  • The distributor for hydraulic pumps or motors, particularly radial piston motors, include rotary member which has equally both surface shape for dynamic balance and two fixed members, located in both side of rotary member, which have equal surface shape for dynamic balance and circular ring which use to retain predetermined clearance between two fixed members. Rotary member must have valve part for flow-distribution and can have hydrostatic bearing for excellently dynamic balance. At least two annular steps located on said pressure plate which use in compensation of bolt expansion.

  • In this study, the nonlinear dynamic model of the systems which include the offshore structure, the surrounding sea water in terms of the added mass, the foundation in terms of frequency independent springs, dashpots, and the floating ice feature with its hydrodynamic added mass, are proposed for the problem of the large ice floes impact. Dynamic Analysis is performed on two site conditions, sand site and silt site, and on two seasons, winter and summer, for various ice floe velocities. As a result of study, Ice floes from energy balenced method is lower than that from dynamic modeling on sand site, and higher than the on silt site.

The Correlation between Concepts on Chemical Reaction Rates and Concepts on Chemical Equilibrium in High School Students (고등학생들의 화학반응속도 개념과 화학평형 개념간의 상관관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between concepts on chemical reaction rates and concepts on chemical equilibrium in high school students. The subjects of the investigation consisted of 120 third grade students attending high school in K city of Kyunggi province. For this study, questionnaire relevant to the subject of chemical reaction rates and chemical equilibrium was developed and the answers were analyzed. As a result of the study, a large percentage of high school students answered questions on reaction rates correctly, but only a small percentage of the students could give explanations. Many high school students answered questions on the rates of forward reactions correctly, but not the questions on the rates of reverse reactions. For the concepts on chemical equilibrium, many high school students gave correct answers when faced with equilibrium questions that only required the understanding of one side of the reaction. But the students could not answer the questions requiring understanding of both forward and reverse reactions as well. Overall, there was a little high correlation between concepts on chemical reaction rates and concepts on chemical equilibrium in high school students. Especially, high school students with little understanding of reverse reaction rates did not understand that chemical equilibrium is a dynamic equilibrium. Also, high school students with little understanding of the collision mechanism regarding chemical reaction rates did not understand the effect of concentration and catalyst factors on chemical equilibrium. And the correlation between concepts on chemical reaction rates and concepts on chemical equilibrium related to concentration and catalyst factors was low. In conclusion, the formation of scientific concepts on chemical reactions rates can decrease misconceptions on chemical equilibrium. Also the teaching-learning method limited to one side of a reaction can cause difficulty in forming the concepts on chemical dynamic equilibrium. Therefore, the development of a teaching-learning method which covers both the forward and reverse reactions can be effective in helping students form the concepts on chemical equilibrium.

  • 첨단교통정보시스템(ATIS)의 핵심 요소라 할 수 있는 동적경로안내 시스템(Dynamic Route Guidance System : DRGS)은 운전자가 목적지에 도착하기까지 실시간 교통정보를 토대로 최적경로를 안내해 줌으로써 날로 심화되어 가고 있는 교통혼잡을 최소화할 수 있으리라 기대를 모으고 있다. 특히 교통사고나 긴급도로공사 등으로 인해 발생하는 돌발적 교통혼잡하에서는 DRGS의 역할이 더욱 커질 것으로 예상되고 있다. 본 논문은 돌발적 교통혼잡하에서 보다 효과적인 DRGS의 경로 안내 알고리즘을 개발하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 우선 하부구조기반(Infrastructure Based) DRGS와 개인차량기반(In-vehicle Based)DRGS의 장단점을 운전자, 교통행정당국, 그리고 교통체계관점에서 비교하였고, 시스템 아키텍쳐와 경로안내 알고리즘간의 상호관계를 규명하였다. 또한 효율적인 경로안내를 위해 사용자 평형(User Equilibrium)경로안내전략과 시스템최적화(System Optimal) 경로안내전략을 이상형 교통망(Idealistic Network)을 통해 비교분석하였다. 여기에는 현재 ITS-America에서 System Architecture 평가를 위해 사용한 INTEGRATION이라는 ITS Simulation Model과 그 통행저항함수를 사용하였다. 이를 토대로 돌발적 교통혼잡상황 아래서 사용자평형 경로안내를 제공할 경우 야기될 수 있는 Braess` Paradox 문제와, 총통행시간을 최소화하기 위한 시스템최적 경로안내를 제공할 경우 일어날 수 있는 사용자 호응도(User Compliance)문제를 동시에 고려한 적응형 동적경로안내 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 여기에는 돌발적 교통혼잡하에서 통행시간을 동적으로 예측하기 위해 이산형 확정적 대기행렬모형(Discrete Deterministic Queueing Model)이 사용되었다. 한편 알고리즘의 효율성을 평가하기 위해 이상형 교통망과, 실제 미국 Virginia 주의 Fairfax County에 소재한 주간 고속도로 66번(I-66)과 인접 교통망의 교통자료를 사용하여 각종 돌발교통 혼잡 상황을 전제로 한 Traffic Simulation과 정보제공시나\리오를 INTEGRATION Model을 이용해 실행하였다. 그 결과 적응형 알고리즘이 개개인의 최단시간 경로를 제공하는 사용자 평형 경로안내전략에 비해 교통혼잡도와 정체시간의 체류정도에 따라 3%에서 10%까지 전체통행시간을 절약할 수 있다는 결론을 얻었다.

