Grade III (G-III). When any log is not available as timber, it is classified as Grade IV (G-IV). As a result of applying the grade to the oak stand, G-I was 6.7 %, G-II was 28.0 %, G-III was 38.3 %, and G-IV was 27.0 %. The ratio of standing trees by oak species of higher than G-III was 88.2 % for Quercus acutissima, 88.1 % for Q. variabilis, 83.5 % for Q. serrata, 56.3 % for Q. aliena, and 50.3 % for Q. mongolica, respectively. The G-IV ratio for Q. variabilis and Q. mongolica tended to decrease with increasing diameter at breast height. The order of major defect affecting the grading level was bending of stem > branch > stem damage > other defects. Considering the grade level and oak species distribution, it was concluded possible to produce high quality hardwood timber when we concentrate forest tending techniques on Q. acutissima and Q. variabilis stand. In order to improve the accuracy of grading, it is necessary to continuous complement through the monitoring research for evaluation factors.

  • To establish a suitability grouping system of paddy soils for multiple cropping of rice with other upland crops, the study was carried out after a few basic experiments. In succession to the results on basic experiment prior, the suitability system proposed and the results of application mentioned in this report were summarized as follows; 1. The factors of soil properties in the system were productivities represented by soil texture and drainage class, as well as salinity of surface and sub-soil pH of chemical properties were considered together with slope, warmth index, ground water table, parent materials etc. of soil physical or environmental conditions. The weights of the factors were combined with multiplicatively and additively so as the total marks of ideal soil to be 100. The system was composed with 5 suitability classes; over 91 mark is class I, under 60 mark class V, and each 10 point interval between classes. The limiting factors "P" (in the case that Physical properties or Productivity marks under 24), "S" (Surface slope less than 15) and "C" (Chemical condition below 15) etc. were appended up to two kinds to the classes except a part of soils in class I. 2. The areas where the warmth index exceed 110 in Yeongnam were 19% for class I, 22.7% for class II, 44.7% for class III, 11.5% for class IV, and 2.1% for class V. The rates in class I and II were slightly more than those of the whole country. 3. The points of each soil gained by the system had a positive correlation ($r=.922^{**}$) with the potential productivities.
