  • In this Paper, we Propose model-based tuning rules of the PID controller incorporating with genetic algorithms. Three sets of optimal PID parameters for step set-point tracking are obtained based on the first-order time delay model of plants and a genetic algorithm which minimizes performance indices(IAE, ISE and ITAE). Then tuning rules are obtained using the tuned parameter sets, potential rule models and a genetic algorithm. Simulation is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed rules.

  • The new tuning rules of the PID controller for the rejection of load disturbance are proposed incorporating with real-coded genetic algorithms (RCGAs). The optimal gain parameters of the PID controller for a first-order plus time delay model are obtained based on a RCGA. Then tuning formula are derived using the tuned parameters sets potential tuning rule models and another RCGA. The performance criteria of the controller are adopted as ISE, IAE and ITAE. A series of simulation are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed tuning rules.

  • PID controller is being used in many servo control system. However, when a control system has variable load, it is difficult to guarantee the accurate control of the system. In the way of solving this problem, in this paper, a auto-tuning method of PID controller parameter using fuzzy rule in variable load is presented. The parameter of PID controller are decided by fuzzy rule according to load variation. The accurate control function of fuzzy auto-tuning is demonstrated by simulation.

  • The idea of expert control is to incoporate a rule based expert system in a feedback control system. In this paper, We present some heuristic rules about input regulation and supervision and turning for D.C. servo motor speed control. The expert auto-turning PID Controller which Heuristic rules are used as an element of the feedback control system is implemented with the numerical algorithms and Heuristic logics. The robust and accurate control function is confirmed by computer simulation..

  • In this paper, a self-tuning fuzzy logig controller is implemented to control a DC servo motor by the self-tuning technique based on fuzzy meta-rules with learning in several algorithms to improve the performance of the fuzzy logic controller used in a fuzzy control system. Simulations and experimental results of the self-tuning fuzzy logic controller are compared with those of the fuzzy logic controller to evaluate its performance.

  • 본 논문에서는 선박 디젤엔진의 속도를 조절함에 있어서 환경 변화에서도 지속적으로 만족스러운 성능을 유지하도록 시스템 파라미터 추정자, 제어기 계수 수정자를 결합한 자기동조 PID 제어기를 설계한다. 유전알고리즘을 기반으로 한 온라인 추정자가 시스템의 파라미터를 추정하면, 제어기 계수 수정자는 제안한 동조규칙으로 계수를 조정하게 된다. 이를 위해 시스템을 시간지연 1차 모델로 근사화하여 유전알고리즘 기반으로 그 파라미터를 온라인 추정하는 문제를 다룬다. 제안한 방법의 성능은 B&W사의 4L80MC 디젤엔진을 제어대상으로 퍼지모델을 얻고 모의실험을 통하여 확인한다.

  • In constructing fuzzy control systems. there are many parameters such as rule base. membership functions. inference m method. defuzzification. and I/O scaling factors. To control the system in properly using fuzzy logic. we have to consider t the correlation with those parameters. This paper deals with self-tuning of fuzzy control systems. The fuzzy controller h has parameters that are input and output scaling factors to effect control output. And we propose the looklongleftarrowup table b based self-tuning fuzy controller. We propose the PMTM(Plus-Minus Tuning Method) for self tuning method, self-tuning the initial look-up table to the appropriate table by adding and subtracting the values.

  • 본 논문에서는 상대적으로 큰 퍼지 엔트로피를 갖는 입력-출력 데이터 집단에 다중 회귀 분석을 적용하여 다차원 평면 클러스터를 생성하고, 이 클러스터를 새로운 퍼지 모델의 규칙으로 추가한 후 퍼지 모델 파라미터의 개략 동조와 정밀 동조를 수행하는 자기구성 퍼지 모델링을 제안한다. Weighted recursive least squared 알고리즘과 fuzzy C-regression model 클러스터링에 의해 퍼지 모델의 파라미터를 개략적으로 동조한 후 gradient descent 알고리즘에 의해 파라미터를 정밀 동조하면서 감수분열 유전 알고리즘을 이용하여 최적의 학습률을 탐색한다. 그리고 자기 구성 퍼지 모델링 기법을 이용하여 Box-Jenkins의 가스로 데이터, 다변수비선형 정적 함수의 데이터와 하수 처리 활성오니 공정의 모델링을 수행하고, 기존의 방법에 의한 모델링 결과와 비교하여 그 성능을 입증한다.

  • In this paper, model reference adaptive fuzzy controller (MRAFC) was proposed in order to overcome the difficulty of extracting rules and defects of the adaptation performance in the FLC. MRAFC comprised inner feedback loop consisting of the FLC and plant, and outer loop consisting of an adaptation mechanism which was designed for tuning a control rule of the FLC. A reference-model was used for design criteria of a fuzzy controller which characterizes and quantizes the control performance required in the overall control system. Tuning control rules of FLC is performed by the adaptation mechanism. The performance of proposed algorithm was verified through experiment for the DC servo motor.