The effects of music rope skipping exercise on dynamic and static balance and body compositions in intellectual disabilities men (음악줄넘기 운동이 지적장애 남성의 동·정적 평형성 및 신체구성에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to determined the effects of music rope skipping exercise on dynamic, static balance, and body compositions in intellectual disabilities men. The subjects were twenty men who were randomly devide into two groups (exercise group, n=10, and non-exercise group, n=10). The subjects done the music rope skipping exercise three times per week for 60 minutes each time for 12 weeks. As a results, there were significantly improved the dynamic and static balance abilities after music rope skipping exercise for 12 weeks. Also, There were significant differences in body weight and percent of body fat after the exercise program. Accordingly, It was effective improved on body balance abilities and body compositions after music rope skipping for 12 weeks in intellectual disabilities men.

  • 진동가속도를 감지하는 힘평형 서보 가속도계의 성능특성을 결정하는 질량지지 장치를 4개의 팔로 구성된 형태로 설계하고 응답특성을 조사하였다. 스프링의 길이, 폭, 두께에 따른 질량지지 장치의 응답특성을 유한요소법을 이용하여 계산하고, 이를 바탕으로 힘평형 서보 가속도계의 감도, 사용주파수 범위 및 동적 범위를 예측하였다. 그리고 레이저 간섭계를 이용하여 힘평형 서보 가속도계의 각각의 진동 주파수 및 가속도의 크기에 따른 간섭무의 수의 변화와 이때의 응답전압간을 이용하여 가속도계의 응답특성을 측정하였으며, 수치해석을 통해 얻은 결과와 비교 분석하였다.

  • Analytical method to analyze the effect of tolerance on the modal characteristic of multi-body systems in dynamic equilibrium position is suggested in this paper. Monte-Carlo method is conventionally employed to perform the tolerance analysis. However, Monte-Carlo method spends too much time for analysis and has a greater or less accuracy depending on sample condition. To resolve these problems, an analytical method is suggested in this paper. Sensitivity equations for damped natural frequencies and the transfer function are derived at the dynamic equilibrium position. By employing the sensitivity information of mass, damping and stiffness matrices, the sensitivities of damped natural frequencies and the transfer function can be calculated.

  • This study develops a variable structure controller using nonlinear surface instead of the fixed, which has been the robustness against parameter variations and extraneous disturbance during the reaching phase. reaching time of the system trajectory is faster than the fixed method. This proposed scheme has better performance than the conventional method in reaching time, parameter variation and extraneous disturbance. The effectiveness of the proposed control scheme is verified by simulation results.

  • 해안의 자연지형은 흐름의 변화에 대해서 자신의 특성을 조절하는 능력을 가지고 있다. 흐름의 변화는 자연적 변화와 인위적 변화로 구분할 수 있다. 자연적 변화는 해일, 조류, 취송류 등에 의한 변화가 있다. 또한, 댐 방류량 조절 및 온배수 제트 등은 해안 흐름의 변화를 야기하며, 항만 등 수공구조물의 건설에 의해 흐름이 인위적으로 변화된다. 흐름이 변화하게 되면 이전의 동적 평형상태에 있던 해안은 수리학적 혹성, 유사특성의 변화를 초래하여 평형상태는 깨지게 된다. (중략)
