In the Web-based information systems, separating the business process logic from the data and presentation logic brings about a wide range of advantages. However, this separation is not easily achieved; even the data logic may be not separated from the presentation layer. So, it requires to define an model for business processes, and then to map the model into the user's dynamic interface using the logic separating strategy. This paper presents a stylesheet method to recognize the process by extending XSLT (Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations), in order to achieve the logic separation. To do this, it provides an specification of the business process, and a scheme that extracts business model factors and their interactions using a Petri-net notation to show the business model into the process point of view. This is an attempt to separate users' interaction from the business process, that is, dynamic components of interaction Web document from the process structure of Web applications. Our architecture consist mainly of an XSLT controller that is extended by a process control component. The XSLT controller is responsible for receiving the user requests and searching the relevant templet rule related to different user requests one by one. Separation of concerns facilities the development of service-oriented Web sites by making if modular. As a result, the development of service-oriented Web sites would be very easy, and can be changed without affecting the other modules, by virtue of the modularization concept. So, it is easy to develop and maintain the Web applications in independent manner.

As the number of users who are involved in a business process increases, it becomes imperative to effectively control their privileges of accessing sensitive data and information which are usually easily obtained by BPM system. Traditional RBAC (Role-based Access Control) model was first introduced to provide a logical framework to prevent unauthorized users from obtaining confidential, but in more dynamic environment such as B2B and SCM process, it usually lacks in capability of addressing such issues as configurability, customizability, or scalability of user privileges. In this study, we have proposed a privilege-template based RBAC model that can address such issues effectively. We also provided a design of the RBAC model along with illustrative examples and pseudo codes that can be used for implementing a prototype system.

가상화는 하나의 컴퓨팅 노드에 여러 개의 가상 머신을 구성하여 서버의 자원 활용률을 높여주는 매우 유용한 기술이다. 하지만 아직까지 멀티코어 기반의 전가상화(Full Virtualization) 환경에서 네트워크 I/O 성능 향상을 위한 연구는 미비하다. 또한 기존의 프로세스 스케줄링 기법은 통신을 수행하는 게스트 도메인의 프로세스들을 효과적으로 지원해주지 않는다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 네트워크 I/O 가상화를 위한 통신 프로세스의 동적 스케줄링 방식을 제안한다. 기존의 프로세스 친화도 결정 기법을 기반으로 네트워크 I/O 가상화에 특화된 제안 기법은 전가상화 VMM(Virtual Machine Monitor)인 VirtualBox를 대상으로 구현되었으며, 성능 측정을 통하여 네 개의 가상 머신을 적용하였을 경우 기존 리눅스 스케줄러 대비 총 네트워크 사용량을 약 97% 상승 시킴을 보인다.

현재 기업에서는 제품인증과 경영시스템인증의 신뢰성 확보가 중요한 과제이다. 이는 제품개발 중심에서 제품 및 프로세스의 통합 개발 중심으로 연구의 필요성을 제시 해주고 있다. 따라서, 정적인 제품인증에서 동적인 시스템인증의 필요성이 대두되면서 신뢰성경영시스템(DMS; Dependability Management System; IEC60300)이 요구되어진다. 제품개발의 프로세스에서 발생되는 신뢰성 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 트리즈(TRIZ ; Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) 기법을 활용하였다. 본 연구에서는 창의적 문제해결 방법론인 트리즈기법을 활용하여 신뢰성경영시스템에서 제품 및 프로세스 통합개발(IPPD; Integrated Product and Process Development)을 하고자 한다. 결과적으로 창의적 신뢰성경영시스템(CDMS; Creative Dependability Management System)을 제품 및 프로세스 통합개발 모델로 제시한다.

