IT기술을 활용한 물류 및 배차관리 서비스는 위치인식 및 이동통신 기술을 활용하여 차량, 화물, 기사 등의 위치를 실시간으로 관리할 수 있도록 하는 위치기반서비스의 일종이다. 본 논문에서는 PTT(Push-to-Talk) 기술을 이용하여 하나의 데이터 채널을 기반으로 음성통화와 위치기반 서비스를 위한 데이터전송이 가능하도록 함으로써 효과적인 물류 및 배차 관리 서비스가 가능하도록 하는 기술을 제시한다. 구현된 시스템은 2세대 및 3세대 이동통신망을 기반으로 하여 다양한 실시간 음성통화 및 1:N 동시 통화가 가능하여 실시간 물류 및 배차관리 서비스의 효율을 높일 수 있도록 한 특징이 있다.

In this paper, we propose a residual echo and noise reduction scheme by using linear predictor for hands-free telephony applications. The proposed scheme whitens residual echo by the linear prediction during the non double-talk. But whitened residual echo signal still has speech characteristics. In this scheme, the whitened residual echo signal is more whitened by using the power of the linear prediction error signal and the linear predicted signal. After whitening process, near-end speech and ambient noise is present during double-talk but white noise will appear during non double-talk situation. By linearly predicting again the combined signal of the near-end speech and the whitened signal, the ambient noise is removed. Through computer simulation, it is shown that the proposed method performs well at the side of AIC (acoustic interference cancellation).

본연구(本硏究)의 으뜸가는 목적(目的)은 우리나라에 있어서 단기경기조정(短期景氣調整)을 위한 통화금융정책(通貨金融政策)의 수립(樹立)에 도움이 될 수 있는 소규모(小規模) 계량모형(計量模型)을 만드는 것이다. 그 목적(目的)을 위해 본연구(本硏究)에서 원용(援用)한 모형(模型)은 기본적(基本的)으로 통화론적(通貨論的) 접근법(接近法)을 따른 것이다. 즉, 경제(經濟)의 조정과정(調整過程)에 있어서 화폐시장(貨幣市場)의 불균형(不均衡)이 가지는 핵심적(核心的)인 역할(役割)에 초점(焦點)을 맞추고, 이를 중심(中心)으로 물가(物價), 국민총생산(國民總生産), 국제수지(國際收支)가 동시적(同時的)으로 결정(決定)되게 하는 것을 그 기본골격(基本骨格)으로 하고 있는 것이다. 그 다음 모형(模型)의 타당성(妥當性)을 검토(檢討)하기 위해서 전정보최우법(全情報最尤法)에 의하여 모형(模型)을 추정(推定)하였으며 그 추정결과(推定結果)를 이용(利用)하여 각종(各種) "시뮬레이션"을 실시(實施)하였다. "시뮬레이션"의 결과(結果)는 70년대(年代)의 급변(急變)하는 경제여건(經濟與件)에도 불구(不拘)하고 상당히 만족(滿足)스럽게 나타났다고 할 수 있다. 마지막 부분에서는 국내여신(國內與信) 및 환율정책(換率政策)의 파급효과(波及效果)를 분석(分析)함으로써 국내여신(國內與信)의 무절제(無節制)한 팽창에 대한 경계(警戒)와 좀더 탄력적(彈力的)인 환율정책(換率政策)의 필요성(必要性)을 주장(主張)하였다.

The elevator system combines various convergence technologies with the development of ICT technology. Emergency call devices which are safety related devices is applied as an obligation of the elevator and those scope also varies. In this paper, we propose an integrated model that overcomes the limitations of existing voice emergency call devices and efficiently manages and manages video call based service structures in VoIP based on wired and wireless environments. This method effectively manages and operates various lift data and video records in the elevator between the manager, the server and the user. And also It is possible to secure the quality of video call in VoIP and cloud service environment and increase the reliability of safety management and enhance various service environment by creating an integrated structure utilizing various data and additional services in the elevator.

In addition to individual calls and group calls, the Trunked Radio System (TRS), which belongs to a group, can make calls simultaneously, and many users can use it within a limited time by adjusting the call time. Also, the LCX infrastructure network of the subway Most of the FM, firefighting radio, TRS of the National Police Agency and the terrestrial DMB service built in 2005 are commonly connected to the network for service and operation. In connection with the analysis, call reception sensitivity, handoff, interference with other signals, time delay, etc. were analyzed, and tests such as reception field strength for each output of the repeater and the success rate of the call terminal were conducted and the test results were analyzed. In addition, it will help TRS cell design and network construction by predicting equipment output capacity and service coverage based on test results.