A dynamic biofilter model was suggested to integrate the effect of biofilter-medium adsorption capacity on the removal efficiency of volatile organic compound (VOC) contained in waste air. In particular, the suggested biofilter model is composed of four components such as biofilm, gas phase, sorption volume and adsorption phase and is capable of predicting the unsteady behavior of biofilter-operation. The process-lumping model previously suggested was limited in the application for the treatment of waste air since it was derived under the assumption that the adsorbed amount of VOC equilibrated with biofilter-media would be proportional to the concentration of dissolved VOC in the sorption volume of biofilter-media. Therefore a Freundlich adsorption isotherm was integrated into a robust biofilter process-lumping model applicable to a wide range of VOC concentration. The values of model parameters related to biofilter-medium adsorption were obtained from the dynamic adsorption column experiments in the preceding article and literature survey. Furthermore a separate biofilter experiment was conducted to treat waste air containing ethanol and the experimental result was compared with the model predictions with various values of Thiele modulus (${\phi}$). The obtained value of Thiele modulus (${\phi}$) was close to 0.03.

Recently, one of the most challenging Problems is to compose web services dynamically, that is, on demand. In particular, when a functionality that cannot be directly realized by existing services is required, existing services may be combined together to fulfill the request. This paper is to implement the dynamic composition of web services using existing workflow technologies. Workflow systems play a major role in E-businesses. However, due to the composition of web services using workflows differs from the design of traditional workflow systems, two problems need to be solved. (1) how to efficiently discover web services and (2) how to facilitate the interoperability of heterogeneous web services. In this paper, we present a matching algorithm for web service discovery and propose an approach based on the use of ontologies to facilitate the integration of web services. Finally, we have built a prototype system to illustrate how to the dynamic composition of web services are achieved.

최근들어 휴대용 미디어 플레이어(Portable Media Player)와, 노트북 컴퓨터, PDA(Personal Data Assistant)의 사용이 늘어나면서 얼마나 오랜 시간동안 휴대용 장치를 사용하는가에 대한 문제가 큰 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 그에 대해 많은 연구가 이루어져 있으며, 현재도 활발히 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 프로세스 상태, 배터리 상태 그리고 응용프로그램 종류로 이루어진 상황을 고려한 동적 전력관리 시스템에 대해서 제안하고 그에 따른 세부적인 모듈에 관한 설명과 실험 결과를 보여준다. 실험결과 제안한 시스템을 적용하지 않았을 경우와 비교하여 약 14%의 전력 손실 감소 효과를 볼 수 있었다.

현재 중복 제거 기술은 클라이언트 기반 중복 제거 모델, 인라인(in-line) 중복 제거 모델 그리고 포스트 프로세스(post-process) 중복 제거 모델로 구분할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 클라이언트와 서버의 부하를 모니터링하여 시스템 부하에 따라 중복 제거의 핵심 작업을 동적으로 변경한다. 즉, 클라이언트가 유휴하고 서버의 자원 사용량이 높은 경우에는 클라이언트 기반 중복 제거 모델로 동작시키고, 클라이언트의 자원 사용량이 높고 서버가 유휴한(idle) 경우에는 인라인 중복 제거 모델로 동작시킨다. 그리고 전체 시스템이 과부하인 경우는 포스트 프로세스 모델로 동작하게 된다. 제안하는 방식에 대한 실험 결과 전체 시스템의 처리율이 높아지는 것을 확인하였다.

하드웨어 중심의 기존 로봇에 웹서비스 및 기술을 적용하여 로봇의 응용 서비스 영역을 확장함으로써 로봇의 정보 서비스 고도화를 이루기 위해 웹 기반 IT 로봇 서비스enabling 기술을 개발하고 있다. 시맨틱 검색 기술은 사용자가 원하는 서비스 또는 콘텐츠를 비교적 정확히 찾기 위해 시맨틱 웹을 사용하고 있으며 서비스 프로세스 실행 기술은 인터넷 상의 웹서비스와 로봇의 구동 서비스를 하나의 프로세스로 동적으로 구성하여 수행할 수 있도록 해준다. 로봇은 방대한 양의 시맨틱 정보를 내장하고 않고 원격지 서버상에서의 시맨틱 검색을 통해 충분히 시맨틱한 결과를 획득할 수 있으며 또한 고정되지 않은 그리고 웹이 컨텍스트와 콘텐츠를 활용할 수 있는 서비스 프로세스 형태의 로봇이 제공할 수 있는 서비스의 질을 개선하고 그 종류 또한 다양하게 변화시킬 수 있다