We use a time-varying parameter vector auto regression (TVP-VAR) model to understand the impact of U.S. monetary policy normalization on Korean financial markets and capital accounts. The U.S. monetary policy is represented by the federal funds rate, term premium and credit spread. During the U.S. monetary contraction period of 2004 to 2006, changes in the federal funds rate presented negative pressure on Korean financial markets. The changes in federal funds rate also led to a simultaneous contraction in inward and outward capital flows. However, the effects of a federal funds rate shock has been reduced since 2015. On the other hand, the effects of U.S. term premiums is getting stronger after the period of quantitative easing (QE). The influence of the U.S. credit spread also significantly increased after the global financial crisis. Simulation results show that a rise in the U.S. credit spread, which can be triggered by a contractionary monetary policy, can pose a larger adverse impact on the Korean economy than a rise in the federal funds rate itself. As for capital flows, a U.S. monetary policy contraction causes an outflow of foreign investment, but the repatriation of overseas investment by Korean residents can offset this outflow.

최근 이동전화의 사용이 급격히 확산됨에 따라 편이성과 안정성의 문제로 핸즈프리 전화통신의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 핸즈프리 통신상황의 경우 근거리에 위치한 스피커와 마이크로폰의 커플링에 의해 발생하는 음향반향과 차량내에 존재하는 배경잡음에 의하여 통화 품질이 크게 저하되는 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 차량내에서 핸즈프리 전화통신에 적합한 음향반향과 잡음제거 시스템을 제안하였다. 특히, 안정적인 음향반향제거 성능을 얻기 위하여 두 개의 평균 상호상관도를 이용한 동시통화검출 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 음향반향제거를 위해서는 NLMS 알고리즘에 의해 구동되는 제한된 차수의 적응반향제거기법을 사용하였으며, 잔여 반향 및 배경 잡음제거를 위해 IS-127 EVRC음성 부호화기의 잡음제거 방식을 사용하였다. 제안된 시스템은 16비트 고정소수점 DSP인 OAK DSP를 이용하여 약23.17MIPS의 연산량으로 실시간 구현되었다.

본 논문에서는 최적 전력 제어를 이용하여 이동국과 기지국간 최소의 소비 전력과 최대의 채널용량을 유지할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안하고자 한다. 이동통신 시스템은 한 기지국 안에 속한 가입자 사이에 간섭이 발생할 뿐 아니라 동일한 대역을 사용하는 기지국 사이에도 간섭이 발생하게 된다. 또한 이동통신 시스템은 열악한 무선 환경을 기반으로 수시로 변화하는 가입자 요구를 수용해야 한다. 따라서 가입자 요구에 적절히 대응하는 최적 전력 제어가 이루어져야 원활한 서비스를 가입자들에게 제공할 수 있다. 즉, 동시 통화를 시도하는 여러 가입자들 간의 간섭을 받지 않고 알맞은 통화의 질을 제공받을 수 있도록 하는 전력 제어의 과정이 필수적이다.

'이동전화 가입자수 3232만명, 무선인터넷이 가능한 이동전화 보급대수 2884만대' 지난해 10월 정보통신부가 발표한 국내 이동통신 인프라 현황이다. 이는 국내 모바일 환경이 이미 세계적인 수준에 올라 있음을 말해주는 동시에 바로 모바일 미디어를 매개로 한 '모바일 콘텐츠'가 향후 우리의 문화 콘텐츠 경쟁력을 좌우할 핵심 콘텐츠 가운데 하나로 급부상하기 위한 엄청난 잠재력을 내포하고 있음을 의미하는 지표다. 하지만 이는 곧 세계 문화콘텐츠 시장을 지배하기 위해서는 모바일 분야에 대한 집중적인 육성책 마련이 시급하다는 의미이기도 하다. 모바일 분야에서도 네트워크 및 IT인프라가 구축된 이후에는 이를 통해 소통할 수 있는 콘텐츠가 중요하기 때문이다. 주목받는 모바일 콘텐츠 시장을 취재했다.

본 연구의 목적은 기존의 PSTN 전화망을 이용하여 음성 통화는 물론 데이터, 팩스 일 동영상 등 다양한 멀티미디어 정보를 송수신 할 수 있는 멀티미디어 단말 시스템을 개발하는데 있다. 본 개발시스템은 ITU-T의 V.34 규격을 만족하는 DSP 모뎀과 음성 및 데이터를 동시에 송수신할 수 있는 DSVD 기능, 그리고 다양한 멀티미디어 기능을 구현 및 제어하게되는 시스템 콘트롤러등으로 구성되며 사용자들로서는 LCD/Touch Screen 메뉴에서 원하는 정보서비스를 선택하기만 하면 음성, 데이터 통신, 팩스 등의 다양한 서비스를 이용할 수 있게 된다.
